That's the end of our stay at this hotel in the executive suite. What we liked: Hotel location; Gorgeous landscapes from the room window; Pool area; Spacious swimming pool; Spacious room; The pool is properly planned; Very cute dogs and cats. They cheered us up.; The staff is very polite and tries to help with everything.; Relaxing massage; There was oatmeal on the breakfast menu, which is rare in the Philippines.; Your requests are being listened to. What didn't you like: A small selection of paid breakfast. There is no buffet and you need to choose from the menu. But you can only choose 1 dish and drink for each one. In other words, don't expect to try even a couple of dishes for prepaid money. Here you can choose only 1 dish for breakfast. The rest is paid. It became clear only on the 3rd day of the stay, as they could not understand how the breakfast system worked. We were charged 390 Philippine pesos for SPAM (or rather, three slices of local ham). It's expensive for this kind and quantity of food. •On the last day, the cost of paying for a fruit plate increased. It was 350 pesos, it became 400. •When ordering tom yam, we asked for additional shrimp (+250 pesos). We were served soup with 7 shrimp halves. We still haven't figured out how many shrimps there would have been without the extra ones we paid for. 🙈We thought they forgot to add additional ones. Then we saw the bill and additional shrimps were deposited. •Few seafood dishes. Considering that you are 50 meters from the sea. There are also few products with vegetables. We suffered because of this. There was no light food. •The leaves in each salad were stale. •Service fees were from everything. We understand when the service fee is for food, but we still don't understand why the fee was for a massage. That is, the fee for the massage + the service FEE for the massage. •There were also fees for filming shark swimming on our phone. We also did not understand why the fee, if the tour itself cost 7,500 pesos + 300 pesos was a service fee (again, we do not understand why it is not included in the total cost of the tour) + 260 pesos for shooting on the phone; I was disappointed that when booking an excursion to swim with sharks for 7,500 pesos, fishing was included, but no one offered it to us. They just took us, we swam and brought it back. They say the tour took 5 hours, but it was two and a half hours. •Hand soap has not been refilled in two days; • The automatic circulation of water in the pool was rarely turned on, so we swam with flies for two days... trying to catch them from there; •The performers were an hour late for the first tour, and 30 minutes late for the second. We don't understand why our time wasn't respected. • One shower wasn't working. There was no water coming out of it; • Often they didn't bring half of the dish. That is, if you ordered a meat plate with grapes, cheese and crackers, be prepared that I may not bring you crackers, but there will be 3 pieces of cheese. That's for 590 pesos. We ordered this plate twice, and two times we didn't get any crackers. The second time we asked and they informed us. Also, when ordering mashed potatoes with chicken, they brought us chicken without mashed potatoes. We asked and were informed. Everything was already cold. They didn't add a banana to the banana pancakes. Unfortunately, curtains are not blackout, for those who cannot sleep without them, bring a sleep mask. I write absolutely all the little things, as I am very careful about the service. I really liked this hotel. In any case, I recommend it wholeheartedly. After all, they communicate politely with you here, there are gorgeous views from a spacious room, and there is a large swimming pool. But I have to write down the little things so that the management can improve the quality of service so that staying at this hotel leaves only positive emotions for absolutely everyone! After all, the hotel is really beautiful!

