"We were happy with our stay. Breakfast was good, Yvonne(?) Breakfast lady very good. Lady who checked us in and was at the bar at times was hit and miss; she could be pleasant or quite rude. Told her the chips we bought at the bar were out of date and inedible and she just brushed us off. No apology, no replacement, quite an odd response really. One night, after 10pm, there were children running up and down the corridor whilst their parents drank in the bar. May be a good idea that the doors to the corridor are closed so bar noise doesn't come through. Room was clean and had everything we needed."

"Our 0800 cuppa was turned upside down today as our ‘regular’ spot was closed …. On a wim we walked to the local Premier Inn in search of our caffeine fix. I am happy to report Kayleigh was a star. We explained we were walk ins. Kayleigh could not do enough to make us all feel welcome. The space was clean and comfortable. The caffeine was hot and free flowing. Thank you Kayleigh for hosting us all. We will be back and next time we hit the Buffett"

"First rate customer service; James the Manager and his staff friendly and helpful. Room small but tastefully furnished and spotless. Bed comfy. The bathroom looked brand new and was modern and equally spotless. The room was at the back of the hotel and very quiet. No noise from other guests. TV very comprehensive with all the usual channels. Thoughtful touches; a pen and a box of tissues. Only drawback - the car park at the back was full and we had to park ten minutes away. I wish I had met their chef before today as we were moving out; we'd have stayed to eat the night before! Thank you everyone!"

"食事はひどく、料理が出てくるまで1時間以上かかりました。スタッフは満足できるものではありませんでした。フレンドリーではありましたが、あまり良くも丁寧でもなく、部屋もプレミアルームと大差なく、私はそれよりずっと高い料金を払いました。すべてが完全に高すぎました。周辺地域や敷地は美しかったのですが、残念ながら私はここに再び泊まることは選択しません。"
