イギリスチェシャーで、プールのあるホテル

Stayed in a king-size double room. Very clean and modern with luxurious bathroom. Food was very good with reasonable choice. Arranged for breakfast in bed on final morning and it arrived on time and very well presented. Pool and spa was excellent and the evening entertainment (singer) was very good on both evenings we stayed. Perfect location and facilities.

素晴らしい立地（街まで徒歩5分）の素敵なホテルです。 ビジネスクラスの部屋に宿泊しました。広さも十分で、バスルームとベッドも快適でしたが、改装が必要かもしれません。 朝食は種類も豊富で、とても良かったです。 プールエリアは少し小さめですが、サウナとスチームルームは快適でした。 駐車場は1日12ポンドです。

このホテルの立地は最高で、チェスターや周辺の観光スポットにもとても近いです。 部屋に関しては、私たちの部屋はとても広く、ベッドもとても大きかったです。ただ、シングルベッドが2台くっついていたため、ベッドの間に隙間がありました。 良い点はここまででしょう。部屋とバスルームの広さは、特に赤ちゃん連れの旅行には助かりました。 ベビーベッドを5ポンドでレンタルしましたが、結局使わずに済みました。ベビーベッドのマットレスは一度も交換されたことがなく、とても薄くてゴツゴツしていて、全く役に立ちませんでした。ベビーベッドの底の板の感触が、マットレスの残骸を通してはっきりと感じられ、赤ちゃんが不快に目覚めたため、ベッドに移さなければなりませんでした。 改善点としては、 清潔さ 部屋の床がとても汚れていたので、掃除機をもう少しかけた方が良いでしょう。最初は元旦に到着し、その日にチェックアウトする人が多かったせいだろうと思っていましたが、よく見るとホテル全体が少し汚く感じました。 スパのプールは非常に汚れていました。更衣室から出た床は髪の毛や埃で覆われていました。シャワーは何ヶ月も掃除されていないようで、床や壁一面に黄ばんだ汚れが付着していました。スパとは思えない光景です！おまけに、泳いだ後にノロウイルスに感染してしまいました。 サービス 受付スタッフとの最初の出会いは素晴らしく、女性スタッフはとても歓迎的でフレンドリーでした。清掃スタッフにも会いましたが、こちらもとても感じの良い方でした。他のスタッフはあまり良くありませんでした。失礼だったり、無関心だったりしました。理想の仕事ではないかもしれませんが、笑顔で接してくれるサービスは大きな助けになります。 設備 混雑時はお湯が出るまでに時間がかかります。これは部屋に掲示されています。しかし、お湯がほとんど出ません。心地よい温度で出ますが、温かいお風呂やシャワーがお好きな方には少し物足りないかもしれません。 子供連れで泳げる時間帯は1日に3回あります。プールサイドやホットタブには大人がかなり多く座っているので、子供や家族連れ限定にしてほしいです。 朝食はまあまあでしたが、ほとんどがカバーがかかっていませんでした。 全体的にあまり良い滞在ではありませんでした。また泊まりたいとは思いません。

より多くの食べ物の選択が必要です。ゲストがリラックスしたり、仕事したり、遅く眠ったりしている間、ドアやラジエーターへのメンテナンスIEの変更や修理は持ち運ばないでください。2回のメンテナンススタッフは数時間働いて私の滞在を台無しにしました。とてもうるさい

Comfy bed and great shower - all that we need after a full day of getting drenched in The Great British Rain. Breakfast was superb and filled us up for the day. We only stayed one night but we really liked it.

Good location, easy access from train station. Medium quality, low quality service.

When I used the pool it was virtually empty. I love that it was open until 9pm as it meant I could swim after a long day out. The room was big and spacious. Only downside is the shower wasn't great, there wasn't much power and the water was too hot. Could have done with having air con or even a fan as it got quite hot in the night. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay

Anniversary away break. Location on edge of Chester close to motorway. Nice grounds, busy carpark and popular venue for parties and business guests. Carpet on second floor dirty and smells. Sink kept blocking because plug holes full of scum. Toilet seat incorrect size and not secured properly. Bed comfortable, nice towels tea and instant coffee and bottles of water in room. Breakfast nice selection BUT no fresh decaffeinated coffee only instant granules yuk!!! Nothing worse than awful coffee!!! With so many decent decaffeinated options available and customers not drinking caffeine this is totally unacceptable.

The staff here are all lovely, super helpful and accommodating. Hotel guests can use the spa facilities for free during their stay, something we took full advantage of. It’s a nice hotel to stay in if you’re in the area. Ideally there’d be a little more attention to upkeep- there are cobwebs in some harder to reach spots, we kept being given too few towels, the heater didn’t work, the shower was stiff and hard to turn on, and the batteries in the tv remote needed replacing. All small things that the staff were happy to fix when notified though.

ポータルに2回目の滞在。部屋は素晴らしく、チャンピオンシップゴルフコースはとても良いです(湿った/泥だらけの地面でも)。 スタッフは素晴らしく、朝はレストランでスーパーブレックファーストをとり、明るく美しい景色がいっぱいでした。
