We booked a cosy double for two nights in February. The first room we were given on the ground floor was not clean, it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned prior to our check in. The reception staff quickly changed our room which was much better. The general facilities were good, good bar service, pool / gym area was good. Only downside was the sauna wasn’t working.  We would recommend the hotel due to its excellent location, beautiful communal areas and grounds. Opting for a higher price room, overlooking the front of the property would be our choice if we stay again.

Excellent location and room very good just downside is bathroom floor tiles had grout missing and slippery almost fell down. The pillows were not comfy have neck pain from them being too thick and not comfy. Overall would 100% recommend this hotel.

私たちがここに滞在したのは 2 回目です。今年のこれまでで最も暖かい日に、エアコンとファンが 1 つもなかったので、耐えられないほど暑い日でした。これは睡眠につながりません。明らかに、宿泊施設は天気を助けることができません。 スタッフはフレンドリーで、部屋は良いサイズで、夜の外出後に飲み物を飲むための素敵なビアガーデンがあります。

The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. The room itself was very tired and had a few areas that needed attention I.e. the shower head sprayed everywhere and there was no hand wash left in the bathroom. The main problem we had however was with noise and security! The walls are so thin you can hear people talking. Someone also tried to get into our room using a key but failed but then at around 1am, a guest entered out room via an adjoining room! She apologised and left very quickly but that left me on high alert all night so got very little sleep! Not sure I’d stay in a Days Inn again!

素敵な場所、(きれいな村)素敵な敷地と印象的な入り口。しかし、私たちはメインホテルにいませんでした。部屋は広いが、古い。屋根は私たちが何度か頭をぶつけた側面に傾きました。窓が小さくてぬるい感じになりとても暗く、寝室のメインライトはランプのみ。ベッドはキングサイズで快適でした。部屋やバスルームは清潔でした。夕食にレストランを一度利用しましたが、2つの朝食があり、食べ物は素敵でリーズナブルな価格でした。朝食は種類が豊富でセルフサービスでした(私たちのものも含まれていたように)。スタッフはフレンドリーで親切でしたが、プロフェッショナルでした。私たちの部屋はプールへのカバールートに接続されていないので、私たちは結局プールを使用しませんでした。 本当に文句を言うことは何もありませんが、部屋は少し豪華になると期待していました。部屋代は少し高価です。価格は利用可能なアメニティに基づいていると思います。

素晴らしいスタッフ。素晴らしい価値。絶対的な交渉。  ホットブレックファーストは平均的で、追加のテナーでしたが、シリアル、トースト、ヨーグルトの豊富な選択肢がありました。部屋は基本的でしたが、良い方法で。安い滞在に必要なものすべて。掃除。小さな不満だけが枕が最高ではなかったので、次回は自分で持ってきます。平らな枕が好きな人もいるかもしれません。 IBISダービーに感謝します。

這是一個英倫傳統建築的酒店，位於小鎮中心逛小鎮很方便，我們住在三樓須走樓梯，不過可以請他們幫助搬行李上，房間雖小但可以懷舊，如果想按大酒店來要求可能會失望，但這裡是英國人所喜愛的地方，早餐不錯總之我比較滿意這個選擇！

Excellent location, just few minutes walk to the train station. Good service from the team as well. There’s microwave available in the lobby for guests to use if needed, which came in handy if you’re having a takeaway. Breakfast was also included where the variety of food available is acceptable. Will definitely visit again if needed.
