Amazing atmosphere for our first stay in New Zealand. Everything is very familiar, feels Like beeing at home. We will come back!!!

環境はとても良く、交通もとても便利です。車で行かなくてもショッピングエリアまで歩いて行けます。近くの庭園はとても美しく、訪れる価値があります。お子様と一緒に素晴らしい一日を過ごすことができます。

キッチン付きのキャビンを予約したのですが、シャワーとトイレが共用だとは記載されていませんでした。 Trip.comでオプションを選んだところ、他のキャビンにはバスルームとトイレが共用と記載されていたのに、私のキャビンには共用とは記載されていませんでした。 スタッフから、専用バスルーム付きの他のキャビンにアップグレードするように言われました。私は「アップグレードではなく、料金に含まれているはずです」と伝えました。「マネージャーに問い合わせてもいいですか？」と尋ねると、マネージャーは「結果は同じです」と言いました。 もしバスルームが共用なら、説明文に明記されているはずです。 それ以外はすべて問題なく、満足しています。

I stayed here with my mum and brother in a kitchen cabin. The cabin itself was quite basic and very small – fine for one night, but it would feel too cramped for a longer stay. That said, the campsite itself is lovely and the swimming pools were an absolute highlight. We really loved them and would happily stay here again just for the pools alone. Next time, I’d definitely upgrade the accommodation to something more spacious. An on-site café would also be a great addition and would really enhance the overall experience.

after being highly disappointed with Wairakei resort -we found our new destination what a a upgrade the Hilton is very modern decor spacious clean -couldn’t fault it from the moment we got there -water on entry greeted with a smile -customer service 5/5 got a good night sleep sound proof and in par with price -stayed in the junior suite facing the hot pool -gym recommended The bistro -thou recommend booking times was very full

Был большой номер с огромной кроватью, а главное - купель с минеральной водой прямо в номере. Интерьер специфический, но все чисто.

莊園入口是美麗的櫻花廊道，每年的櫻花節，這裡是漢彌頓的打卡勝地，可愛的羊駝很是親人，整個莊園花園處處充滿巧思，亞洲、非洲、中南美洲的花卉都是主人親手種植，如果天熱，還可以游泳池泡泡水，女主人來自北京，人生經歷豐富，樂於分享，室內餐廳與客廳也一派優雅，真希望有機會能在櫻花盛開時再次來到這裡

房間很大，很乾凈，還有院子

The owner so kind help to upgreat our Booking，therefore my kids have individual room for good sleeping，the hotel beside of the lake，nice view from balance. They really happy with warm water pool during the winter night，the other side of the road have a pizza club，delicious in taste
