チェックインはスムーズで迅速でした。部屋に案内されました。部屋は設備が整っていて清潔で、ハウスキーピングも行き届いていました。ホテルはバスルームの蛇口のちょっとした不具合にも対処してくれました。全体的には、快適な滞在でした。

Hotel was clean and beautiful. Staff was friendly and helpful. Ms. Kusum was very kind and professional and even changed the room according to our need. Breakfast was with good spread as usual for JW standards. Only setback, too many guests. Crowded during breakfast and lobbies were filled with people due to weddings and events. Otherwise service, amenities and pool areas were all lovely. Satisfied, No regrets

フェアフィールド バイ マリオット コルカタに滞在するのはこれが 2 回目で、すべてのフロントで優れたサービスを提供していたため、再びここに滞在することにしました。ビスワスが率いるレストランのスタッフはいつも素晴らしく、他のコルカタホテルに泊まったことがあり、ここの食べ物のオプションがはるかに優れているとも言います。フロントスタッフもフレンドリーで親切です。次回もここに滞在することを選択します。

Hospitality was excellent. All the staff were very courteous, which is really commendable as now a days hotel staff are usually found to be inefficient.

コルカタのホリデイ・インに1泊予約しました。チェンナイのホリデイ・インにも宿泊したことがあります。しかし、部屋の清潔さ、アメニティ、バスルームの設備、床の基準が低く、一部は消毒されていないように感じました。部屋の床も清潔さが欠けていました。 ベッドのシーツが破れていたので取り外すように頼んだところ、すぐに丁寧に交換してくれました。しかし、次の宿泊客のために部屋が良好な状態であるかどうかを確認する仕上げチェックには改善の余地があり、残念でした。 壁は光沢が欠けていました。それに、約62ユーロも支払いました。チェンナイなどの他のホリデイ・インの基準も確認する必要があるかもしれません。 注文した食事は美味しかったです。10点満点です。 しかし、ホリデイ・インというブランドと、コルカタで私たちが体験した食事には、大きなギャップがありました。 この件について、改善を期待します。

During our stay, we were informed that guests were entitled to a 10% discount on food purchases in the restaurant. However, upon checkout, the discount was denied and not applied to our bill. This was frustrating because we relied on the information provided by the hotel when making our dining decisions. If there are specific terms and conditions that limit the offer, these should be clearly communicated to guests in advance to avoid misunderstandings. I hope the hotel can improve its communication regarding promotional offers and ensure that guests receive the benefits that were promised. Clear and consistent information is important for maintaining guest trust and satisfaction.

hotel cleanliness and location is ok. only 30 to 40 mins from airport and maybe 50 to 60mins during peak hours. The room is comfortable and clean. The food (in room dining) is big portion and solo traveller cannnot order too many dishes. The reception counter is slow in serving the guests. Always seems to be multi-tasking. I.e. cannot concentrate and handle one guest at a time, while other guests just cut in and then he/she will have attention diverted. Coffeshop (place where we have breakfast) service is ok in the morning. Mainly because it is buffet. However, if lunch time 3 to 4pm, their staff is slow in responding and waiting for food and bill is very long. Their chinese resturant always seems to be closed. So within my days of stay, i visited twice and i was told it is closed. I dont use their facilities.
