I recently stayed at the City Express Junior by Marriott in Cancun, and overall, I was very pleased with my experience. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, which made my stay comfortable from the start. I also loved how conveniently located it was—just a short distance from shopping centers and popular attractions, making it easy to explore the area.
The service stood out as well; the staff members were friendly and always ready to help with directions or recommendations. Although the rooms were on the smaller side, they had everything I needed for a short stay. The amenities, including the breakfast area and common spaces, were well-kept and made for a pleasant environment to relax in.
My only minor complaint is that the walls seemed a bit thin, so I occasionally heard noise from the hallway. However, it wasn’t enough to significantly affect my stay. Overall, I’d recommend City Express Junior by Marriott Cancun to travelers looking for a clean, convenient, and budget-friendly option in the city. I look forward to returning on my next trip to Cancun!

立地が特に素晴らしい。遊びに行く時全て徒歩圏内で、裏にはタコリゴという安くて美味しいタコス屋さんやサンドイッチ屋さんがある。飲み物もフリードリンクで素晴らしい。ただ水着とかを干す場所があれば最高だと思う。

1泊か2泊の滞在に適しています。部屋は狭く、バスルームも少し窮屈です。基本的なアメニティは充実しており、清潔です。立地も便利で、階下にはスーパーマーケットとコンビニエンスストアがあり、ロビーには日帰り旅行カウンターがあります。ショッピングモールの向かいにはガソリンスタンドがあり、レンタカー会社も隣にあります。周辺のレストランもなかなか良いです。ただし、ビーチまではかなり遠く、タクシーは100元近くかかります。

ホテルは「7」の字型の頂点という絶好のロケーションにあります。客室は広々としており、清潔でプライバシーも確保されています。レストランもいくつかあり、特にフランス料理とイタリア料理のレストランは美味しいです。
ホテルのビーチはそれほど広くなく、プールやビーチ沿いのサンシェードは有料でかなり高額なため、実際にアクティビティを楽しむスペースは比較的限られています。

立地はＡＤバスターミナルから少し遠かったが、タクシーを使うほどではないので、キャリーケースをもって10分程度歩いたが、人によっては遠すぎると思う人がいるかもしれない。
室内金庫の使い方の説明がなかったので、ハウスキーパーを呼んだが、英語が通じなかったので、翻訳アプリを使う必要があった。それでもわからなかったので、2回も来てもらった。嫌がらずに、来てくれたのはよかったが、1回で済まなかったので、そこが面倒だと思う人がいるかもしれない。
一番残念だったのは、「朝食６ペソ」とあったので、期待して向かったら、150ペソと言われたこと。値上がりしたのかもしれないし、6ドルの間違いだったかもしれないが、記載事項を信頼して申し込んだのに、まったく異なっていて、「だまされた、詐欺か」と思った。この点は、速やかに直されることを期待します。

For an international chain hotel, it was shocking that the front desk staff handling check-in could not speak English at all — truly none. Even the most basic numbers had to be shown by typing them into a calculator.
The check-in process was extremely slow, and the staff member left us waiting aside while attending to some unrelated matters, only returning to process our check-in after finishing whatever they were doing.

設備：ホテルは新しく、設備も良いです。カンクンではかなり新しい方だと思います。
清潔さ：なかなか良くて、虫はいませんでした。立地は少し遠く、専用のグランドアイランドに入る必要があります。
環境：海に面していませんが、ラグーンもきれいです。ゴルフコース側からは遠くに海が見えます。欠点は、ビーチまでシャトルバスで行く必要があり、歩いて行くには遠いことです。ただ、ビーチクラブの眺めは本当に素晴らしいです。
いくつかのレストランの味はどれも悪くなく、予約もアプリで簡単にできます。ビュッフェレストランのランチは海鮮の質が一番高く、とても美味しかったです。メキシコ料理レストランと地中海料理レストランも美味しかったです。
アプリでは毎日のアクティビティもたくさん見ることができ、暇な時にいくつか参加するのもなかなか楽しいです。

素敵な場所で、翌日空港に行く必要がある場合に便利です。私たちは1日だけホテルに滞在しました。サービスは素晴らしく、とても丁寧で、親切に対応してくれました。チェックインは午後3時でしたが、部屋の準備が1時半頃には整っていたので、私たちにとっては完璧でした。コーヒーショップ、レストラン、プラザ・ラス・アメリカスなど、徒歩圏内に多くの場所があります。唯一の問題は湿度でした。部屋は良い匂いではありませんでしたが、清潔でした。湿度の問題だと思います。

