モロッコマラケシュ＝タンシフト＝アルハウズ地方で、スパのあるホテル

That was my garden view I booked, is that even a garden??. Didn’t have any slippers in my room & to have a robe it is a 1,000 MAD deposit? in all my travelling that is on unheard off to me. Should have stated that on there amenities. I’ve stayed at multiple 5 start hotels this was unheard of to me. Also if you want to bring in a McDonald’s forget about it the security will stop you from bringing it into the hotel. Not only me but other guest too was stopped. Should have these rules stated while booking to save us the embarrassment. Other than that the stay there was amazing, breakfast amazing but was let down by the issues mentioned.

From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel like part of the family. A huge thank you to Aziz at reception and El Houssaine, who were both absolutely exceptional. Their kindness, warmth and genuine care made our stay so special. They didn’t just provide great service, they made us feel like we were staying with family, and that’s something we’ll never forget. We came to celebrate our anniversary, and without us even asking, they surprised us by setting up a beautifully romantic dinner table. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our celebration incredibly special. It’s the little touches like this that create memories that last a lifetime. One evening, we got back from the Medina in the early hours after an adrenaline filled adventure exploring the bustling streets and markets. We mentioned that a nice cup of tea and some biscuits would be perfect to help us unwind, and by the time we arrived back, Aziz already had everything waiting for us with a smile. It was such a simple but incredibly thoughtful gesture that perfectly sums up the level of hospitality we experienced throughout our stay. A special thank you also goes to Yousara, for her warm greetings every single morning. The breakfasts were fresh, delicious and prepared with so much care. Starting each day with wonderful food made every morning something to look forward to. Thank you as well to another wonderful Aziz (who served us in the restaurant). Every day he looked after us so well, and when he realised our phone charger wasn’t working, he kindly lent us his own charger without us even having to ask again. That level of kindness and generosity says everything about the people who work here. And to the wonderful gentleman who welcomed us each morning at breakfast with a big smile and great energy, you made every breakfast feel special and set the tone for the day. We never forgot your warm welcome. Thank you for always making us feel so at home. The lunch and dinner deserves a special mention too. The chef is simply outstanding! Every meal was fresh, beautifully prepared and full of flavour. Honestly, the food here was far better than what we had at several of the rooftop restaurants in the Medina. We’re already missing every meal! The rooftop is something truly magical. Watching the sun set with the Atlas Mountains stretching out on one side, while the moon slowly rose above them as the sun disappeared on the opposite horizon, was breathtaking. No words, and certainly no photographs, can do that view justice. It’s something you simply have to experience for yourself. The hotel itself has everything you could want, stunning views, wonderfully comfortable beds, peaceful surroundings and an atmosphere that instantly helps you relax. It truly felt like a home away from home. To Aziz, El Houssaine and the entire team, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You didn’t just make our anniversary special, you made our whole trip unforgettable. Your kindness, professionalism and genuine hospitality are what make this place so unique, and you are all a huge credit to the hotel. This wasn’t just a hotel stay, it was an experience we’ll treasure forever. We already miss everyone and can’t wait to return. In fact, we’re already looking at booking our next trip, and this time we’ll be bringing our friends and family so they can experience this incredible place and meet the amazing people who made our stay so memorable. とても見事なホテル、落ち着いた雰囲気で清潔、スタッフの皆さんの対応も最高です。庭でテント貸切でのディナーはこれまでにない特別な気分になる幸せなものでした。 これまでSri Panwa, PhuketやJumeirah, Maldivesが良かったですが、同等かそれ以上の良いホテルでした。

