"I usually don’t give negative reviews, but this time I have to! First, the door lock was broken. On the night of check-in, three people with room cards entered my room three times at around 2 o'clock, 3 o'clock and 4 o'clock in the night. I was so scared that I couldn't sleep all night. Second, there is no heating in the room. The air conditioner was blown all night and it was still 15 degrees. Even after changing rooms, it was still the same. The air conditioner did not heat the room and the room was extremely cold. Third, not only was the room cold, there was no hot water in the morning and evening, and I couldn't take a shower. The first time, the cleaning was very average. There were hairs everywhere in the bathroom, on the floor, and on the bed. I just want to ask, where do you get the courage to sell a room for more than 200 yuan a night with such low-level service? A final word of advice, this hotel should be fine for staying in summer, but try to choose carefully in winter."
