Hola llegamos con mucha lluvia y fue un pco caótico todas las casitas son iguales , el recibimiento no fue muy bueno la señora del local que nos esperaba con las llaves ,una mal educada como hubo mucho mal tiempo nos esperaba hasta las 20 h y llegamos 20:21 nos dijo medio mal que otro día no esperaba bla bla con un pelín de voz alta! La casita dentro de que es como un cuento y muy bonito la nuestra tenía todas las herramientas de decoración como hoces , navajas , herramientas que eran del campo pero que hacían el ambiente un pco agresivo no me gustó mucho eso

ローマで韓国人泊過ごして行った本物前すべてが満足でした。とてもフレンドリーなホストとすっきりとした宿泊施設、テラスまで満足自体....ラマモナチレビーチまで歩いて10-15分ほど歩いて行く大きな不便はなく、1日数回宿泊施設を行き来しました。駅も近いのでアクセスも良かったです。次回また訪れるとまた会いましょうボス! Ciao!!

ホテルは清潔でしたが、隣の部屋からの騒音（ドアの開閉音、テレビ、水の音など）が気になりました。
朝食は美味しく、サービスもよかったです。
スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで、いつでも喜んでお手伝いします。
ホテル内に駐車できる（屋根付きで安全）という便利さがありました。
ちょっとした欠点としては、ホテルの場所が歴史的中心部と駅の正面にあり、歩いて約 30 分かかるため、夜間の歩行に不安があり危険だったことです。

It is an excellent place, even for families. It is close to the train station, and every spot in Trani is close, less than a 15-minute walk. The breakfast is amazing, like a buffer. I enjoyed my five-day reservation.

What an amazing experience to stay in a Trullo at this property! My husband and I booked our stay in mid-Nov., which is the beginning of the off-season in Puglia. When we arrived, the concierge/manager, Ugo, graciously upgraded us to a loft/superior accommodation. It was fantastic! He personally walked us to our charming, Trullo, which was not only impeccably clean, but also completely modernized despite being an historic, antiquated structure. We arrived on a chilly day to find that the marble floors are heated and very toasty! The queen bed was comfy, and the updated bathroom was enormous, with a huge shower. The little dwelling even had a very well-equipped, modern kitchen if one were to stay for a longer period.
Finally, I left my small jewelry box in bathroom when we checked out. We took a 20 minute taxi ride to a train station, and apparently, during the ride Ugo tried to contact the driver to inform us that they'd found the box. Ultimately, when I discovered my oversight at the next hotel and contacted Ugo, he kindly express-shipped my jewelry back to my home in the U.S. I can't praise this property or its management highly enough. Don't hesitate to stay here!

Esperienza ottima. Bell’hotel, camera confortevole e personale molto gentile e sempre pronto ad assistere ogni tua esigenza. Molto buona la colazione e soprattutto il personale che abbiamo incontrato. Le due ragazze del mattino a colazione sono state preziose, ci hanno consigliato su cosa vedere, posti al mare e tanto altro, un vero valore aggiunto per la struttura con la loro simpatia, educazione e garbo.

ゲゲストUnfortunately this was a stay of two halves, and I wish I'd heeded other people's low reviews about the host's attitude before booking.
The place itself was lovely. A cute, clean little room that seemed authentic and had some nice finishing touches. The area around was beautiful and it's a great location.
I was excited to see the room description, stating a spa, billiards room and other amenities that would account for the higher cost of this place.
I saw the warning that the booking was non-refundable but took a punt.... I was wrong for doing this. Soon after booking, I received the first of many messages stating the jacuzzi in the photo was an extra 209 euros, which was apparently written in very small print, the large fridge in the photos was just for show and alongside this were given a set of house rules including not being allowed to eat in the room!
I didn't like the attitude from the messages and I tried to cancel, over 2 weeks before our stay, but was refused.
Cut to the day of stay I was sent another set of rules, this time warning us that if we change the temperature of the air conditioner or any other settings then ”the consequences will be on us”, it also told us to re-read the rules carefully and reminded us we couldn't eat or drink in the room. Self-check in was simple, although on the website it states there's a front desk and luggage storage on site... There isn't. It was 39 degrees outside and 27 inside.
I messaged saying that in the heat setting, 24 degrees, was too warm and asked if we could lower the temperature, she refused, I asked for a fan, she pretty much accused me of lying, saying it WASN'T too warm, and after a long and draining conversation she ”allowed” us to change it to 18 degrees.
After this, I tried to be civil and she responded with some suggestions of places to eat and visit. We ”respected the people who work for you” as she demanded in the messages.
The apartment was equipped with basics but for the price, would have expected extras like small toiletries or glasses for water.
It all went well until the last day on check out, I suggested some things to make the stay better such as a friendlier manner, trash cans in the room and more toiletries, as this was quite an expensive stay. I suggested she revisit the description of the hotel and that she didn't send ”the rules.”
She didn't like this. In all honesty, the woman, I believe, is a narcissist, and can't take responsibility for her mistakes. She wouldn't accept there were areas for improvement and when it came to asking for help that linked to her apartment, she took it as a criticism on her part and went on the attack. She sent a final message which was copied from one previously sent, so this suggests she's had similar issues before. I had to block her because she wouldn't stop messaging me!
I have all the messages saved and complained to trip.com who have been extremely helpful.
If you want to stay in a nice place, this is lovely, but there are similar ones out there with nicer hosts.
Don't give this rude lady business.
I never did get to play a game of billiards.

