Not a good experience. The room floor was dirty and clearly not vacuumed. No toothpaste or bathroom slippers were provided, and the restaurant was closed, so I had to go out for food every time. Expected much better.

We recently stayed at the Hilton DoubleTree and was thoroughly impressed by the quality of service, particularly from a staff member named Halil. From the moment I checked in, Halil went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and stress-free. He was incredibly courteous, attentive, and genuinely helpful—whether it was assisting with local directions, making recommendations, or ensuring everything in my room met expectations. His professionalism and friendly demeanor made a lasting impression and truly elevated the overall experience. It’s staff members like Halil who make a difference in hospitality. Thanks to his dedication and service, I will definitely be returning to this location and recommending it to others. Thank you again, Halil, and the Hilton DoubleTree team!
