ナゴヤ バタムで最高の朝食の 1 つです。 多国籍料理、地元料理、デザートが幅広く揃っています。 インドネシアの大きなホテルでよく見かけるジャム ベラス ケンチュールが大好きです。 丘の頂上にある高層ホテルの建物からは名古屋市街の眺めが楽しめます。エレベーターが 2 基あり、効率的にお客様を上下に運んでいます。 スタッフは皆とてもフレンドリーで、フロントデスクに入った瞬間からルーム サービス、レストランまですぐに対応してくれます。レストランのマネージャーは可能な限りお手伝いしてくれます。まさにプロです。 マッサージ サービスもありますが、女性セラピストのみです。 アメニティはすべてセーフティ ボックスで、エアコンは抜群に効いています。ぜひまた利用したいです。ここでの滞在をもっと魅力的にするために、もっとプロモーションがあればいいなと思います。 全室に Google アプリを完備。 客室内の多機能 LED テレビで、Netflix や YouTube アカウントに接続して、好きなものを視聴できます。とても快適で楽しい滞在ができる、直感的に操作できるすばらしい機能です。ジャバル・アラファ・マスジドまで徒歩約 300 メートルです。便利なアクセス ゲートウェイを通って、かなり急な坂を 3/4 ほど登ります。

清潔だが古くて退屈なホテル。私が宿泊した時はプールは閉まっていた。パスポートを渡した後、予約内容を見せなければならなかったが、私の名前を使ってシステムで確認するだけで済んだ。チェックアウトの際、保証金を返金する前に部屋をチェックしなければならず、時間の無駄だった。多くのホテルに宿泊したが、このようなことは初めてだった。

ホテルのサービスはとても良く、スタッフはとてもフレンドリーでした。ホテルは戦略的な場所に位置しています。清潔で、次回のバタム旅行に購入する価値があります。ありがとう

Very clean, new, every essential i need available. Water just outside , very convenient, fast check in out process. Location superb. Have shuttle to mall and terminal . It was immediate , so good. It was raining and separate occassion I was on low blood sugar to go terminal with my bag so i requested shuttle. Great pick up. Storage available, no hassle. Im 5/5 satisfied. I check out late upon request , its allowed , nice. Room has vibrant colors , nice sea view too.

このホテルに泊まるのは初めてではありません。交通機関やホテル内のサービスなど、全体的に良いサービスでした。立地も良く、モールにも歩いてすぐです。子供と大人を連れて2回旅行したので、このホテルは私たちにとって最高のホテルです。友人にもお勧めします。唯一の欠点は朝食の品数です。遅い時間に行くと、食事の補充が間に合わないのです。部屋の清潔さも十分とは言えず、ハウスキーピング後でも壁や床に埃やクモの巣が残っています。

トリップアドバイザーのレビューを見てあまり期待せずに行きました。でも、全体的にはかなり良いホテルだと思います。確かにホテルは少し古く、リネンには小さなシミがあるかもしれませんが、ツインベッドが実際にはクイーンサイズベッドとシングルベッドであることにうれしい驚きを感じました。客室もほとんどが木製の家具で内装されています。私が本当に気に入っているもう1つの点はエアコンです。とても強力でとても冷たいです。私たちは毛布にブリトーのようにくるまりました。おそらく1つ注意すべき小さな点は、エレベーターに「禁煙」の標識があるにもかかわらず、そこで公然と喫煙する旅行者がいることです。しかし、それ以外はホテルは全体的に大丈夫だと思います。行きたい階を選択する前に部屋のカードをスキャンする必要があるため、セキュリティもかなりしっかりしています。近くにはマクドナルドもありますが、道路を渡る必要があります。

Very pleased to have found a nice hotel in the Penuin area, and smack next to the Grand Batam Mall as well. Check in was very quick and fast, and we were in the rooms within 5-7 minutes of checking in. We got a twin room with south facing windows which was nicely equipped with international plugs and well thought out room lighting modes on the control panel. Airconditioning was good and toilet ventilation was also pretty decent. I used the gym which was nicely equipped for weight training as well as some cardio machines, and the pool was pretty nice. Beds were comfortable and I had a great sleep. Some areas for improvement in the housekeeping area: 1. There were oil stains on the room windows that was not cleaned for the duration of our stay (likely from previous guest pressing his/her face against the window) 2. The tissue box on the bathroom counter needs a re-think, as there's a hole on the bottom, the tissues get soaked when water splashes out of the sink onto the counter 3. Water pressure for the sink needs to be adjusted, it's too strong and splashes all over to the unsuspecting user 4. Shower pressure was good but the shower head was split open (did not affect the functionality) All in all, very nice and I would stay here again and would recommend it to my friends as it's probably the nicest hotel in the area currently.

非常に良いロケーションで、ホテルのすぐ隣にウェットマーケットがあり、近くにはスパやマッサージ店がたくさんあり、ショッピングモールまで徒歩圏内です (BCS モールのすぐ近く、グランド バタム モールまで徒歩わずか 8 ～ 10 分)。A2 フードコートも近くにあります。 中心部にあるため、さまざまな場所への移動が速くて安いです。ロケーションは間違いなくプラスです。 ホテルの無料朝食はおいしいですが、一部の食べ物は冷めています。頼めばすぐに温めてくれます。*、お粥、ロントン、プラタ ステーションもあります。部屋代が安いので、不満はありません。 ファミリー スイートの部屋は広大です! 高級スパ/マッサージ好きの方は、ホテルにある Amartha Spa & Massage をぜひチェックしてください。贅沢なひとときを過ごせば、きっと気に入るはずです! 私たちは滞在にとても満足しています。またこのホテルを予約します。

My gf and me stayed here for our Batam trip last weekend. When we first entered our non-smoking room, there was a twinge of vape smell lingering in the air. The room was well spaced out with many useful amenities such as furniture, drinking water, kettle, etc. I find the wall shelf by the TV a nice and useful addition. Our TV doesn’t have Netflix but carry some local channels as well as CNA. Although the few electrical sockets in the room are universal adaptors, they feel a bit loose when plugged in. Aircon and bathroom amenities such as water pressure and hot shower all work smoothly. Our window overlooks the immediate neighbourhood and the room is relatively quiet throughout the stay. Sadly, I didn’t use their Wifi so can’t really comment on that. The hotel’s breakfast buffet had limited variety but the quality was good. The hotel is also at a convenient location within walking distance of two big malls, so plenty of food and entertainment! All the staff we encountered in this hotel was super friendly and helpful. We only had one keycard given to us during check-in so when I was accidentally stuck downstairs without a card, the lady at the concierge quickly made me a new one so I could get back to my room. The day after checking out of the hotel, I realised I lost my beloved earpods and whatsapp-ed the hotel in the slim hope of finding it back. Within minutes, I got a message from the concierge, accompanied with a picture of my lost item! I shall definitely return to stay with them again very soon ^^

ホテルは古すぎるので、環境にはあまり期待しないでください。サービスは素晴らしいですが、朝食はまだ改善が必要です。立地はそれほど良くなく、街からかなり離れています。近くにミニセブンイレブンはありません。写真ではとても素敵に見えますが、実際は古すぎます。新しく改装すればずっと良くなるでしょうが、そうでなければ立地的にはあまり便利ではありません。