Stay here if you want to enjoy a beautiful spa experience only steps away from your hotel room.
Don’t stay here is you expect to be close to downtown. It’s at least a twenty minute walk to downtown, including if you just need a quick drink from a convenience store, and having to take a taxi each time quickly adds up! Don’t even think about walking to and from the hotel after sunset as the mosquitoes will eat you very quickly (you won’t even make it half way). Hence, I sort of wished I picked any hotel closer to downtown as I believe their premium is worth it just on this fact alone.
Don’t stay here if you want variety with the included breakfast. The complimentary breakfast will have you searching for the rooftop entrance across the street, climb the stairs to be presented three preset breakfast options; omelette or scrambled eggs with either cheese or ham or pancakes. Granted, a bit of fruits and yogurt is included along with the eggs, but it’s pretty basic. Though I’m not complaining when you get to have freshly prepared breakfast on the rooftop overlooking the Holbox white beach! Just don’t expect much nor to have a variety of options. But it will get the job done! Breakfast was 8:30-10:30am and we hung around past that to enjoy coffee on the rooftop WIFI.
Don’t stay here if you are expecting a good pool experience. The two small pools on the property aren’t running all the time so it doesn’t look appealing to get into.
Don’t stay here if you are expecting a view from your hotel room. You won’t see any bit of the ocean - just the hotels in front and behind this hotel.
We upgraded from the Double Room to the King suite and really glad we did because we got a nice balcony and comfortable bed with plenty of different pillow options. We also looked into upgrading to the King suite with bathtub option but glad we didn’t opt for it as the bathtub didn’t look appealing and just took up all the living room space. We wish the rooms were a bit more spacious, with perhaps some living room furniture, otherwise you just get a basic bed with nightstands, TV with basic cable and basic bathroom. The water pressure was good and quickly warmed up. The room AC was great and didn’t need to be run long. The issue mainly was the poor insulating as we heard out downstairs neighbours and likely would have heard whoever was across from us if there was anyone. There was no safe or iron in the room unfortunately.
If beach clubs are your thing, there are three decent options very close by. We checked out “HAU” beach club directly across from this hotel. This beach club didn’t have a minimum, had a generous happy hour (4-7pm), but unfortunately we got diarrhea after their mojitos. Although they were delicious mojitos so it’s hard to regret it.
I primarily booked this place to get a great spa experience and they exceeded my expectations. Thus, based on this experience, this hotel deserves nothing less than five stars.
I also can’t forget to mention the hotel staff were incredibly helpful during our stay. Shoutout to all the concierges and especially including Mateo, Almira and Marianna in the reservations department!

SSS72I found this property Ujo have good reviews on Trip.con and wanted to give it a try. I preferred apartment style stays cos the convenience of having a kitchen allows flexibility for diet-restricted people.
The place looked modern and clean. Pretty spacious and functional. Has a balcony with a (not so grande, lol) view of the neighborhood. It was so hot outside even in November, like a sauna, so we didn’t spend anytime on the balcony and kept windows and doors shut to prevent heat and bugs.
The AC and two ceiling fans in our room helped greatly for temperature control, making our stay comfortable. Note: the AC only works when you use the key card in the room — inserting it in the power slot and then AC can be turned on. Without a note about it, I thought the AC was not working. But glad the lady there helped to call and figure it out. Simple as that.
The bathroom is interesting. It’s mostly good, got a ceiling shower and worked well. They provided organic wash, shampoo, and conditioner. The only part that didn’t make too much sense is the short half wall that is functioning as a divider between the shower part and the dry part of the bathroom. Water would easily splash out — it felt like it was designed for shorter users and didn’t account for a lot of tourists that are tall. Perhaps add a good old shower curtain? Mostly for the property’s own benefit of not getting the floor wet where it shouldn’t be.
I sent a request when I booked the room for the hosts to spray bug sprays in the room prior to my arrival. They quickly acknowledged that after my booking and did that before I checked in. Much appreciation.
When we checked out, we left our luggage to the host for a few hours. They are very helpful to put them away.
Also this place has bike rentals on site for a good price compared to what we saw outside of the property.
Finally, let’s talk about the overall area. We chose it also because it’s close location to ADO bus station as we came from Cancun via bus. We don’t have any interest in the crazy taxi prices and want to walk as much as we can. So this walkable property (less than 10minutes from Tulum ADO bus station) worked. I also chose it because it’s not on the Main Street where I looked at a lot of properties and found noise complaints. I cannot handle noise past 10pm. I need my rest. So overall, Ujo was quiet in itself, no really close-by clubs, no rooftop parties, and other visitors seemed respectful and not loud after 10pm. BUT, here is the reality, this is a town with many stray animals. And they sleep during the heated day time, and get active at night. So there were barking and meowing for sure that can pierce thru. As well as some traffic sound and remote club noises. Don’t expect 100% tranquility. I am fairly picky about noise but I would say given the town’s reality, this is a very decent spot. I was able to sleep thru the nights without much issue.
Overall the stay met the score it had on Trip.com (9.6/10) when I was booking. If I visit Tulum again, or if someone asked for a recommendation, I would stay/recommend this place.

