ホテルの受付、朝食、客室は3つのエリアに分かれており、イタリアのビジネスモデルの顕著な例となっています。通り沿いの住宅をホテルに改装し、街の中心部にある共用カウンターを受付として借り、朝食はカフェと契約しています（宿泊客は事前に食事時間を決める必要があります）。これは、従来のホテルモデルとは異なる、真にユニークな体験です。朝食はカフェで提供され、パンやペストリー、特に種類豊富なコーヒーは絶品です。

Нам очень понравился отель! Расположен на центральной улице, при этом в номере было тихо. Всё рядом - достопремичательности, рестораны, магазины и т.д. Удобные кровати, хорошее белье и полотенца. Сотрудники очень отзывчивые. Машину оставляли в отеле, её увозят в гараж и при необходимости привозят прямо ко входу.

Trip.com の予約では、チェックインのプロセスが通常とは異なることを強調したり、明確に述べたりしていませんでした。複雑でタイムリーではなく、チェックイン方法に関する指示が明確に警告されていました。 タイムリーで明確な指示がなかったため、非常に不便を感じました。バーリ行きのフェリーは 1 日 1 便 (夜行) しかなかったため、早めに到着しました。そのため、少なくとも荷物を預けるためにホテルを探さなければなりませんでした。しかし、ホテルの入り口 (またはゲート?) は閉まっていたか、見つけることができませんでした。そのため、その朝の雨の降る寒さの中で絶望し、通行人に助けを求めました。雨の中で長い長い会話をした後、ようやくホストに連絡して、チェックインを許可してもらいました。 これらのフラストレーションは、指示がもっと早く与えられていたか、ゲストに通常とは異なるチェックイン方法についてもっと早く警告されていれば避けられたでしょう。英語を話せる親切なイタリア人を通じてホストに連絡して助けてくれるまで、指示はありませんでした。私たちが近づいた数人の通行人は、雨が激しく降っていたため、英語を話せなかったり、私たちを無視したりしました。

Do not stay at this dangerous hotel. Our first room was old , smelly, and awful with a broken fridge, a kettle that could not be plugged in and peeling paint. The second room has 3 different paint colours exposed fires and a bathroom that floods every time the shower is used. There are holes in the ceilings, no staff apart from 1 young girl at reception. Rooms have the cheapest, most basic facilities. The toiletries are what you would expect in a 2 star hotel. No nescafe machine if you want sn expresso you must pay €3.50. The hotel is run down and clearly management care only for money. Private guest information is stored in a public cupboard. Maintenance is ignored, and breakfast is basic. The breskfadt consists mainly of prepared sweet pastry and cakes. A small glass of tetra pack orange juice us €5 If you wish to iron, you need to either iron on the bed or the floor.. The hotel does not have a bar that operates. There are no umbrellas or comforts of a 4-star hotel. Service is zero. The hotel only offers breakfast. No lunch, dinner, or room service. But the most alarming concern is the hotels noncompliance with fire safety. If there was a fire at this hotel, guests would simply lose their lives. On both the 2nd and 3rd fll Oor parts of the ceilings have collapsed. The police gave arrested the hotel due to serious concerns for staff and guests.

El lugar en general aceptable, el dueño o dueña nose porque solo hablamos por WhatsApp, tenía el pago para hacer con tarjeta al llegar, resulta que cuando casi estoy en puerta me escribió y me dice q si le puedo pagar en efectivo q hay un cajero cerca, soy de España así que lo de sacar dinero del cajero va a ser q no, menos mal q llevaba dinero en efectivo, me tuvo en la puerta esperando para darme las claves para coger las llaves, al entrar la habitación está bien, pero tiene una puerta interior q accede el personal de limpieza q no puedes ni bloquear ni cerrar por dentro lo cual me creo inseguridad, tenía desayuno y le pregunté como funcionaba el servicio, en 10 minutos me llamó una mujer a dicha puerta para dejar una cafetera de cápsulas y unas magdalenas. Lo peor fue el día siguiente q pasamos el día fuera y a la noche nos faltaban las cosas del baño y las mesitas, q la chica q limpia pensó q nos íbamos a quedar una noche y lo vacío todo, menudo susto, al rato nos lo devolvieron pero no me parece normal. Justo al lado hay una cafetería Edén, q por 3,30€ desayunas de fabuloso

Hotelli oli todella mukava ja sijainti loistava, kävely etäisyys kaikkiin nähtävyyksiin. Henkilökunta erittäin ystävällistä.
