「The hotel offers beautiful facilities, clean and comfortable rooms, and an excellent water park that children will truly enjoy. Unfortunately, the overall experience was overshadowed by a disappointing level of service. Service around the pools was virtually non-existent, and the dining area was often poorly maintained, with tables left uncleared for extended periods. It was also common to wait a long time for basic items such as cutlery. In addition, the food selection was quite repetitive, with very little variety throughout our stay. Having visited Bodrum several times and stayed at a number of resorts in the area, I can honestly say this was the most disappointing in terms of service. I expected a much higher standard, especially given the hotel’s facilities and reputation. Overall, if you’re looking for a truly relaxing, high-quality resort with attentive service, I would recommend considering other options. I left feeling disappointed and, unfortunately I’m happy to leave」

「ホテルのサービスはかなり良かったです。朝食もありましたが、時差ボケのため起きませんでした。屋内プールとビーチはとても美しいです。しかし、場所は本当に悪いです。ボドルムのダウンタウンからタクシーで40分かかります！」

「このホテルに3泊しましたが、全てが素晴らしかったです。ホテル自体がとても豪華でした。キッチン付きの広々とした部屋で、まさに理想的でした。夕食は部屋でいただきました。 朝食ビュッフェは種類豊富で最高でした。スタッフは皆親切で、受付にはロシア語を話せる女性もいました。 小さなジム、プール、ウォータースライダーもあります。 追加料金でサウナとハマムも利用できます。 ちなみに、Wi-Fiも有料だったのは少し残念でした。全体的にはとても満足しています。」
