We had a lovely stay here this weekend and everyone so polite, lovely to talk too as the hotel and spa were amazing! We certainly will be back. Beautiful surroundings. Fantastic food and drinks 😀

From entering the Hotel till check out it was a very pleasant experience. The standards are excellent, my room was so comfortable and the sport complex just fabulous.

Good location, No room service available. The location is good and accessible near the city centre but the room was not sound proof enough and there was noise from the surrounding street coming into room even at fourth floor which was annoying.

We were put in a very small room on the 3rd floor. The lift only goes to the 2nd floor. The lift that goes to the 3rd floor was marked out of order. We are both in our late 70s and had to carry our bags along a corridor and up about 40 stairs. No member of staff offered to help. As we were going to check out we noticed a member of staff using the lift to the 3rd floor.

Very nice place staff were very helpful would highly recommend recommend Lumley castle for a stay rooms a very clean spacious

Beautiful hotel around the corner from Beamish site,very clean,room good size with bath and shower, food and drink beautifully presented,staff superb, walking paths for all capabilities of you want a stroll

サービスと受付は迅速で効率的でした。スタッフは皆フレンドリーで親切でした。バーとジムは私たちのニーズにぴったりでした。 残念ながら部屋の家具とバスルームは古くて改装が必要ですが、必要なものはすべて部屋に揃っています。 受付から部屋まで歩くのに10分以上かかり、エレベーターを2つ使わなければなりませんでした。駐車場は宿泊者には無料ではありませんでした。 正直言って、立地は良かったのでまた泊まりたいですし、別の部屋を希望します。

10年前から何度か利用してます。場所は駅から近く部屋は清潔でスタッフが親切でとても良いと思います。しかしアメニティーが以前より減っていおり、スリッパがありませんでしたので少し残念です。朝食は典型的なイギリスの料理で大変おいしいです。

クラブ18-30の経験のようなもの。 ホテルは素晴らしく、食べ物は素晴らしく、スタッフは行き過ぎました。しかし、ホテルの主な機能はどこかで寝ることです。宿泊の夜に2回の結婚式があり、12時45分から14時30分の間、廊下で起こっている叫び声、笑い声、パーティーのために眠れませんでした。私は従業員が状況を解決しようとしているのを聞いたことがありません、ただ多くの騒音です。 私は私の犬が滞在するために20ポンドの追加料金を支払わなければなりません、そして彼らはレストランで許可されませんでした - それは非常に合理的ですが、彼らは追加料金を支払う必要がなかったり従う必要がなかった他の動物がより良い行動を取ったと言わなければなりません。基本的な行動規則を チェックアウトの際、気持ちの良い滞在をしてもらったわけではありませんでした。スタッフの管理不善の確認は望んでいないと思います。 これが使用されている施設の種類ですが、Trip.comであれば、最初の印象は長い道のりを行くとしか言えず、将来的には他のホテルのブローカーに固執します。
