Excellent hotel with great check in support. The staff were great and gave us advice about where we could charge our electric vehicle. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. A nice clean and comfortable room. The bed was really comfortable and we stopped in an accessible room which was great. It had all of the facilities that you would need to be well supported. The only possible addition would be an EV charging point but there were facilities locally which were easily accessible.

The accommodations were excellent, and the provided amenities were satisfactory. Considering the price point, the value exceeded our expectations. Overall, the experience was highly positive.

Very conveniently situated at Fleet services.The male receptionist was very polite, well spoken and helpful. The female receptionist in the morning was also polite and friendly. Although the hotel looks a bit tired it was spotlessly clean in the bedroom, with good quality amenities in the bathroom. The only downside was on arrival I was told I had to pay £5 for parking. When I queried it, I was today that if I had booked on the hotel website the parking is free!

What a beautiful hotel in beautiful setting. We had a spacious room with a lovely big bed and separate bath with over shower. Bottle of water in the room and kettle with coffee and tea sachets. Hotel provides toiletries. We had pre booked breakfast which was a buffet and very nice. All in all a good stay

Very friendly staff, nice hotel well decorated and great value. VIn a small town, south of Guildford , might be nicer in the summer, only visited in January. Dog friendly!

We were very impressed by the front of the house Zara, who engaged with us authentically and assisted with the checking-in process. She showed genuine interest in the customers and provided information appropriately. The room was compact with all the necessities - I particularly like the space under the bed to put my open suitcase, and the ample options of mirrors. One thing to complain about is that we could hear loud music from our room early in the morning (6.30-7am), which we suspected coming from the gym classes. Another thing is guests have to pay for parking.

Lovely staff and great hotel location for anyone that’s a bit more car centric. Despite not using the on site facilities as much, the staff were lovely, friendly & helpful at any hour. The room was spotlessly clean, and had decent basic amenities, but the room I stayed in was starting to look a little tired. Decent value for money however, especially for the time of the year & a weekend.

Can’t fault a thing, really lovely place to stay with little ones. They really looked after us with special touches, including a stunning play area and bedtime milk and cookies
