インドネシア北スマトラ州で、スパのあるホテル

お風呂がついていたり靴を脱げるようになっていたので、日本人にとってとてもリラックスできる部屋でした。 カップルにとっては、3階のレストランで、ロマンティックディナーが5000円ほどから楽しめます。ライブミュージックもついていました。ただし、注意点として1日前に予約が必要です。(私たちは単品料理を5000円以上注文して、メッセージプレートやその席に案内していただきました。) 立地や、スタッフのサービスも良くて大変満足でした！

We are happy!!!!! The staff so kind and soft spoken.. we love the view… Masha Allah.. so beautifull.. event we stay at standard room, we also can get the beatiful view of Danau Toba.. the breakfast was delicious.. this is the first time im going to Indonesia and i can eat all the food.. excellent.. i also like the tour package for free…keep it up..next time if i going to danau toba again, i will stay at waterfall inside Taman Simalem Resort..in Shaa Allah

このホテルに泊まるのは今回で 2 回目です。メダン駅に近い立地で、空港への往復に便利なので、またこのホテルを選びました。受付のスタッフは丁寧で対応がよかったです。朝食付きの部屋パッケージを予約しましたが、外出する必要がないので便利でお得です。チェックインした部屋はツインルームで、とても清潔でした。部屋にコーヒーメーカーがあればもっとよかったと思います。

This is hotel was rebranded from Radisson to aiho .. still good condition... The checkin process also excellent.. within 5 minutes I can go straight way to my room.. the only problem is they only have 2 elevator.. sometimes in of that not functioning due to maintenance service..

ホテルの立地は最高で、斜め向かいには地元で一番大きいショッピングモールがあり、中にある海底撈（ハイディーラオ）はいつも賑わっています。近くにはロッテマートもあって、歩いて行けます。ホテルのジムは設備が充実していて、ステッパーマシンもありますよ。ジムからは街全体を見下ろすことができます。

部屋は素晴らしく、トイレは清潔で、全体で10/10以上です。喫煙ルームはフロアにあります。 6 禁煙 lt. 3. 朝食はBだけ。特に特別なものはなく、実際には在庫切れのものが多くあります。焼くためのパンのようなもの。

私たちは過去2、3年間このホテルに接着してきました😀、すべてが良いです、文句を言うことは何もありません。到着からチェックアウトまで、すべてのスタッフはよく訓練され、うまく機能しています。この2026では、メダンへの2回の旅行をし、ここに滞在し、私が要求したと同じ部屋を手に入れました。私たちは5月20日に戻ってきます、そしてうまくいけば同じ部屋も得ることができます😊😊

A place that has passed its prime...A decent place for the price paid. No complaints about that.. Great superb location to everywhere.. between 2 hospitals ...and walkaway from malls.. still recommend to take a trike or grab a car . About the hotel... Receptionists were friendly and attentive 2 last elevator to reach floor Rooms are super spacious a king and a twin Have 2 toilets... So no need to scream and shout for a spot But sad thing... Place is poorly maintained Pillows past their shelf life. Toilet floor are slimy... It's a dry toilet I know but cleaning it with water and the smell.. uhh don't get me to start.. sewer smell plus pee smell.. uhhh not a fan.. have to buy moth ball and fresher to make it smell good House keeping... Shall not say much.. not the best. Don't know if they sweep or mop the floors .. So if location is a thing.. a good place to stay if u are not fussy. A decent place that's pasted it's prime

最初はヘアドライヤーが壊れていて使えませんでした。部屋の電話でカスタマーサービスに電話しましたが、4回とも応答がありませんでした。出発するには遅すぎたので、最終的にフロントに行って修理の許可を求めました。しばらく待ってくれましたが、それでも動きませんでした。他の場所にヘアドライヤーがあるか尋ねましたが、ありませんでした。部屋を何度も確認した後、チェックアウトすることにしました。鍵はついさっき使ったばかりなのに、なくなっていました。支払いを求められたので、50,000ルピアを置いていきました。ヘアドライヤーを待っていたので出発が遅れたため、出発しました。5分ほど離れたところで電話があり、置き忘れた充電器を取りに来るように言われました。私の充電器ではありませんでしたが。さらに、保証金として100,000ルピアを返金してくれました。出発したとき、100,000ルピアは戻ってきませんでした。少し奇妙でしたが、一度滞在するには十分でした。個人的には、サービスは非常に不十分だったと思います。

快適で満足のいく気分で、一人で村に旅行し、家にいるように感じます。