I had a hot, uncomfortable disappointed, and we were in utter shocked that the room I booked was not in their system. As I was rebooking, it was not the same as the first booking then blacked out occured. During the blacked out the my booking end up with only a bed in dorm style quarters, public bathroom and no privacy. My first booking was a package trip from Cebu to Manila which still in a wrong date. The actual date for the flight was to be on August 19 @ 9:50 but the three agent that I spoke to on the 18th got my hotel canceled and only provided me a rebooked solution. Sure, I can rebooked, thank so much for making my simple trip into **************** with my family, along withy impatient high functioning autism, 24 years old son who doesn't like his iPad to be low battery and no wifi. To remind you that the black out still happening, so during my aunty and son lunch the black still going. I have no idea what kind of menu and price for food and drinks. As I saw the server put the first plate of food, I was shocked to see the mountain square shape nacho cheese beyond understanding. My aunty is only 90 to 100 pounds. She doesn't speak English and doesn't understand what she ordered, so she asked question about salad and a slice of pizza. But that not what the server brought, he came out again carrying nacho cheese, same size as the first nacho cheese/beef, except the second is chicken then a whole large Canadian bacon pizza. I couldn't believe the amount of food that was ordered then a Red Bull for my autistic son? My aunty was repeatedly saying that she only want salad and a slice pizza then water. What she really wanted the cook and server wanted to do is take away all the food back including the Red Bull. Oh, one more set of food, two big pieces of Burrito. The hotel is still in black out and stuffy hot and dark. The staff are not good listener. My son started eating and drinking the Red Bull, when I saw him, I told the staff that Red Bull straight might kill him of a heart attack. I also mentioned that my son doesn't know self control when it comes to food which is called glutenny . He already pass his regular weight. I heard my aunty said that my son ordered all the food; she had no idea what he was ordering. Meanwhile the black out still continuing till around 5:30 pm, every building around the area has their electricity back on but not the Papabo. Our booking still in process. The manager charged me for the lunch even though the mistake was the their service, taking order from an autistic person instead of asking his parents. The manager decided to booked us in the one room that has two bunk bed, private bathroom and has windows cause still black out. The room is stuffy and hot, it's on the fourth floor, no elevator and dark to go up the stairs. We decided to lock up our things in the room cause still black out. My aunty over heard that the electricity bill was not paid. So as soon as I got down. The manager charged me 1500 pesos cash plus 1200 pesos for lunch that I only got to eat two slices of pizza and a couple of bite of nacho beef. I didn't get to have the burritos. The Papabo manager quickly went to pay for their electricity bill after she spoke to the owner. My aunty and me went to the beach. I for sure locked the bedroom and still no electriçity. My son went to 7/11 to charge the iPad. We got back at the hotel at 8:30 or so and the electricity was on and my son also in the in the hotel. Do recognized that the hotel keys was an actual key, and I only have the key with. In my surprised our bedroom door was wide open, our things are scattered on the chair and table. Now, just today at this time, I'm still looking for my necklace that has my Mom piece of earing, my oldest son alligator tooth pendant and my initial pendant A. I'll call the hotel when I finished looking at our things here.Yap, my necklace is missing.

お部屋の設備は新しく、ホテル全体がとても清潔に保たれていました。プールも毎日きれいに清掃されており、環境も素晴らしいです。ロケーションも良く、ホテルのすぐ外には賑やかな商業エリアやアロナビーチがあります。ホテルのロビー、フロント、レストランのスタッフは皆とても親切でした。 それから、ある看護師さんがとても親切でした。体温を測ってくれたり、薬をくれたりして、私の体調回復を助けてくれました！その看護師さんの名前は分かりませんが（背は高くなく、少しふっくらしていて、とても可愛らしい方で、少し中国語を話せました）、ホテルにはぜひ私から改めて感謝を伝えていただきたいです。もし次回またパングラオ島に行く機会があれば、必ずこのホテルに宿泊します。 3月末に416号室に宿泊したゲストより

ボホール島での休暇を終え、翌日セブ空港へ行くのに早起きして船に乗るのが嫌だったので、前日にここに宿泊しました。セブのフェリーターミナルから約50分、空港からは30分と、交通の便はまずまずです。 シェラトンらしい上質な環境で、開業してそれほど年数が経っていないためか、設備は非常によく手入れされています。景色も特に美しく、私たちが予約した部屋には1.3mのダブルベッドが2台あり、大人2人と子供2人にはちょうど良いサイズでした。バスルームは広々としており、シャワー、トイレ、バスタブ、洗面台、収納が合理的に配置されています。寝室の照明も素晴らしく、特にナイトライトが良かったです。子供が寝た後、大人がスマホを使うのにちょうど良い明るさで、子供を起こす心配がありませんでした。 食事に関しては、文句を言わせてください。夕食のビュッフェは5cienで食べましたが、これまでの人生で食べたビュッフェの中で最も不味かったです。好みに合う料理が一つもなく、種類も豊富とは言えず、その上美味しくありませんでした。一人あたり約235人民元という値段には全く見合いません。一通り試食しましたが、まるでまずい料理のオンパレードで食材の無駄遣いでした。結局、蒸し料理を食べるしかありませんでしたが、その蒸し加減もイマイチでした。夕食の経験があったため、翌日の朝食は期待値を下げて、何も期待せずに軽く食べて早々にチェックアウトしました。朝食は夕食よりはマシでした！以上です。

