My family and i had the delight of staying at hotel paradise in kancheepuram, and it truly was an unforgettable experience! from the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and treated to exceptional hospitality. As a group of six women, we particularly appreciated the hotel's safe and welcoming environment, perfect for an all-female group. The rooms were immaculately clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. What truly sets hotel paradise apart, however, is its exceptional service. The staff were courteous, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfect. VVijayakumar G AFirstly, I was given a room in an extension block that seemed to have been built recently. It was modern but lacked the charm and character of a true heritage property. The main building, with its fireplace and historic ambience, was nowhere to be found. This was especially disappointing considering the premium price I paid, comparable to what you'd expect from a 5-star hotel.
The lack of attention to detail continued throughout my stay. When I checked in on a rainy day, I had to walk to the extension block without an umbrella despite the muddy road. The staff seemed unbothered by this inconvenience. Additionally, the room didn't have slippers, and the floor was cold, with no heating available (although they did provide a basic room heater when requested).
To make matters worse, I had to call the front desk to confirm my room for the second day, which should have been done automatically as part of their standard procedure. This lack of efficiency only added to my frustration.
The toiletries were also woefully inadequate, with only basic soap and shampoo provided. Power cuts were frequent, and I had to notify the front desk each time, which seemed like a hassle the hotel should have anticipated.
The breakfast buffet was uninspiring and lacked flavour. To make matters worse, I had dinner at their restaurant, which was rated top in Ooty, but my experience was average at best. To add insult to injury, they got our order wrong, substituting Nasi Goreng (fried rice) with Mee Goreng (fried noodles). When I brought this to their attention, they made no effort to compensate for the mistake.
In conclusion, Hotel King's Cliff fails to live up to its reputation as a heritage property or even a 2-star hotel. The overpricing and lack of attention to detail make it a poor choice for travellers seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Ooty.

ゲゲスト口コミ通り清潔でサービスも良く、気持ちよく過ごせるホテルでした。レストランのディナー、朝食のビュッフェも美味しかったです。ウェルカムフルーツのりんご、ミネラルウォーター2本、数種類の紅茶のティーバッグやインスタントコーヒーが用意されていて、チェックイン後、部屋でゆっくりできたのも良かったです。他のレビューでも見ましたが、確かにシャワールームの排水はあまり良くないので、注意が必要です。
チェックアウト時のフロントでは、空港までのタクシーは高いからとUberを頼んでくれたうえ、少額ですがキャッシュが足りなかった私が両替しようとすると、そのために両替することはないよと、なんと彼がポケットマネーを私に差し出してくれました。色々な国、ホテルに宿泊してきましたが、こんなホスピタリティは初めてです。彼のような従業員がいること自体が、このホテルの素晴らしさだと思います。

AAndy_CNUKI chose Ra***a Towers primarily because of the location and its website. The location was excellent for me, just a few minutes walk from the entrance of Sri Ra***a Ashram which was literally at the end of the street. (I discovered a nearby cafe/restaurant called 'The Dreaming Tree' which is one of the main places for meeting Westerners and which is also just a few minutes walk away plus Ganga Ma's place is also close by for Satsangs). The staff were always friendly, approachable and helpful (and arranged a taxi for me in advance from Chennai airport direct to Ra***a Towers). The attached restaurant served traditional local food which was fine although I preferred to buy my own cereals and fruit for breakfast which I prepared in the kitchen area of my room. My room was fine and everything worked, including the hot water. At night, monkeys would sleep against my bathroom window and on my balcony! Another feature of this hotel I liked was the rooftop terrace which had great views of *********a. The website was a little misleading about the meditation halls though, when I was there the meditation halls appeared to be being used as dormitories. And the library was out of use while I was there too due to building work. Overall though, I was happy with my stay here: the place was clean and secure, and seemed relatively high-end compared to ***y other places in Tiruvannamalai.

VVivekRoom looks exactly same as picture. Clean and neat. Although for this price room amenities can be better. Like, they can place at least tissue paper. Great location. Overall we liked it.

PPANCHALExcellent Stay, Great Location and Value for Money
I had one of the best stays at this hotel in Chennai. I stayed for 3 nights and it truly felt like a luxury experience at a reasonable price. The location is a major advantage centrally placed and easily accessible to many parts of the city.
The rooms are spacious, the bed linen was clean, and the bathroom was well maintained with proper toiletries provided. They also supply water bottles and there’s a water dispenser (water can) available in the hallway, which is a nice touch.
They offer a complimentary breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options. However the breakfast closes a bit early at 10 AM so plan accordingly. Car parking is available, which is convenient and the staff were polite and helpful, A special mention to the security personnel and room service staff for their hospitality. Outside food is allowed as well, which is a plus.
The only minor inconvenience was that the lift always stopped at the first floor (reception) by default, which was slightly annoying.
Also FYI, I misplaced my room key card and had to pay ₹200 for a replacement.
Overall, it was a great experience and I’d definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting Chennai.
