Ayalla mall まで徒歩15分くらい.さらに数分でSUGBO MERCADOの距離に位置しているし、すぐ近くにセブンイレブンやカフェもあるので便利
スタッフの対応も良く、お湯が出ないと伝えるとメンテナンスチームがすぐにきてくれた
エアコンもバッチリ効くし、部屋は清潔でよいのだが
冷蔵庫があれば文句無しでした

このホテルでの滞在は、良い点も悪い点もあり、まさに「玉石混交」でした。
良い点：空港にとても近く、とても便利な立地です！部屋のベッドはとても快適で広々としていて、まるで雲の上で寝ているような気分でした！簡易キッチンもとても便利！バスルームはデザインが良く、バスタブまで付いていました！
悪い点：私たちの部屋（403）は、しばらく掃除もされていなくて使われていないようでした。バスタブとシャワーにはゴキブリの死骸（幸いにも小さいものでした！）がありました。乾いた足でバスルームからベッドまで歩いて行ったのですが、数メートル歩いただけで足がとても汚れていました！ホテルの部屋もかなり古く、少し改装が必要かもしれません。

一人旅で最も気になる安全性についてですが、このホテルは入り口でセキュリティチェックがあり、ロビーでも二重のセキュリティチェックがあったので、安心して滞在できました。
設備は全体的に悪くありませんでした。特に新しいホテルではありませんが、部屋は広々として清潔感があり、冷房もよく効き、就寝時も静かでした。朝食を寝過ごしてしまい、Grabでデリバリーを注文しました。屋上プールはそれほど大きくありませんでしたが、数日間のダイビングで疲れていたため、横になっただけで泳ぎませんでした。
サービスの対応は迅速で、チェックインの際にはデポジット（保証金）を支払わない選択肢も提示してくださり、さらに部屋もアップグレードしていただきました。

静かな通りにある素敵なホテル。部屋数がとても多いです。スイミングプールが 2 つあり、VIP ルームの近くにプールが 1 つあります。朝食はアラカルトで種類が豊富で、ベジタリアン向けのオプションもあります。スタッフはフレンドリーです。ホテルは海岸沿いに位置しており、海への入り口は階段です。ホテルでは、マスクとシーツからコーラルリーフやベストまで、シュノーケリングに必要なものをすべて無料で提供しています。ゲームルーム、車と自転車のレンタル（1日500ペソ）があります。近くにはカフェやレストランがたくさんあり、すべてが徒歩圏内にあります。部屋は清潔で快適です。喫煙はホテル敷地外の指定されたエリアでのみ許可されています。ホテルの近くにはカメがおり、観察したり一緒に泳いだりするのはとても楽しいです。ホテルは期待を裏切りませんでした。

Это что-то на волшебном! Когда мы туда зашли - я сразу поняла, что что-то не так! Как- то не по- филиппински! Так и оказалось, что владельцы - русская семья, которая давно живёт на Филлипах - дайверы.
Номера чистые, убираются каждый день.
Кухня - самая вкусная и разнообразная. Десерты - мега крутые, так соскучились по этому на Филиппинах.
Массаж - супер цена и качество.
На 20 сотках ребята сделали очень удобный маленький уютный резорт. Супер круто здесь для дайверов.ы
Хороший чистый бассейн, ухоженная территория, ухоженный пляж, красивый риф - можно поснорклить и тут же увидеть черепаху.
В общем, очень рекомендуем!

滞在にとても満足しました。ホテルのスタッフは非常に熱心で、荷物の運搬を積極的に手伝ってくれました。廊下で出会った二人は、自分から昭和さんに電話をかけた。アロナビーチからは少し離れていますが、別のビーチに行くこともできます。大通りを右折し、ビーチの端まで歩いて夕日を眺めましょう。とても美しいですね。 6時前には見れますよ。残念ながら少し遅れてしまいました

外国人向きなホテル フロント、ルームサービス、1階喫茶、BAR等いい感じです 完全に禁煙ルームを設けてくれているのも良い
もし欠点を言うならばドライヤーが無かった事ぐらい
あと大通り沿いなのに、乗り降りカースペースが狭いので子供がいる場合は安全確保重要事項です
チェックイン時に500ペソ現金で借り払いの保証金が必要 紙をちゃんと残していれば最後に戻ってくる

