ドミニカ共和国ラ アルタグラシアで、プールのあるホテル

１週間滞在しましたが、とてもいいホテルでした！ 最近フル改装されていて綺麗で清潔、スタッフもみなさん親切で特にsucreはお客さんの前でも素晴らしい対応ですし、常に動いていて誰よりも仕事をしていました。滞在中私の赤ちゃんを楽しませてくれて本当に感謝しています。周りの別のお客さんたちもsucreを褒める声が聞こえました。 レストランはビュッフェのほかに日替わりでいろんな国の料理があります。私と夫はごはんには割と厳しいですが、どのレストランやビュッフェもおいしかったです！ アクセスとしては他のオールインクルーシブホテルと比較して少し空港から離れていますが、uberもすぐに呼べるので問題はありません。 チップを強要されることもなくいいサービスを受けることができました。 またこのホテルに戻って来たいです。

ホテル自体はとても美しく居心地が良かったのですが、残念だったのはサービスでした。ほとんどのスタッフはせっかちで、役に立ちませんでした。スポーツバーの従業員の一人は、私たちが理解していないと思い込み、スペイン語で罵声を浴びせてきました。ただ、まだ軽食を選んでいなかったというだけのことでした。さらに驚き、腹立たしかったのは、レストランの空き状況です。ほぼすべてのレストランが閉まっていました。ホテルの説明には複数の選択肢が記載されていましたが、営業していたのはイタリア料理、ドミニカ料理、日本料理のレストランだけで、混雑していました。予約できたのはイタリアンレストランのディナーだけで、ビュッフェは広々としていましたが、選択肢も種類も少なかったです。料理の種類も肉の種類も違っていましたが、それは私たちの好みの問題でした。ハネムーン中だったので、事前にホテルに特別な対応をお願いしたのですが、全く対応してくれませんでした。到着後、ハネムーンルームを用意してくれるとのことでしたが、70ドルでした。とにかく、私たちは休息を台無しにしませんでした。しかし、これまで訪れたリゾートの中で、サービス、運営、エンターテイメント、食事の面でここは「最悪」だったと思います。本当に魅力的なのは景色とロケーションだけで、それ以外はまあまあ、もしくはイマイチです。あ、エンターテイメントをお探しなら、スポーツバーのゲームはすべて有料で、1台1ドルから3ドルかかるので、ご注意ください。

Excelente! Una ubicación maravillosa en primera línea de playa con atención muy correcta por parte de todo el personal. Las instalaciones están estupendas y la habitación era muy bonita y amplia. Además al no seré un complejo tan grande te permite ir a pie a todas las instalaciones y los diversos restaurantes. Las comidas estaban muy buenas con mucha variedad y diferentes opciones temáticas. Sin duda para repetir la experiencia. Lo único malo es la calidad de los cócteles que eran bastante malos ya que casi todos los preparaban con unas mezclas artificiales y no estaban ricos.

滞在するのに美しい場所ですが、フロントデスクのサービスはフレンドリーではありません。そこで働く人は良いサービス態度を持っていません。フライトが遅れて滞在する場所が必要だったので、チェックアウトラットを取得しようとするのは本当に悪い時間でした、間違いなくこのホテルにはフロントデスクのスタッフを除いて多くの良いものがあると思います

ババロビーチ沿いにある、とても素敵なリゾートです。レストランやビーチ沿いのフードトラック、森林を巡るエコトレイルなど、アメニティも充実しています。バンガロータイプのスイートは広々としてモダンで、リゾート内には緑豊かなエリアがたくさんあります。

We had such a positive experience at this hotel that we decided to book it again for our last night in the Dominican Republic. The resort is peaceful, featuring saltwater pools, private sea access via a ladder, and crystal-clear waters. A special thanks to Elisabeth, who made us feel right at home and handled our requests with great flexibility and positivity. Breakfast is not a buffet but à la carte, with excellent quality. Amazing sunsets! The location is strategic for visiting Dominicus and Bayahibe. We would definitely return if given the opportunity.

Uno de los Hoteles que e visitado más completo y muy organizado las instalaciones excelentes servicios superior agradables la comida extremadamente buena el trato de los colaboradores super especial , gracias a la Sra Anny muy atenta y amable le doy un 1millon de valoración por su forma de tratarnos a mi y a mi esposa

My stay was overall great, the room looked good and comfortably accommodated 3 persons with the bed, sofa bed area, the nice kitchen with a big fridge and appliances, and the bathroom was big and looked great. The staff were great and very accommodating, very friendly and helpful in every way. My only complaint would be the lack of insect control. I believe it’s due to the high door that insects can easily crawl under and get inside. Numerous small insects, mosquitoes and even a small lizard at one point were found in the room (compliments to the male front desk worker who came and tried helping to remove the lizard that night). Also cobwebs and dust (minimal) in the ceiling and on the surfaces of high appliances respectively. Seems as though the room I got hadn’t been used in awhile. But overall a wonderful stay.

El hotel es precioso, tiene 10 restaurantes además del buffet, tambien farmacia, médico, cafetería, heladería, iglesia… es como una mini ciudad. Las piscinas son preciosas y el acceso a la playa increíble. La playa es digna de valorar porque la de los hoteles de al lado no es tan buena como esta. El ambiente es tranquilo, no de fiesta, de manera que está muy pensado para el descanso y las familias. Las habitaciones son amplias. Hay animación por las noches. Y el lobby es espectacular. Ofrecen muchas excursiones y si las reservas fuera, en todas ofrecen recogidas en el hotel (no en todos, pero en este si).
