Hotel is good value with immaculate common area and a great gym. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Style of the room was a bit dated, especially the bathroom - although very clean.

The rooms are elegant, spacious, and beautifully designed, with outstanding cleanliness and comfort. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options, and the hotel facilities — especially the spa and pool — created the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. My stay at the Doubletree By Hilton Amman was fantastic, and I honestly can't say enough about the staff. Everyone, from the housekeeping team to the front desk, was professional and incredibly welcoming. A huge thank you to Thurya at the front desk who was particularly helpful and made our check-in and stay so smooth. The suites are more like luxurious hotel apartments, fully equipped with all the amenities one would need for a long stay, which was a huge convenience. The balcony offered a great view of Amman-it was a lovely spot to relax in the evenings. The hotel is also very family-friendly, and its location is excellent; we could easily walk to Taj Mall, and the complex downstairs has everything you need, including a supermarket, pharmacy, and a barbershop. The food and beverage options are amazing, especially the coffee in the mornings!
