Hotel is good value with immaculate common area and a great gym. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Style of the room was a bit dated, especially the bathroom - although very clean.

The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail, making the whole experience truly memorable. The rooms are elegant, spacious, and beautifully designed, with outstanding cleanliness and comfort. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options, and the hotel facilities — especially the spa and pool — created the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. One of the best luxury hotel experiences in Amman, whether for a getaway, business trip, or special occasion. Definitely a stay worth repeating 🤍

部屋はよかったです。半密閉式シャワーのため、シャワーを浴びると水が地面に飛び散ります。朝食レストランのマネージャーはとても親切で熱心で、スタッフ全員が良いサービスを提供しています。ホテルの外の環境は悪く、ホテルに入るにはセキュリティチェックが必要です。

設備: この古いホテルは地元では非常に豪華な古いホテルですが、設備は明らかに時代遅れです。 サービス : フロントデスクのチェックインスタッフはあまり熱心ではなく、手続き中ずっと冷淡な態度で (適切な人に出会っていないのかもしれません?)、英語のなまりが強かったですが、歓迎スタッフは非常に責任感があり、親切でした。私たちはそこに車で行き、そこに滞在しました。2日間、毎日ロビーの入り口まで車を運転するだけで、部屋番号を尋ねた後、案内係が鍵を受け取り、車を駐車して保管するのを手伝ってくれます。鍵を受け取ります（鍵は返却されません） 外出の際は、そこのベルマンカウンターに行き、部屋番号を伝えると、すぐにロビーの入り口まで車で送ってくれます。プロセスがすごい！ 環境: 近くにはブティックチョコレートショップやレストランがたくさんあります。その中には地元のヨルダンのチェーンフライドチキンバーガーレストラン、ハーディーズがあり、量が多くてとても美味しいです。そこに住む時間があれば、ぜひ試してみてください。

I had an all round great stay from beginning to end. Daisy and the team at the bar were great and Ali was a very attentive manager along with the rest of his team. The food and drinks were enjoyable, the rooms as are clean and modern. I would highly reccomend the W and I will stay there in the future.

My stay at the Doubletree By Hilton Amman was fantastic, and I honestly can't say enough about the staff. Everyone, from the housekeeping team to the front desk, was professional and incredibly welcoming. A huge thank you to Thurya at the front desk who was particularly helpful and made our check-in and stay so smooth. The suites are more like luxurious hotel apartments, fully equipped with all the amenities one would need for a long stay, which was a huge convenience. The balcony offered a great view of Amman-it was a lovely spot to relax in the evenings. The hotel is also very family-friendly, and its location is excellent; we could easily walk to Taj Mall, and the complex downstairs has everything you need, including a supermarket, pharmacy, and a barbershop. The food and beverage options are amazing, especially the coffee in the mornings!

Уютный отель,чистый хороший номер .европейский вид завтрака , так же есть что то из местной кухни,повар сделает вам омлет по вашим предпочтениям .доброжелательный персонал . Всё понравилось . Расположение не сильно имело значение ,так как всего два дня были в отеле ,перед полётом домой.

One of the standout features of my stay was the breakfast, which exceeded my expectations with its diverse and delicious options. From fresh fruits to traditional dishes, there was something for everyone to enjoy. Although my visit was brief—only one day—I was thoroughly impressed by the quality and service offered at Opal Hotel, and I would not hesitate to stay there again in the future. It’s a great choice for anyone visiting Amman, and I highly recommend it to fellow travelers seeking comfort and convenience.

アンマン空港近くで唯一のホテルですが、少し値段が高く、コストパフォーマンスは良くありません。空港への無料シャトルバスがありますが、利用しないと片道35JODかかります。朝食はごく普通です。乗り継ぎ時間が長い方におすすめです。
