メキシコキンタナ･ロー州で、Wi-Fiのあるホテル

アズリック・トゥルムに泊まりましたが、一番小さい部屋だったので、賞賛と現実的な視点、どちらの気持ちもあります。 正直に言うと、アズリックは視覚的には息をのむほど美しいです。建築的には夢のようで、まさに美しさとインスタグラムのために作られています。デザインは美しく、オーガニック。視覚的、概念的な観点からは、100点満点中100点と言えるでしょう。 しかし、快適さと実用性に関しては、全く別の話です。 アズリックは純粋なジャングル体験です。それは魔法のようですが、次のような意味でもあります。 * プライバシーが非常に限られている * 仕切りの後ろにトイレがある * 夜間はお湯が出ない * 全体的に快適さが最小限 これが意図的で、コンセプトの一部であることは理解しています。しかし、1泊2,000ドルもする部屋なら、特にその価格帯では、芸術的な体験と豪華な快適さのバランスを期待するのは当然です。 部屋自体はかわいかったですが、長期滞在には全く向いていません。ここは長くても1～2泊が限度です。それ以上になると、快適さの欠如が気になってきます。 サービスは良くありませんでした。メキシコなので物事が違うのは理解していますが、これほど国際的な評判のあるホテルなら、スタッフが英語を話せるのは当然であるべきです。特に、ほとんどの宿泊客は海外からの旅行者なのですから。 ビーチサービスが早く閉まる（午後4～5時頃）ため、体験が非常に限定的に感じられます。 いくつか小さくても重要な点です。 * 部屋のマッチが非常に点けにくく、キャンドルが主な光源なのでイライラしました。キャンドルのアイデア自体は好きですが、本を読む人にはこのホテルは向いていません！ * 清掃はもっと良くできるはずです。 * このレベルのホテルなら、お湯は本当に24時間利用可能であるべきです。 全体として、アズリックは芸術的、美的、精神的なコンセプトのホテルであり、快適さを追求した高級ホテルではありません。そのことを理解して、1、2泊だけ滞在するなら、素晴らしい体験になるでしょう。チェックイン時にゲストに何を期待できるかを改めて伝えることが重要だと思います。なぜなら、人々は説明を読まず、景色目当てで来て、がっかりすることがあるからです。 雰囲気、建築、写真のために訪れるのは良いでしょう。 古典的な贅沢や快適さを期待してはいけません。 美しいアイデア、力強いコンセプトですが、より良いサービス、基本的な快適さ、細部への配慮があれば、さらに輝くことができるはずです。そして、私は多くを求めているわけではありません。

The strength of this hotel is the great built-in spa within the hotel property! Stay here if you want to enjoy a beautiful spa experience only steps away from your hotel room. Don’t stay here is you expect to be close to downtown. It’s at least a twenty minute walk to downtown, including if you just need a quick drink from a convenience store, and having to take a taxi each time quickly adds up! Don’t even think about walking to and from the hotel after sunset as the mosquitoes will eat you very quickly (you won’t even make it half way). Hence, I sort of wished I picked any hotel closer to downtown as I believe their premium is worth it just on this fact alone. Don’t stay here if you want variety with the included breakfast. The complimentary breakfast will have you searching for the rooftop entrance across the street, climb the stairs to be presented three preset breakfast options; omelette or scrambled eggs with either cheese or ham or pancakes. Granted, a bit of fruits and yogurt is included along with the eggs, but it’s pretty basic. Though I’m not complaining when you get to have freshly prepared breakfast on the rooftop overlooking the Holbox white beach! Just don’t expect much nor to have a variety of options. But it will get the job done! Breakfast was 8:30-10:30am and we hung around past that to enjoy coffee on the rooftop WIFI. Don’t stay here if you are expecting a good pool experience. The two small pools on the property aren’t running all the time so it doesn’t look appealing to get into. Don’t stay here if you are expecting a view from your hotel room. You won’t see any bit of the ocean - just the hotels in front and behind this hotel. We upgraded from the Double Room to the King suite and really glad we did because we got a nice balcony and comfortable bed with plenty of different pillow options. We also looked into upgrading to the King suite with bathtub option but glad we didn’t opt for it as the bathtub didn’t look appealing and just took up all the living room space. We wish the rooms were a bit more spacious, with perhaps some living room furniture, otherwise you just get a basic bed with nightstands, TV with basic cable and basic bathroom. The water pressure was good and quickly warmed up. The room AC was great and didn’t need to be run long. The issue mainly was the poor insulating as we heard out downstairs neighbours and likely would have heard whoever was across from us if there was anyone. There was no safe or iron in the room unfortunately. If beach clubs are your thing, there are three decent options very close by. We checked out “HAU” beach club directly across from this hotel. This beach club didn’t have a minimum, had a generous happy hour (4-7pm), but unfortunately we got diarrhea after their mojitos. Although they were delicious mojitos so it’s hard to regret it. I primarily booked this place to get a great spa experience and they exceeded my expectations. Thus, based on this experience, this hotel deserves nothing less than five stars. I also can’t forget to mention the hotel staff were incredibly helpful during our stay. Shoutout to all the concierges and especially including Mateo, Almira and Marianna in the reservations department!