リアド・ベリコスでの滞在はまあまあでしたが、完全に満足できたわけではありません。 スタッフはフレンドリーで、チェックインもスムーズでした。受付（ラルビ）の男性スタッフと朝食会場（屋上）の男性スタッフはとても親切でした。 しかし、ウェルカムドリンク（ミントティー）が冷めていました。うーん。 部屋自体は悪くはありませんでしたが、料金を考えると清潔さには疑問が残りました（写真参照）。 もし経営陣がこの記事を読んでくださるなら、今後はもっと清潔にしてくれることを願っています。 朝食はオレンジジュース、オムレツ、数種類のフルーツ、モロッコ風パンケーキ（ムセメン）にチョコレートペースト、蜂蜜、ジャムが添えられていて、まずまずでした。ヨーグルトとアムルー（モロッコ風ピーナッツバター）がなかったのが残念でした。これは改善してほしい点です。そして、非常に重要な点として、コーヒーが冷めていました！小さな魔法瓶に入ったブラックコーヒーが出てくるのですが、それでも温かくありませんでした！コーヒーは熱々でなければなりません。 また、最初はコーヒーしか出てこず、ミルクを頼んでようやく持ってきてもらいました。そもそも最初から備え付けられているべきものです。 *用の塩コショウがテーブルにありませんでした。朝食のパンの量も少なかったです。 悪くはないのですが、改善すべき点があります。 スタッフは親切で協力的でした。 「プールはどこ？」と思いました。これがプール？プールとは呼べないでしょう。 良かった点：エアコンはよく効きました。部屋のデザインとリアドの装飾は素敵です。 部屋のドア（写真参照）は古く、カビが生えて緑色になっています。早急に交換すべきです。カーテンは遮光カーテンではないので、光が部屋に入ってきます。部屋は防音ではありませんが、夜は静かでした。 建物の内側に面した窓しかなく、外側に面した窓がないため、新鮮な空気が入ってこず、夜間は酸素不足になります。 非常に安い料金（20ユーロ以下など）であれば許容範囲ですが、このリアドにしては高すぎます。 結論：美しいリアドですが、改善すべき点があります。でもラルビは素晴らしいよ、ありがとう、友よ。

場所は許容範囲内で、サービスは良好で、管理者だけが高価なツアーを課そうとしました。予約時に自分で予約し、聞いていない方が良いです。バスタブにはハンガー用のフックが足りませんでした。朝食は美味しくて素晴らしい

写真の通りとても綺麗で色鮮やかな内装です。部屋にミネラルウォーターや風力の強いドライヤーがあったのがありがたかったです。朝食も非常においしいです。 ただ、リヤド周りの治安はあまりよろしくなく、道案内の詐欺師がうろついています。女性一人で泊まる場合は移動時に気をつけたほうがよいと思います。各種観光地までも距離があります。 マッサージも受けましたが、とても良かったです。どのスタッフも丁寧に対応していただきました。

正直言って、部屋はなかなか良くて、広々としていて静かだった。ただ、到着時に1.50ユーロ支払わなければならなかったので、受付の男性に5ユーロ渡した。すると彼は魔法の言葉を口にした。「大丈夫ですよ。もうお釣りは要りません。残りは私に預けてください」。チップを預けようと思っていたのだが、お客に触らせないままお釣りを預かろうとする彼の姿を見ると、滑稽に思えてきた。

リアド・ママに4泊5日しましたが、忘れられない経験となりました。 リアド自体は美しく趣味の良い装飾が施されていますが、滞在を本当に素晴らしいものにしてくれたのは、そこにいる人々による卓越したサービスでした。ドゥーニャさんは、私の大きな荷物をロビーまで運んでくれたり、部屋を常に清潔に保ってくれたりと、大変親切にしてくれました。ファリッドさんは、初日の夜に屋上でモロッコティーを用意してくれ、素晴らしいレストランのおすすめも惜しみなく教えてくれました。ディレクターのヌールさんとその妹さんは、私を見かけるたびに温かい笑顔で挨拶してくれ、本当に素晴らしいサービスを提供してくれました。 彼らは温かく真摯なおもてなしを提供し、私が快適に過ごせるよう、いつも期待以上の気遣いをしてくれました。私は本当に観光客ではなく、歓迎されたゲストであると感じました。残念ながら2日目に食中毒になり、全く部屋から出られなかったのですが、彼らはそれに気づいて私の様子を伺ってくれました。そのレベルの心遣いは、私にとって本当に大きな意味がありました。最後に、リアド自体はジャマ・エル・フナ広場とメディナから文字通りわずか2〜4分の距離にあり、移動が信じられないほど簡単でした。迷うことなく、必ずまた訪れたいと思います。リアド・ママ、本当にありがとう！最高のホスピタリティです。クタブィア・モスクを望む屋上からの眺めも最高です。

Старый отель, полы в номере в заплатках и дырах линолеума. Очень мало света в номере ( лампы тусклые). Короче если только переночевать то нормально, длительное проживание не рекомендую.

すべての設備に近いとても素敵なホテルですが、スタッフは丁寧ではありません スパは5モンドに値しません。5モンドスパのファンとしては避けるべきです...冷たいオイル、制御されない圧力、結局首が詰まってしまいました
