The hotel is in a wonderful location. All facilities are well maintained and preserved, especially the gym. All services are good. The restaurant on 3rd floor is the most thing that I like in this hotel. I really enjoyed all nights in Holiday Inn Chennai Hotel. Thank you.

The accommodation was good with a clear and neat room. Vary spacious with proper amenities, the hospitality was good speaking multiple languages like telugu, english, tamil and Hindi appreciable. It's near to asharam around 500m and 2 km from Raja gopuram. Highly recommended

ホテルは実際、時代遅れになりつつあり、内装は色褪せ、硬い素材は剥がれ落ち、退屈な雰囲気です。窓に糞をする鳥や不快な景観をなくす対策を講じるべきです。外観は明らかに建物全体にひび割れが見られます。フロントのファイアズはチェックイン時に、お客様を迎える際にどう笑顔で対応すればいいのか分かりません。ラグジュアリーコレクションホテルだとおっしゃっていますが、改善の余地があります。さもないと競合他社に取って代わられてしまいます。

チェンナイでの滞在は素晴らしかったです。立地も良く、スタッフは親切でフレンドリー、近くにはショッピングモールや娯楽施設がたくさんあり、全体的に手頃な料金でとても良いホテルでした。

Fabulous setting up on a hill about a 20 min walk down  to the town(definitely get a rickshaw back).  Didn’t realise we could order eggs  for breakfast until our second morning (not offered them  on the first morning). Cake at breakfast was yummy. Bathroom hadn’t been cleaned  on arrival  and there were splatters marks on the wall  above the tea/coffee area. We also returned to our room late afternoon to find maintenance working on our balcony - did feel this could have been done after checkout! Fabulous shower. We ate in the restaurant one night and the food was very good. The high taxes in Tamil Nadu added to the price (almost 25%) so bear this in mind . Cocktails weee excellent. We did the morning ’hike’  which was well worth getting up for.  We were brought a hot water bottle on our second night which was a lovely surprise.  Tea & biscuits served between 5 & 5.30pm which was a nice touch  although more of the breakfast cake would have been good. Would recommend staying here as rooms, location  & restaurant are excellent.

Always a comfortable stay at The Raintree, St Marys! Reservations are always well taken care of and staff always go the extra mile to be of help. Special mention to Rahul, Ritu, Ashton and Uma for making the stay really pleasant and for taking care of every small detail. Truly appreciate their stellar service! Look forward to be back

My stay began on a disappointing note. I arrived at the lobby on a Sunday afternoon and waited nearly 40 minutes before anyone attended to me. Although I was clearly in line, a couple of other guests approached the desk and were assisted before me. I expected the concierge or front-desk staff to notice the situation and assist guests in the order they arrived, but unfortunately, that did not happen. Once I was finally checked in, I was assigned a room on the fourth floor. The room itself was acceptable. I generally do not have particularly high expectations regarding hotel-room ambience, as I find that it often does not vary significantly across hotels, regardless of their star rating. What I found especially unreasonable was the hotel’s pricing. Items available in the room, such as a Snickers bar priced at ₹155 and a packet of Lay’s priced at ₹55, ***** with peanuts and carbonated drinks, were listed at several times their normal retail prices. The markup was so excessive that it made me wonder whether the hotel actually wanted guests to consume these items or was simply trying to impose an unnecessary and inflated expense. The same applied to transportation. The hotel quoted ₹1,800 plus taxes for a sedan to the airport. I booked an Uber for the exact same journey for ₹699. Charging well over twice the market price—and then adding taxes on top of it—is frankly absurd. Hotel convenience may reasonably come at a premium, but this felt less like a premium service and more like an attempt to take advantage of guests. The complimentary breakfast, however, offered a wide variety of options and was probably the most redeeming part of the stay.

we have been staying in this hotel for a number of years when each time we visit Chenna. The best thing in this hotel is their Breakfast spread. A really wide variety of food and delicious in taste. The rooms are very clean. The location is excellent as it is very near to all the Shops in T-Nagar.