地點偏遠，不過飯店是有 當地叫tuktuk 車(其實就是Tricyle) $400，有大型行李也可以飯店派旅行車接送費用另計$1700，飯店有提供機車租賃或是包車行程服務喔，因為我是租車自駕所以其它費用可以詢問飯店，有免費停車但超過10點飯店人員會關門請他們開或是自行打開都可，好處因為偏遠所以安靜，當天入住都是歐洲旅客還好沒開趴所以沒感覺到吵，吐嘈那個門鎖真的很爛每次出去要鎖轉半天鎖不上..建議換一個鎖頭..，建議真的要放鞋架外面沒鞋架不知擺哪...，因為去年底才新開的所以設施都很新，房間沒有蚊蟲螞蟻除非你沒馬上關門，床不軟也不硬非常好睡，冷氣是大金空調非常安靜夠冷很好，這家除了牙膏牙刷其它需自備，完全沒有附，冰箱飲料除了水其它全都要付費喔！，淋浴排水不良容易堵住，熱水我看外面屬於太陽能熱水器所以熱水供應比較慢大約開2-3分鐘後水溫才變熱，房間衣架非常少只有附2個，插頭很多非常適合充行動電源跟手機的我們，有簡易酒吧，泳池水都很乾淨，服務生定期都會清掃，不過感覺到留守人員沒幾個白天2個晚上固定1位，早餐不錯都是當天早上做選擇不多但至少有飯後水果， 餐點味道非常棒，不管西式菲式都很可以，這價位住到這種環境物超所值

2025年、年末の30日31日に宿泊しました。 成田〜セブマクタン空港　ユナイテッドで到着だっため、遅いチェックでしたが、空港ですぐにグラブを呼べたのでスムーズでした。 この便よりあとだとかなり混むようです。 空港で両替しかしてこなかったのでお腹が空いていて、フロントで近くのコンビニ（セブンイレブン）を聞いて夜食を購入。大きな道をまたいですぐです。治安はよいほうだと思います。ショッピングモールもすぐですし、何でもあります。困ることはないです。有名なハウスオブレチョンも近くです。 ただし、31日は18時とか19時にはお店は閉まるため、夕飯難民になりかけましたが、ホテルのレストランを利用。朝食のバイキングがそれほどだったので期待はしていませんでしたが、ボリュームもありまずまずでした。（ビールのつまみしか頼んでいませんが…）食べきれなく部屋に持ち帰りました。私達みたいな人が多かったです。 年末の花火もあちらこちらからあがっていました。 一番ビックリしたのは隣のホテル！音が激しいなとおもったら、窓の真下で打ち上がっていました。 チェックアウト後の元旦は近所のマッサージ店へ行ったのですが、やっていませんでした。アラヤショッピングセンターは11時？もしかしたら、12時？オープンしてました。そちらの中でフットマッサージしました。 ドアマンの方やフロントの方レストランの方、みんな雰囲気がよかったです。あちこち動き回りたい方は値段も場所もいいと思います。※タバコを吸う方はフロントをでて左の坂道を降り駐車場のゲート近くに専用のスペースあります。

