イポー・パレード・モールに隣接する清潔でモダンなホテル。周辺には多くのレストラン、ショップ、スーパーマーケットがあります。客室はバスタブとシャワー付きで快適。Harnnのアメニティも完備。唯一の難点は、ヘアドライヤーが外壁に取り付けられていて取り外せないこと。スマートテレビ、無料のミニバー、朝食、ヘルシーな夕食が宿泊料金に含まれています。屋上にあるインフィニティプールからは美しい夕日を眺めることができます。

このホテルに泊まるのは今回で2回目です。階下にある居心地の良い小さなカフェが本当に気に入っているからです。ホテル自体もとても可愛くて清潔感があり、すぐにくつろげる空間になっています。値段は少し高めですが、コーヒーが本当に美味しくてその価値があるので、正直言って気になりません。私が泊まった部屋はシンプルながらも驚くほど広々としていて、ゆったりとくつろぐことができました。全体的に見て、清潔で魅力的、そして便利な場所を求めるなら、特に私のようにコーヒー好きの方にはぴったりのホテルです！

Overall, we had a pleasant stay and enjoyed our experience. The hotel’s direct beach access was a huge plus, especially for the kids, who had a great time. My main feedback is regarding the breakfast restaurant. I think both the service and dining environment could be improved. The air conditioning wasn’t sufficient to keep the entire dining area comfortable, especially during busy hours. The breakfast seating arrangement could also be managed better. Since the downstairs dining area was full, we were assigned a table upstairs. However, the food selection upstairs was very limited, so we had to go back and forth downstairs several times to get the food we wanted. It seemed that the restaurant lacked sufficient space to comfortably accommodate the number of guests during breakfast, which affected the overall dining experience. Other than that, we had a good stay and appreciated the hotel’s excellent beachfront location.

場所はとても良いです。イポー旧市街の多くの有名なレストランまで歩いて行くことができます。すべて10分以内で、非常に便利です。 家はとても大きく、ベッドは快適です。しかし、下水道からの臭いは非常に強く、非常に不快です。トイレのドアを閉めるのに役立ちました。 防音はあまりなく、廊下で他のゲストが歩いておしゃべりしているのが聞こえます。人が通り過ぎる朝晩はかなり騒しいかもしれません。 駐車場のデザインは悪夢です。八角形です。一度にレベル 7 まで車を運転すると、本当に挑戦的です。 管理チームは非常に親しみやすいです。クレジットカードを通じて損害保証金のためにRM300を収集します。チェックアウト後1-2日で返金されます。 (返品を受け取ったかどうか確認していません)。

今まで1人旅でマレーシア国内で1泊100RM以内のホテルに何度も泊まってきましたが、このホテルはコストパフォーマンスがとてもよく大満足でした。 マレーシアでこのホテルと同じくらいの宿泊料金のホテルは、水回りが古かったり、歯ブラシがなかったり、朝食がついていないホテルが多いのですが、こちらのホテルは良い意味で期待を裏切ってくれました！！ 朝食ビュッフェも種類がそこそこありました。

The hotel is closed to a shopping mall which made it it convenient to have dinner or buying necessities. Were there for an event at the mall which made the hotel our first choice..

ユニークなホテルです。部屋は少し狭いですが、スタッフは親切で素晴らしいサービスを提供してくれます。立地は少し離れており、観光スポットからは歩いてすぐですが、タクシーで移動できるので大きな問題ではありません。 しかし、改善が必要な点もいくつかあります。まず、ホテルの入り口が分かりにくく、目印もないため、見つけにくいです。次に、廊下は暗く、部屋も真っ暗なので、カードリーダーを探すのに手探りで探す必要があります。最後に、ベッドサイドに電源コンセントがないため、携帯電話や時計の充電に非常に不便です。

For the price, I think it is a reasonable option.  However objectively: 1. The air-cons don't work well - one of them was leaking.  The staff was helpful in sending contractor to fix while we were out but due to miscommunication (because we have connecting rooms) the ”fix” was made to the air-con that wasn't leaking as badly as the one we complained about.  To be fair they offered to swap rooms but we are a family of 5 and it was a hassle to repack and move so we declined.  2. The hot water was very good despite some reviews.  However the shower head in one of the rooms were such that they don't stay put so occasional splashes happened.  3. One of the rooms wasn't cleaned (we have connecting room) - the ”make my room” card wasn't available in one of the room so we hung on just 1 of the room and left the connecting door open, thinking that the cleaners would clean both.  They only cleaned 1.  I guess we could have outright told reception instead of assuming that the cleaners will clean both rooms since we left the connecting door open.  4. I paid for extra bed - but the bedsheet was dusty - they changed it (or at least vacuumed it) after the first night.  5. The beds were quite comfortable, they offered free bottled water and coffee sachets, tv worked, fridges worked, rooms were decent sized, wifi was ok - ample street parking, the lights were ok but one of the rooms had stark white lights instead of the warmer ones. Location was good, just off the highway and across the eateries in Bercham.  6. The staff were helpful and friendly.  Despite the complaints they texted me and constantly called to check if we needed towels (because one of the room weren't cleaned) and they asked twice if we wanted to change rooms (we didn't because of reason stated above).  7. Suggestion - build a small ramp to go up to the hotel from the road if possible.  It will be helpful for luggage and older folks / wheelchairs etc.  All in all, it was a decent stay.  Price was competitive but cleanliness could be better - and air-con/shower heads can be better maintained.