What didn't you like:
A small selection of paid breakfast. There is no buffet and you need to choose from the menu. But you can only choose 1 dish and drink for each one. In other words, don't expect to try even a couple of dishes for prepaid money. Here you can choose only 1 dish for breakfast. The rest is paid. It became clear only on the 3rd day of the stay, as they could not understand how the breakfast system worked.
We were charged 390 Philippine pesos for SPAM (or rather, three slices of local ham). It's expensive for this kind and quantity of food.
•On the last day, the cost of paying for a fruit plate increased. It was 350 pesos, it became 400.
•When ordering tom yam, we asked for additional shrimp (+250 pesos). We were served soup with 7 shrimp halves. We still haven't figured out how many shrimps there would have been without the extra ones we paid for. 🙈We thought they forgot to add additional ones. Then we saw the bill and additional shrimps were deposited.
•Few seafood dishes. Considering that you are 50 meters from the sea. There are also few products with vegetables. We suffered because of this. There was no light food.
•The leaves in each salad were stale.
•Service fees were from everything. We understand when the service fee is for food, but we still don't understand why the fee was for a massage. That is, the fee for the massage + the service FEE for the massage.
•There were also fees for filming shark swimming on our phone. We also did not understand why the fee, if the tour itself cost 7,500 pesos + 300 pesos was a service fee (again, we do not understand why it is not included in the total cost of the tour) + 260 pesos for shooting on the phone;
I was disappointed that when booking an excursion to swim with sharks for 7,500 pesos, fishing was included, but no one offered it to us. They just took us, we swam and brought it back. They say the tour took 5 hours, but it was two and a half hours.
•Hand soap has not been refilled in two days;
• The automatic circulation of water in the pool was rarely turned on, so we swam with flies for two days... trying to catch them from there;
•The performers were an hour late for the first tour, and 30 minutes late for the second. We don't understand why our time wasn't respected.
• One shower wasn't working. There was no water coming out of it;
• Often they didn't bring half of the dish. That is, if you ordered a meat plate with grapes, cheese and crackers, be prepared that I may not bring you crackers, but there will be 3 pieces of cheese. That's for 590 pesos. We ordered this plate twice, and two times we didn't get any crackers. The second time we asked and they informed us. Also, when ordering mashed potatoes with chicken, they brought us chicken without mashed potatoes. We asked and were informed. Everything was already cold. They didn't add a banana to the banana pancakes.
Unfortunately, curtains are not blackout, for those who cannot sleep without them, bring a sleep mask.
I write absolutely all the little things, as I am very careful about the service. I really liked this hotel. In any case, I recommend it wholeheartedly. After all, they communicate politely with you here, there are gorgeous views from a spacious room, and there is a large swimming pool. But I have to write down the little things so that the management can improve the quality of service so that staying at this hotel leaves only positive emotions for absolutely everyone! After all, the hotel is really beautiful!

誕生日のサプライズを部屋に用意するようお願いしたところ、彼らはさらに努力して、無料の心遣いで提供してくれました。
部屋はとても広く、トイレタリーも用意されています。追加のトイレタリーが必要な場合は、すぐに届けてくれます！
プールエリアは泳ぐのに最適で、特にハッピーアワーには最高です。プールバーではドリンクを1杯買うともう1杯無料というお得なプランを提供しています。
ホテルはアロナビーチから徒歩圏内にあり、ヘナンアロナを歩いてビーチに行くだけなのでとても安全です。レストラン、ファーストフード、土産物店も近くにあります。パングラオ空港から8分です。

TTgjane素晴らしいホテル。たった1件のレビューで見つけて、行って探してすぐに予約しました。ホテルは真新しく、とても清潔で、美しく、居心地が良く、部屋とバスルームは広く、写真と完全に一致しています。部屋にはシャンプー、コンディショナー、シャワージェル、歯ブラシ、ヘアドライヤー、紅茶とコーヒー、価格が記載された冷蔵庫、金庫、エアコン、天井ファンが備わっています。プールは清潔で、プールタオルが用意されています。朝食メニュー : ヨーロッパ料理とフィリピン料理、とても美味しく、量は多くありません。ホテルでは現在、朝食のみを提供しています。ビールや果物はフロントで購入でき、その他の食べ物は徒歩でアクセスできるほか、配達も注文できます。
ホテルは生活から少し離れた場所にありますが、車や自転車があれば問題ありません。ホテルには駐車場もあります。
唯一不思議だったのは、お湯が出なかったことです。太陽熱ヒーターがあると書いてありますが、水はいつも同じように冷たかったです（完全に冷たくはなく、問題なく洗えましたが、お湯はありませんでした）。はい、シャワーの水は脱塩されていない新鮮な水です。