ゲゲスト全体的に良いホテルでしたが、もし事前にマスターベッドルームの雰囲気を知っていたら予約しなかったでしょう。最初はシャワーが使えませんでした。水が毎回あふれてしまうからです。清掃スタッフに何度も伝えると、そのたびに謝罪し、誰かが来て水を流してくれました。部屋とバルコニーは非常に広く快適でしたが、エアコンの音がうるさく、部屋の雰囲気は病院のようでした。くつろげる雰囲気ではありません。テレビ横のソファも座りたくなるようなものではありませんでした。テーブルには植物もなく、彩りもなくて、もっと居心地の良い空間にできたのに、とても残念です。そうそう、荷物を一人で階段を下ろさなければなりませんでした。ベルボーイが私を見ても、「大丈夫ですか？」と叫ぶだけで何もしてくれませんでした。自分でできたとはいえ、それはサービスとは言えません。このホテルはレストランでの服装に非常にこだわっています。初めて食事に行ったとき、「何かお手伝いできますか？」と言われました。あまり丁寧ではありませんでした。自分の服装のせいかと思いましたが、幸いにもレストランには短いドレスを着た女性が何人もいたので安心しました。そして、大晦日のディナーでは、ドレスコードに合っているか、頭からつま先までチェックされました。これはもっとサービス志向で友好的な方法で伝えられるべきだと思います。ああ、それから！ビーチでタオルを他の宿泊客に取られてしまいました。タオル担当者に伝えたところ、あまり快く受け止めてもらえませんでしたが、幸い罰金はなかったので、まだ良かったですが、改善の余地はあります。レストランと食事は本当に本当に素晴らしく、スタッフの服装もきちんとしていて、そこは見ていて良かったです。

1. これは 3 つ星ホテルのようなものです。
2. 人柄は非常に悪い。あなたがお金を払わなかったら、誰もあなたのためにサービスを提供してくれませんでした。一度だけジュースか何かをくれる。 2回目以降は20分ほどお待ちください
3. 2人部屋を予約しました。しかし、内側にはすべてが1つあります。もう 1 つ石鹸またはシャンプーを持ってくるように何度も頼む必要があります。そして必ず給料も必要です…。
4. アメニティはありません。プールとレストランだけ。
5. 通常、ドバイかトルコでこのお金を支払えば、5 つ星が何であるかを見ることができます。彼には星が見えない。
6. この価格が高い理由は 1 つだけだと思います。エロ番組ですよ。名前がエロい。これ以上何もない。名前だけ:):):):)
それで、お金があるなら、そして休みたいなら。このホテルには行きませんでした。 5日間予約しました。ただし、そこに滞在するのは1泊だけです。

Amenities at the sister hotel next door were better than ours but because you can access both, this was not an issue.

ゲゲスト6月に3泊宿泊しました。雨季のためか海は藻がたくさんで入れませんでしたが、人も多すぎずプールでゆっくり寛げました。キンタアベニーダにも近いので、ホテルライフの合間にちょっと街ブラを楽しんだりもできます。ビュッフェ、ディナーレストランが3件、カフェやプールバーがあり、アクティビティで朝ヨガやショーもあり、色々楽しめました。オーシャンビューで予約しましたがほぼ海が見えなかったので、部屋から海をみたい場合はシーフロントなどで予約した方がよいかもです。