まず、2泊53ユーロ(1日あたり26.5)の追加清掃料金があり、宿泊費の約40%を占めています。清掃はベッドを作ることに限定されました。ミニバーは補充されておらず、タオルは交換されませんでした。この料金は、予約時の合計料金に明確に含まれていませんでした。
第二に、部屋に自然の日光はありません。私の部屋は、ホテルのほとんどの部屋と同様に、外に面した窓がありません。すべての窓(ガラスのドア、大きな窓、小さな窓)は、内部ホールとレセプションエリアに面しています。その結果、日光が部屋に入らず、プライバシーのためにカーテンを閉じる必要があります。
第三に、無料の水は提供されていません。チェックアウト時にミニバーの3本の水は充電されませんでしたが、標準的なアメニティとして無料のボトル入り飲料水がないことは驚くべきことでした。
チェックインは午後6時から午後8時までしか可能ではなく、チェックアウトは午前8時から午前10時までで、標準的な国際慣行よりもはるかに限られています。部屋もかなり寒く、暖房システムは直感的に動作しませんでした。また、ホテルは住宅の建物内にあるため、夜遅くまで2階からの騒音(足音、会話)がはっきりと聞こえました。

Our first room was old , smelly, and awful with a broken fridge, a kettle that could not be plugged in and peeling paint.
The second room has 3 different paint colours exposed fires and a bathroom that floods every time the shower is used.
There are holes in the ceilings, no staff apart from 1 young girl at reception.
Rooms have the cheapest, most basic facilities. The toiletries are what you would expect in a 2 star hotel.
No nescafe machine if you want sn expresso you must pay €3.50.
The hotel is run down and clearly management care only for money.
Private guest information is stored in a public cupboard. Maintenance is ignored, and breakfast is basic.
The breskfadt consists mainly of prepared sweet pastry and cakes.
A small glass of tetra pack orange juice us €5
If you wish to iron, you need to either iron on the bed or the floor..
The hotel does not have a bar that operates. There are no umbrellas or comforts of a 4-star hotel. Service is zero.
The hotel only offers breakfast. No lunch, dinner, or room service.
But the most alarming concern is the hotels noncompliance with fire safety. If there was a fire at this hotel, guests would simply lose their lives.
On both the 2nd and 3rd fll
Oor parts of the ceilings have collapsed.
The police gave arrested the hotel due to serious concerns for staff and guests.

AAkkarpanThis place is all about location, location, location—absolutely fantastic spot in a very touristy Italian town, and at $40 a night, you really can’t beat the price. It’s definitely more of a tech-savvy, Japanese micro-hotel style setup. There’s no front desk, no keys—just your phone to check in and access the room. That worked fine for us, but if you’re looking for a more traditional hotel experience, this might not be your vibe.
The building itself is a converted apartment, now split into five rooms. Communication was great—the hosts were very responsive via WhatsApp. A lot of the reviews rave about cleanliness, but we did have a bit of a hiccup there. Our shower was backed up, and when maintenance came, they pulled out what looked like a small poodle from the drain. That definitely raised some concerns about how thorough the cleaning was before our stay.
That said, once the issue was resolved, everything else went smoothly. If you’re used to minimalist setups and just need a great base in a great location, it’s a solid option. Just don’t expect luxury or even a full-service hotel feel. Overall: good, not great—but would consider staying again.

SSamuel Yu HinThe rooms were clean and the breakfast, gym and pool were great. However, the reception could have been more attentive and welcoming. It would have been helpful if they explained where the facilities were, like the gym, pool and free bike hire. They also have a coin laundry but no coin exchange machine, and the reception would not change coins for us even though they clearly had some. Overall it felt like we had to chase up services that should have been made easily available.

MMSim83The host gave me his WhatsApp number and was very helpful and friendly throughout my stay which was only one night.
The room was very clean and modern and also had a balcony , the location was also good just a bit out of the city centre of Bari .
I did struggle to find it and the codes for the outer door and inner doors did get annoying, but again the host answered me straight away and helped, he also gave me information on local restaurants and bars as well as directions to the Ferry Port and local taxis, I thought he was excellent and went out of his way to help me and insure I had a great stay! Thank you!!
I do understand the door codes are for security purposes and wasn’t a big deal it was just a slight quibble.
I would definitely stay here again💯 if I was in Bari and needed accommodation! Great value for money considering I found Bari expensive for hotels and accommodation.

IItaly ExplorerThen pool was okay but the birds kept on flying in and drinking from it so I got out of there to avoid avian flu which would have destroyed my vacation. They need to really keep the birds out of the pool.
They also don’t have a clothing steamer or irons so you might need to wear your wrinkly clothes or pay them and they return it back ironed the next day.
The toilets had low water pressure so sometimes to took like 3-5 flushes to get rid of all the toilet paper and poop.
The location is about 1 km from the city centre and a bit further from the Leece station.
The breakfast was comprehensive and had the standard things like hams, cheeses, pancake machine and ice creams and gelato for 15eu . This is probably a good value since a pasta is about 10-13 eu nearby anndni nthe city centre including the taxes.
I don’t know if I’d stay here again.

RRowena Yin TingZTL内に位置する素晴らしいパラーゾ。私たちは建築が大好きで、スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで親切でした。 4人家族のために2つのスイートを予約しましたが、2つの異なるフロアに置かれました。2階のスイートは写真と同じくらい美しいです。もう1つのスイートは最上階にあり、昔はメイドルームのように感じます。大丈夫でしたが、最上階にあるので、エアコンにもかかわらず部屋の温度は高かった。それにもかかわらず、私たちは滞在を楽しんだ。
また、ホテルのある通りのすぐ外には、多くのレストラン、土産物店、カフェ、ゲラテリアもあります。素敵な雰囲気ですが、騒がしくありません。
彼らのレストラン(ラボッカ)での夕食は大丈夫でした。美しいパスタですが、2番目のコース料理は平均的でした。そして、私たちのテーブルの周りにはたくさんの蚊がいて、私たちは皆ひどく噛まれました。