マクタン空港からはタクシーで20分前後とアクセスも良く、ニューシティの中にはスーパー、コンビニ、飲食店、ドラッグストアとある程度のものはなんでもあります。
便利な立地です。
ホテルはニュータウンの中でもビーチに近いところにあります。
ビーチは隣のサボイホテルと共用のプライベートビーチとプールが利用できます。
ホテルで宿泊者の腕輪をもらい、ビーチ入り口のチェックで見せれば入ることができます。
忘れても、部屋番号と名前を伝えて確認取れれば入れます。
バスタオルはビーチの入り口でカードキーを預ければ貸してくれますので、持参不要です。
宿泊者以外は有料で入れるようです。
ホテルの中にも小さいですが、プールはありました。
朝食はメニュー数があまりなく、正直残念でした。
昨年、近くのビーマクタンに宿泊して、比べてしまうと完全に見劣りするなと。
会場も狭く、時間によっては入場待ちで15分ほど待ちました。
料理の提供も残念ながら追いついていないので、ちゃんと全てのメニューを食べたいなら朝一に行くことを勧めます。
フロントスタッフはとても素晴らしく、対応も早かったです。
しかし、ドアマンは到着時車から荷物を下ろしてくれましたが、部屋へのエスコートもエレベーターの位置も説明がありませんでした。
清掃スタッフについては、ベッドメイクは完璧にしてくれましたが、タオル類の補充はバスタオルのみで、小さいタオルは２日目の朝に回収されてから補充はありません。また、バスローブも持っていっただけで補充されませんでした。
また、コーヒーカップは洗ってくれましたが、ソーサーは汚れたままでした。
部屋はオーシャンビューのダブルルームを予約しました。
目の前が工事現場ですが、その先に綺麗な海を見ることができました。
とても人気のホテルのようで常にフロントには人がいるホテルでした。

Hh96922カジノ付きが良かったのでここに泊まりました、近くにモールもあり便利でした！2日目は雨だったので夜は隣のハイブランドが入ったビルの中でご飯を食べました。フードコートなどもあって楽しかったです！プールも2箇所あって広くとても満足。朝のビュッフェも豪華でした。部屋の窓から海が一面に見えるのが良い！次も泊まりたいです。

BBubbleChimpGood for experienced divers but not for new divers, solo travellers, relaxing beach time or a deluxe experience even though it was £200+ a night so I did not think it was good value.
For me it was just the wrong choice and I didn't do enough research. The main disappointment comes down to me basing my expectations on the price instead of the 3 star rating. I haven't paid that much for a hotel before and usually go for 4 or 5 star places so I just don't understand the pricing, maybe that's just how it is in the Philippines. The staff and service are good, breakfast and the room are ok, spa and diving are the good amenities so it might be the diving location which warrants the price.
Lunch and dinner are good. I recommend the honey yoghurt muesli with mango and the chicken salad (with a dressing) for breakfast. Everything I had on the lunch/dinner menu was great - the tom kha gai soup, Dorado, burger, curry etc all good. Small range of beers and cocktails available but cocktails were good too.
The room and bathroom are fine for 3 star standards. There is termite stuff falling from the wood beams and dead moths or similar insects on shelves which did not get cleaned away.
The Swedish massage was good, I recommend Gail. The shiatsu was painful and pinched my skin so she switched to Swedish. The pool is murky and not enticing to swim in, lots of mozzies around it too.
I much preferred the beach and water conditions further down at Dauin. I like to relax on a nice beach and swim etc. that's where the great snorkeling is too. But the water at Atlantis is too rough and windy and the beach too narrow.
Although the dive masters are great for leading dives and probably for the other diving skills, I wouldn't recommend getting your open water certificate here especially if you're at all nervous about it. There were some differences with the SSI videos like being able to practise boat entry in the pool first and using a snorkel that I would have preferred what with the condition of the water there. The beach, water and entry conditions are so much better 20-30min down the beach at Dauin, Bongo Bongo beach. I managed to earn my open water and it was the reason for this trip but it wasn't a pleasant experience and I watched the divers enter at Dauin quite jealously.
Considering you can do 4-5 dives a day here plus a day for Apo island, I think 3-4 days here would be perfect.
The hotel tour prices were a bit more expensive than others I found and they do not arrange joiner tours so as a solo traveller, their tours were prohibitively expensive. For some reason there were no joiner tours available outside the hotel either, I don't know if that's because of the season (jan-feb) or that's usual for the Philippines but it's the first time I've experienced that in my travels.
The tour to Apo Island is good and well arranged. The only thing is as a snorkeler you have to wait until after lunch to get to the shallow turtle area but it was great and a benefit of going with the hotel is you leave on their boat right from the hotel, no need to drive to the ferry.

