環境はとても良く、交通もとても便利です。車で行かなくてもショッピングエリアまで歩いて行けます。近くの庭園はとても美しく、訪れる価値があります。お子様と一緒に素晴らしい一日を過ごすことができます。

キッチン付きのキャビンを予約したのですが、シャワーとトイレが共用だとは記載されていませんでした。 Trip.comでオプションを選んだところ、他のキャビンにはバスルームとトイレが共用と記載されていたのに、私のキャビンには共用とは記載されていませんでした。 スタッフから、専用バスルーム付きの他のキャビンにアップグレードするように言われました。私は「アップグレードではなく、料金に含まれているはずです」と伝えました。「マネージャーに問い合わせてもいいですか？」と尋ねると、マネージャーは「結果は同じです」と言いました。 もしバスルームが共用なら、説明文に明記されているはずです。 それ以外はすべて問題なく、満足しています。

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay as a family of 5. The soundproof room was clean and conveniently located at the start line of The Possum Night Trail Run. Facilities were easily accessible & it was a treat to be able to swim until 10pm. We look forward to our next stay!

場所は素晴らしいです。流行の前にこのホテルに泊まりました。そのとき、1階の3ベッドルームアパートはとても良かったです。今回は2ベッドルームアパートメントの2階に予約しました。設備は少し古いですが、寝具とタオルは新しくて質の高い構成です。部屋には鍋やボウルの誘導調理器があります。スパバスタブのお湯はとても便利です。洗濯機と乾燥機が階下にあり、時間に注意してください8am-8pmが使用できます。ゲストが使用するBBQもあり、チェックインとチェックアウトはとても便利です。清掃スタッフはとてもフレンドリーですが、フロントデスクのスタッフはあまり熱心ではありません。全体的な経験は悪くありません。次回タウポに来るときはここに滞在します。Ctripの価格は有利です👍

Great hotel stay with complete amenities for self cook dinner, located by the lake front with breathtaking sunset set view! And we have new pets for the day, cutie cat welcome us to Accent! Overall is great except for the insulation around the house not strong enough as it can be quite cold during night …. Highly recommended for families and groups of friends enjoy the stay here.

Check in was smooth and quick but changed room twice to get everything right. Our first room had urine stains on the toilet, which means this room was not properly cleaned up. That was terribly disgusting to find these spots. Also, the smart TV in the first room didn't work. Our second room was find but has no bathtub as requested. Changed to the third room and finally get the okay one with great AC, working TV and cleanness. It was our first time stayed in a 5-star hotel in NZ and was surprised the standard is quite low compared to the other 5 stars in Asia. Has small heated pool accommodating 6 people max. Swimming pool and sauna were fine but steam room didn't work. Service okay and great breakfast. Will consider the other place next time.

The room we stayed in (3 bedroom townhouse) was part of an old motel next door that was acquired and integrated into Quality Inn Acapulco. Its very old and dated, much of the facilities are ran to their life end. That said, the motel is clean and convenient.

Great place to sleep to go coromandel and enjoy hot water beach . Only place with many amenities though. Otherwise, the stay was great and we enjoyed our trip . Thank you