Very very large hotel with many stores and restaurants . There are lots of amenities but most are extra pay (which is a bit unfortunate given how much the hotel is already).

NYXホテル、最高！また絶対泊まりたい！ カンクンは4回目だけど、今回ついに宝物のようなオールインクルーシブホテルを見つけちゃった！思わず小紅書（RED）で大絶賛する投稿をせずにはいられない。 ゴールデンウィークにカンクンで2日間ゴロゴロしたくて、適当に選んだホテルだったんだけど、去年のRiu Palace Kukulcanに比べて、値段が半分以下で本当に感動した🥹 カンクンの7字型ホテルゾーンの真ん中にあって、Riu Palace Kukulcanからは徒歩10分くらい。ほぼ同じオーシャンビューを楽しめるから、景色に関しては全く遜色ないよ。 ホテルのオールインクルーシブに含まれる和食とイタリアンレストランは、全然手抜きじゃなかった。3泊なら和食1回とイタリアン1回、5泊以上なら鉄板焼きも楽しめる。ビュッフェの朝食と夕食は品数は多くないけど、まあ十分かな。 ホテルの設備はちょっと古めだけど、この破格のコスパを考えたら全然気にならないレベル。一部の建物は階段なんだけど、今回はエレベーター付きの7号棟に案内してもらえた。部屋のミニバーはミネラルウォーターだけだったけど、翌日にはドリンクとビールを補充してくれたよ。値段が安いから贅沢は言えないよね。 このホテル全体から感じるのは、個性的で特別な雰囲気。他のホテルみたいに高層ではないけど、建築デザインが凝っていて、素敵な写真がたくさん撮れるんだ。 ホテルスタッフはみんな本当に親切でフレンドリー！特にチップを渡した後は、サービスが最高だった。チェックインしてすぐフルーツティーが出てきたし、フロントの人が私たちが新婚だと知って、ささやかなハネムーンのお祝いをしてくれたんだ。シャンパンとデザートのサービスがあって、もう好感度MAX！ ホテルのアクティビティは多くないかな。午前中にプールでエアロビクス、夜は歌のショーがあるけど、ホテルのアクティビティには興味ないから別にいいや。 本当に、この良心的なホテルがもっとたくさんの人に知られてほしいな。次は来ないかもしれないけど、予算があって、あまり高い要求がない人には超おすすめだよ🥰🥰🥰

エンポリオでの滞在は最高でした！清潔で整頓された環境、そしてリラックスできて快適な雰囲気でした。スタッフはフレンドリーで効率的で、チェックインやリクエストにも迅速に対応してくれました。食事の選択肢も期待以上で、料理は新鮮で美味しく、サービスは丁寧で行き届いていました。旅行にも短期滞在にも最適で、ぜひまた泊まりたいですし、友人にもお勧めしたいと思います！

このホテルを予約したときは、写真と価格を見てください。この高価なホテルと同じように素晴らしいに違いないと思います。しかし... 1. これは 3 つ星ホテルのようなものです。 2. 人柄は非常に悪い。あなたがお金を払わなかったら、誰もあなたのためにサービスを提供してくれませんでした。一度だけジュースか何かをくれる。 2回目以降は20分ほどお待ちください 3. 2人部屋を予約しました。しかし、内側にはすべてが1つあります。もう 1 つ石鹸またはシャンプーを持ってくるように何度も頼む必要があります。そして必ず給料も必要です…。 4. アメニティはありません。プールとレストランだけ。 5. 通常、ドバイかトルコでこのお金を支払えば、5 つ星が何であるかを見ることができます。彼には星が見えない。 6. この価格が高い理由は 1 つだけだと思います。エロ番組ですよ。名前がエロい。これ以上何もない。名前だけ:):):):) それで、お金があるなら、そして休みたいなら。このホテルには行きませんでした。 5日間予約しました。ただし、そこに滞在するのは1泊だけです。

Standout was the unique rooms which are extremely private, spacious and beautifully designed along the lagoon. Personally I didn’t quite understand the ‘Butler’ concept and found some of the comms style a bit frustrating. The other standout was the ‘Day of the dead’ celebrations. The property was decorated beautifully and very well organised. The opportunity to also participate was great as we felt emerged in the festivities. It would have been nice if the dinner package also included the face painting. More broadly the property is set within mayakoba so you can explore the grounds including the other hotels and it was fun to explore on the bikes. The only other thing to be aware off is also this is the more premium / exclusive hotel in mayakoba it’s still geared towards families or at least there where quite a few kids around. Finally don’t have high expectations of the beach it’s tiny and there isn’t much space. If you want high end luxury visit Maroma.

A pleasant stay. We received a room upgrade to ocean view which was lovely. Good size spacious rooms and comfortable bed. Amenities at the sister hotel next door were better than ours but because you can access both, this was not an issue. Friendly, helpful staff and good food from the three restaurants we tried. All inclusive drinks in our package were local and not very enjoyable - this would be my only gripe!