GGioTAll bookings at Nustar Resort include breakfast and access to the Executive Club Lounge located on the 23rd floor of Fili Hotel.
Mini-Bar is complimentary with a selection of 2 local beers, juices, and sodas. Nespresso machine with 4 capsules. TWG tea. Bottled water is unlimited. I appreciate the fridge being very cold.
Gerlain Paris branded bathroom amenities, as well as bath salts for the large bath.
Afternoon Tea (2:30 pm - 4:30 pm)
Light snacks with a limited selection of savory and sweet bites, they need to improve on this.
Evening cocktails and canapés (5:30 pm - 7:30 pm)
Excellent food buffet. I like the lechon quesadillas, jalapeño cheese poppers, and siomai. I appreciate the bartender crafting cocktails from a menu of drinks.
I understand the hotel is still brand new, but they need to do multiple inspections before releasing the room to guest. Vanity mirror was dusty from construction.
The Butler service was very attentive, many thanks to Ice (Butler) for making my stay pleasant, he would escort me to the pool, and even breakfast buffet at Fili Hotel bypassing the crowd at the entrance.
Breakfast Buffet is at Fili Hotel which is extensive and one of the best in Cebu. The problem is the crowd, while Nustar Butlers will escort Nustar guests to a table, there’s no dedicated tables for Nustar guests, which confuses the restaurant staff with seating assignments. Alternatively, the breakfast buffet at the executive club lounge is quiet but with limited options, they should have an a la carte menu to expand options like other international luxury hotels.
The security at the lobby entrance is wildly inconvenient and inconsistent, every time you enter you need to prove you’re a guest of Nustar and not a guest of Fili or a casino player. It’s weird that they are sometimes overly strict and many times just ignore people passing by. Guests have a keycard to use elevators what’s the point of the guards that have a list of people’s names and room numbers, if anything that’s a security risk.
The pool service is lacking. Shared between 2 hotels and the upcoming grand summit. The pool area lacks service of a 5-star hotel, towels need to be claimed at a towel hut. My expectation is that there are staff that will setup loungers with towels for guests. And since the pool facility is shared with the muncher large Fili Hotel it can get crowded. Fortunately, Nustar has a private infinity pool which was closed my stay.
Nustar Resort has potential to be Cebu’s most luxurious hotel, they have the hard product with their spacious luxurious rooms, but they need to improve their soft product - the service from the butlers are outstanding and personal, but everyone else seems to be lost. For the asking price of 250-300 usd per night there’s a lot to expect.
Nustar is primed for excellence but falls just short of achieving refined luxury. I’m hoping Nustar partners with Marriott and rebrand under Luxury Collection. Or even Hyatt with Unbound Collection.

Ppius5お子様連れでセブのホテルを選ぶ際、Jパークリゾートを候補に入れない方はいないでしょう。クリムゾンはJパークリゾートとは対照的な存在です。
Jパークリゾートの特徴といえば、多数の客室、大型ウォーターパーク、韓国のカリビアンベイを彷彿とさせるような賑わい、そしてリゾート外の繁華街が挙げられますが、クリムゾンリゾートは、客室数の少ないヴィラタイプ、小規模なインフィニティプールとキッズプール、利用客の少なさ、そしてリゾート外にほとんど店がないのが特徴です。そのため、韓国での喧騒から離れ、静かな休暇を過ごすことができます。
出会うスタッフ全員が親切に挨拶してくれ、コミュニケーション上の問題は全くなく、衛生面でも問題ありませんでした。子育て中に東南アジアの10カ所以上の有名リゾートを訪れましたが、これほど非の打ちどころなく満足できたリゾートは他にありませんでした。ただ、レストランの食事が特においしいわけではないのが少し残念でしたが、これは他のマクタン島内のリゾートでも同様の傾向のようだったので、仕方がないと思いました。
特に土曜日に行われるプールでのバブルフォームパーティーは、本当に新しい体験をさせてくれます。ぜひ一度体験してみることをお勧めします。プールはインフィニティプール（大人用1.2m、子供用0.9m）とキッズプール（子供用0.9m、幼児用0.?m）の4箇所がありますが、子供用インフィニティプールと幼児用キッズプールでのみ浮き輪の使用が可能でした。アクアシューズは幼児用キッズプール以外は全て使用禁止です。プライベートビーチでは、アイランドホッピングツアーに行かなくても魚が見られるのが良かったです。
静かな休暇を求める家族旅行には最高の選択肢だと思います。

* 客室は清潔に保たれており、清掃スタッフの方がいつもきれいにしてくださいました。
* 宿泊客には、チェックイン時に無料の特典がありました。
**改善点：**
* ベッドの要望について。特にカップルの場合、ゲストのベッドの選択には、もう少し柔軟性があっても良いかと思います。
* トイレの水の流れが悪い時がありました。汚れがゆっくりとしか流れないため、これは改善が必要です。
* シャワールームからの水漏れ。シャワールームの壁から、メインルーム側の壁に少量の水が漏れていました。こちらも修理が必要です。
* リクエスト対応の遅れ。ほとんどの場合ではありませんが、リクエストが処理されるまでに時間がかかることがありました。一度、「部屋の清掃」を依頼したのですが、すぐに対応されず、再度フロントに電話してようやく対応してもらいました。その際もスタッフは丁寧で、遅れについて謝罪してくれましたが、改善の余地があると感じました。
