⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Walton Hotel Galata-da keçirdiyimiz vaxtdan çox məmnun qaldıq. Otelin yerləşməsi mükəmməldir, xüsusilə Meydan, Forum alış-veriş mərkəzinə, Ayasofya Trabzon məscidinə, dəniz sahilinə piyada rahatlıqla getmək olur. Otaqlar çox təmiz, rahat və zövqlə dizayn olunmuşdu. Xüsusilə dam terrasından görünən Trabzon mənzərəsi unudulmaz idi. Personal hər zaman gülərüzlü və yardımsevər davranırdı. Trabzonun mərkəzində həm rahat, həm də sakit bir istirahət üçün əla seçimdir. Məsləhət görürəm ki, resepsiondan uzun göl və hamsiköy turlarına biıet almaq üçün müraciət edin, birbaşa oteldən alıb, tur sonrası otelə qaytarırlar. Yenidən gəlsəm əgər, mütləq bu oteli seçərəm!

I had a wonderful stay! The room was very comfortable, clean, and stylish. The location is excellent, close to everything I needed, and the area felt very safe. The staff “ Abdul Rahman “ was welcoming and always ready to help, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to coming back again.”

ホテルの設備は良く、居心地が良かった。朝食も含まれていた。子供連れで割引料金の部屋に泊まったので、料金は手頃で、中国の労働者階級の家族にはちょうど良い。今回の旅行で訪れた国の中で、トラブゾンは最も過小評価されている街だった。たった1日しか滞在しなかったのは残念だ。ゆっくり休むために2、3日滞在する計画を立てるべきだった。これでまた訪れる理由ができた。この街は美しい山と海、多様な文化、そして温かく親切な人々を誇っている。景色、爽やかな雰囲気、赤い屋根は、中国のとても美しく住みやすい街、威海をどことなく彷彿とさせる。

ホテルに関するすべてが素晴らしかった。清潔さは素晴らしく、設備は素晴らしく、スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで親切でした。ホテルの場所は絶対に完璧です-必要なものはすべて近くにあります。リゼやウズンゲル、さらにはジョージア州バトゥミなどのトラブゾン北部への日帰り旅行を計画している場合は特に便利です。ホテルから徒歩わずか1分のセベハルモールの向かいにある地元のツアー会社と簡単に調整してピックアップできます。唯一の欠点は、滞在の最後の2日間の朝食でした。ビュッフェ式朝食はなく、代わりにセットプレートを提供しました。当時、ホテルには十分なゲストがいなかったためだと思います。全体的に、それは素晴らしい滞在でした、私は間違いなくこのホテルをお勧めします

Excellent hotel with friendly staff. Very comfortable beds with gorgeous breakfast that had multiple options. Staff were very welcoming and offered a lot of complementary drinks and kuymak which is the traditional food for Trabzon. The only problem was the dim lighting in the room but I guess it was to make it quiet.

MMs. TRAVELLERI was very very disappointed with the hotel. It is my second time, my first time I was extremely happy with everything and decided to book again , but this time I was completely annoyed. Unfortunately, I found the hotel in a very unpleasant situation but a big plus for its staff and their efficiency specially the reception guys . A big thank you to them. Let us state the positive points, check in and out was quick and efficient. location is good. The employees are very attentive and efficient. Breakfast is great. Cleaning is done on daily basis. There is a spa and pool down but this time I didn’t use it so can’t say much. The view from the balcony is fabulous. The location of the hotel is excellent. Now lets talk about the room. Everything is old and not maintained well. Bedsheets, bedcover, pillows and pillow cases all are old and all have spots on them. On my arrival my bedsheets, bedcover & pillows had different spots on them . I immediately called the receptionist and everything was changed. Ac doesn’t work well. The toilet flush is broken & doesn’t work well. The carpets are old . I can’t say anything about towels for I never use hotel’s towels. I love this hotel but I was very disappointed with the situation that I saw when I stayed 4 days this time. Overall its ok & passable.

