It was absolutely a fabulous stay!
The camp's location — being slightly away from the main camp area gave me a wonderful sense of privacy and tranquility. The facilities are impressively new and well-maintained, and it is lovely to know that this is a family-run business that also offers tours — it adds such a personal and authentic touch to the whole experience.

В общем советую данное место. Данный отель предназначен для путешественников в арендованным авто.
Перед заселением связываемся с персоналом. Они дадут номер телефона. Я связывался с ними через востап. Нас сказали куда приехать и оставить свое авто это была заправка и далее нас увезли на своем авто тайота хайлюкс. При заселении нам предложили пакет услуг это джип тур на 4 часа по пустыне вади рам, ужин безлимит но напитки платные, и ночную экскурсию в пустыню с лежанием на песке, чай и кальян. Все то стоит на двоих 200 JD. Мы не торговались нас все устроило. Также есть отличный завтрак с напитками входит в стоимость проживания.
Нам дали номер М5, это бунгало 1 линия. Вид из окна шикарен. Есть хороший сан узел, полотенца и средства гигиены. Две односпальные кровати, балкон. Кондиционер. Телевизора нет. Стол и два стула.
WIFI есть только в зоне ресторана.

帳篷舒適且乾淨,夜晚可以在寧靜的沙漠中欣賞無與倫比的星空。這裏的食物非常美味,傳統的貝都因烤肉(Zarb)讓我印象深刻。白天的吉普之旅、騎駱駝和沙丘滑沙都令人興奮,而夜晚的篝火、茶水和故事讓人沉浸在真正的沙漠生活中。
工作人員非常友善,提供了無微不至的照顧,並且能用流利的英語交流,讓整個旅程更加順暢。如果你想要一次真正的貝都因體驗,我強烈推薦 Mohammed Mutlak Camp!
ゲゲストWe had a very bad experience during check in. Despite explaining that we were very tired & hungry (as it's already almost 8 in the evening), and we just need to check in immediately & have dinner; the staff at the reception denied our confirmed & paid reservation at trip.com. The staff knew that we were very tired, and we even offered to guarantee reservation with our credit card (just so we get the room & can have dinner); but he insisted to keep us waiting until he can get the response from trip.com.
After waiting for so long, he said that still no responses from trip.com and he just asked us to wait forever. I got really upset after a long argument with him; and i have to strongly argue with him to give us room & we paid with our credit card for a new reservation. WE NEED A ROOM! I showed him the amount I paid for the Seaview Room charged in USD. (I just realised the next day that he charged me the wrong amount instead of calculating it to USD amount with the correct convertion). So i was charged a wrong amount as I was too tired to check how much he charged me.
After a long argument & waiting, he finally gave me the room key; and said sorry for the waiting. They said that they will upgrade the room as an apologies. Just when we were in the room, I found out that they DID NOT upgrade the room. That's exactly the room I booked at trip.com; just I had to pay again with my credit card with a much higher rate! I was to tired to argue with the staff, so I no longer care after calling them saying they didn't upgrade us! This staff didn't even try to change the room; after we said this is not an upgrade. We PAID for this room category at trip.com.
Nobody apologies for these so many mistakes from the staffs or management. When we checked out, the manager asked me how was our stay? He was not even aware that WE HAD ISSUES that they denied our paid & confirmed booking!
Trip.com finally settled this issue with the hotel, and the hotel returned our overpaid credit card charged. Trip.com apologies a few times, they made many efforts to call us a few times. But the hotel & the management acting as if nothing happened! Is this really how a 5 stars hotel service? Luxury what? They treated us like a homeless person begging for room! So UNACCEPTABLE!
I have never experienced staying in a 5 stars hotel with such a BAD service like this! This is the worst in our history of travel! This place must keep their act together! Learn hospitality BETTER! Overall, we were very disappointed, & this place is far from Luxury Collection, it's a CHEAP collection!
ММаринаКККОстанавливались на одну ночь. Хороший пляжный отель. Туристов мало, наверное из-за близости Израиля. Свой алкоголь проносить нельзя, у них есть в отеле. Для сравнения - бутылка игристого вина в магазине стоит 12-15 динар, в отеле - 60! Пейте под забором отеля). Договориться можно пронести, но только если у них что-то возьмете. А так -всё хорошо). Завтрак хороший, большой выбор. На ужин ходили за территорию отеля.
ゲゲストكل شيء على مايرام ولكن واجهة مشكلة بعدم توفير المتطلبات مثلا تواصلت الصباح مع موظف الاستقبال وطلبت تنظيف الغرفة وتبديل الحذاء (تم التنظيف لكن لم يتم توفير الحذاء)
في المساء طلبت توفير الحذاء واجاب الموظف ((حالا)) ولم يتم توفير طلبي