3泊滞在、サウナがドライとスチームの２種類あるのが良かったが、3階のプールがクローズされてるのは聞いてなかった！！なのでプールバーも閑散だった。スタッフに聞くと長らくクローズすると言ってた。 マクタン・ニュータウンビーチのプールはとても良かった！！ ライプ・マンゴーシェイクは1日目はフレッシュマンゴー1個入ったが、２日目はフレッシュマンゴーが無いのでシロップだけでイイかと聞かれた！仕方ないけど、同じ金額請求されて萎えたよ。それも、氷ばっかりじゃんて味だった。1日目がめっちゃ美味しかっただけにねー！ 3泊目、タオル類、バスローブが補充されてなく、後、使いかけのコップが交換されてなかった。ベッドメイクも、最後、キッチリ枕元にで折り込まれてなくて、明らかに途中で忘れ去られたのでは？という状況。 フロントに英語で電話したら直ぐに対応してくれた。 でも、バスローブをまた忘れてて、それを再度持ってきた時には無愛想な態度！！いや、お前たちが悪いんやからな！！私はシャワーを浴びるから、とにかく1番バスローブが必要なんだよ！！ チェックインの時に片言の日本語が話せる男性スタッフが1人居たので、英語が苦手でも、どうにかなるのではと思う。

セブ島で1番高級なホテルだと現地の方が言ってました。 高級感あふれるロビーとスタッフの方たちも親切、丁寧な対応に大変感動しました。 部屋からの景色は、向かい側が工事中(おそらくホテルのような)で良くはなかったですが毎日綺麗に清掃してくれて快適に過ごせました。セブで浴槽があるホテルはなかなかなかったので浴槽があったのもとても嬉しかったです。なのでバスルームがかなり広いです。窓から部屋が見えてしまいますがカーテンをすれば全く問題なかったです。 アメニティも歯ブラシ、髭剃り、コームなど…充実してました！ボディーローションもあってよかったです。 朝食付きのプランにしましたが、朝食付けて本当に良かったです！種類が多くて毎日少しずつメニュー変わってたので飽きることなく楽しめました。臭いが気になるメニューもありましたが味はそこまで悪くないです。 4階と5階にプールがあり、本当に眺めがよかったのでぜひ行ってみてほしいです。 4階のプールは小さめですが見渡しがとてもいいので写真撮るのにおすすめです。 ジムは24時間利用可能でした。 またセブに行くことがあれば私は絶対このホテルに泊まります。ホテルが本当に良すぎて日本に帰りたくなかったです…

コストパフォーマンスが高く、セダホテルにも引けを取りません！21階のプールは期待以上で、夜には屋上から街の夜景を眺めながらリラックスするのに最高です。近くに和食レストランがあり、そこが本当におすすめです。タクシーで10分ほどで行けますよ。

シュノーケリングに最適な島で、モルディブのようです。残念ながら3日間滞在しましたが、何日も雨でした。しかし幸運なことに、私たちはシキホール島からCocoホテルまで大型船をチャーターし（5000人民元）、直接スミロン島へ正午には到着できました。その日は晴天だったので、すぐに水着に着替えてシュノーケリングを楽しみました。サンゴ礁の世界は本当に美しかったです。翌日の午前中にはジンベエザメを見に行きました。一人2000ペソで、9時出発。他の観光スポットは島で過ごす時間を無駄にするほどではないので、一日ツアーに参加する必要はありません。その後、午後から大雨が3日間降り続き、私たちが島を離れる日まで続きました。幸いなことに！島に到着して1、2日目の同胞たちも「何も楽しめなかった」と言っていました。 しかし残念なことに、二つのビーチのうち一つしか行けませんでした。もう一つは天候のせいで波が高く、全く行くことができませんでした！ 部屋はCtrip（シートリップ）の写真通りでした。全ての部屋が海に面したヴィラで、海の崖沿いに一列に並んでいます。スタンダードルームはロビーに近く、プライバシーは少し劣りますが、シュノーケリングから上がってくるには非常に便利です。バスルームは十分な広さがありましたが、設備はあまり良くありませんでした。最後のシュノーケリングの後シャワーを浴びようとしたら、お湯が出ませんでした。後で知ったのですが、設備が故障しており、冷水シャワーを浴びることになり、そのせいで風邪をひいてしまいました！ レストランでの食事はまあまあでした。少なくともコロンパラダイス島よりはずっと良かったです！