What truly stood out was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. A special thank you to Ahmed for his constant support, attentiveness, and kindness throughout my stay. I also want to sincerely thank Lina, the manager, for her professionalism and warm attitude—she ensured everything was smooth and perfect. Additionally, I want to give a shoutout to the evening shift receptionist (I wish I remembered her name) for her helpfulness and friendly demeanor. She was always welcoming and ready to assist with anything, making my evenings at the hotel even more pleasant. If you’re visiting Trabzon and want a place where you’ll feel genuinely cared for, Residence Inn Trabzon is the perfect choice. Huge thanks again to Ahmed, Lina, and the entire team for making my stay so memorable!

AAyoosh全体的に、このホテルでの滞在は浮き沈みがありました。駐車場の人は信じられないほど親切で、私の車を大事にしてくれました。これは前向きなスタートでした。しかし、受付係の笑顔の欠如は、潜在的に文化的ですが、少し冷たい印象を残しました。チェックインは効率的で、206号室はきれいでしたが、やかんやアイロンがないのでがっかりしました。明るい面では、エアコンはうまく機能しました。私の好みに合わなかったので、シャワーヘッドを改善することができます。さらに、大小1枚のタオルの提供はやや最小限でした。プラスの点で、ホテルの場所は便利で、ショップは徒歩圏内でした。チェックアウトは簡単で、受付係に鍵を渡すだけです。結論として、いくつかの肯定的な側面がありましたが、アメニティとサービス態度のいくつかの改善は、このホテルでの全体的な経験を高めることができます。

LLazankaI had a fantastic stay at the newly built Garden House Hotel. The room was amazing, equipped with everything you could need, including a little fridge. It was also wonderfully warm, which is perfect if you’re staying during the colder months. Mahmut was amazing — very helpful and friendly, a lovely person. The only issue I encountered was the lack of signage indicating it’s the Garden House. Arriving on a rainy day made it harder since the internet wasn’t working and I had to knock on a few houses and ask for help to find the place. The streets are tiny and all houses are next to each other, making it tricky to locate. I’d recommend providing precise location details on the listing or advising guests to contact the host for exact directions, especially if they arrive at night or in bad weather. Aside from that, it was a really nice stay and I’d definitely come back!

JJihad Hashim滞在は素晴らしかった、交通から離れた街の真ん中に位置しています予約する前にすべてのレビューを調査しましたが、近くの空港の騒音がほとんど心配でした.. 楽しみの一部だったことがわかりました特に防音窓を閉めると、騒音はそれほどひどくありません。しかし、航空交通はそれほど重くなく、子供たちは飛行機の観察を楽しんでいました。ホテルは完全にきれいで、朝食は非常に豊富で多様で、トルコの遺産をInt'lコンポーネントで反映しています.. スタッフはとても親切で親切で、とても丁寧なアプローチで、トラブゾンの雰囲気全体がとても友好的で歓迎してくれました間違いなく再びそこに滞在します

ゲゲストGreat place to stay, it was the best stay l had in turkey. The staff were friendly, helpful and can speak English. The view is mesmerizing, the location with its surroundings makes you forget that you are near the city. Once you enter the place you feel like you are in a secluded paradise with its beautiful landscape, architecture, views, hiking trails and much more. Also the idea that the restaurant is down stairs directly on the sea is amazing. Breakfast was great, one of the most enjoyable meals I had in a while. Last but not least ,I booked a duplex room and they upgrade us to a private cottage. Thank you for everything, we will be back for sure.

However, be aware of a few things: • You can hear anyone passing by in front of the room — sound insulation is poor. • There is no elevator, so be prepared if you have heavy luggage. • On Trip.com, the standard room was advertised as having a balcony with river view, but in reality, it was a side room with a balcony facing the neighboring hotel, offering no actual view. The hotel staff clarified that only the larger apartment-style rooms have a river view. • I contacted Trip.com for clarification, but unfortunately, I haven’t received a clear response.

ゲゲストThe Comfort House Hotel is an exceptionally well managed, family run Hotel with very large, clean and comfortable rooms. My room was surprisingly big with a king size double bed, two comfortable lounge chairs, a table and a separate desk with chair by the wall. The room included a good sized private bathroom. Trabzon is all hills. There is a large cluster of a variety of good restaurants and cafes about five minute or so easy walk across the hill from the Comfort House Hotel. Don't walk up the hill or down, walk across, easy. Best of all is the wonderful family that manages the Hotel.
