"We were with a group for the fourth time to train in the hotel and had the Round-Sorglos package. Meeting technology is completely available and the rooms are perfectly prepared. The breakfast is excellent and the staff friendly, helpful and very pre-coming. The rooms are large and very clean."

"Arrived without a booking and was able to get a family room. First room they gave us was not made up. Second room they gave us was dirty gooey stuff on wardrobe, splashes up the walls and around the light switch .No coffee or tea. Housekeeping came and said, they had lots of parties. He said he would report it. Cleaned the marks stocked the coffee and left. For the price of the hotel, this is not what we expected. Our friends room was also a family room and not made up . He had to go down to reception 2 imes over various issues. I can't recommend this hotel and I would suggest you cook elsewhere. I gave it 3 stars because the view was ok and there's free parking. We also got a little welcome gift of cards and some dice which was a nice touch."

"Everything about this hotel was excellent, from the wonderful swimming pool complex with a view to the castle, to the knowledgeable and friendly serving staff, breakfast to die for – so much choice and quality, wonderful evening meals, a fantastic location. One could tell it was a well-run hotel with trained staff. We enjoyed the first three days of our German holiday there, and wished we had booked longer – thou our waistlines probably said not! At 178 Euros for B & B it’s not cheap, but very worthwhile. The Edersee area is worth visiting. We’d love to return."

"Location is ideal, 1/2 a minute from the bike park MTB Zone Willingen. Plenty of parking space and excellent bike facilities: a locked garage with roomy cabinets for your gear, a pump, and a bike workstation with tools. Rooms are modern, very clean and spacious, with large showers. Beds are firm and comfortable. Breakfast is outstanding with great variety and clearly prepared with care. Staff are friendly and helpful; a pillow issue was fixed immediately when I asked. Noise levels were low, we slept well after long biking days. Good value for money and I would definitely return for another biking weekend."

"In the entrance area you are received with a modest smell. The building has a constructional problem. Our room had yellow tape with water sticks in every corner of the roof. Then you tried to fix the wet corners with acrylic. The roller belts were defect, the tape was old, and the entire furniture. The owner showed up unclear about these problems."
