ニューヨークにしては、セール価格でかなりお得でした。設備や内装はヒルトンレベルでしたが、とにかく人が多すぎました！ 駐車するのに1時間も並びましたし、スタッフは1人しかおらず、フロントでのチェックイン、コーヒーの購入、荷物預けも長蛇の列でした。客室乗務員もたくさん宿泊しているようでしたので、時間には余裕を持って行動することをおすすめします。 隠れた追加料金が非常に多く、デポジットは金券として渡され、荷物預けも有料、部屋のミニバーも有料でした… この立地と合計150ドルの価格を考えると、まあ我慢するしかないかな、という感じです。

ナイアガラの滝の景勝地で最も大きくて高いホテルです。私たちの部屋は滝の水蒸気が空に昇るのが見え、10時からはカナダ側の景色も見えます。夕方にはホテル内でカナダ側の花火ショーも楽しめます。ホテルの部屋は広く、バスルームも広いです。滞在に非常に満足しています。 衛生状態：清潔で整頓されている

滞在体験を向上させるために、ホテルは 1 泊あたり 45 ドルという厳格な料金を請求し、ほとんど役に立たないクーポンを大量に配布していると言われています。また、2泊すると2泊無料になるわけではなく、チェックアウト当日は割引を利用できないと規定されています。初日の夜は 10 時近くまでチェックインできなかったので、この奇妙なルールが理解できず、2 泊して 2 泊分の料金を支払えばもらえるはずだと思っていました。 2日間の割引。 これは法外ではありませんが、法外なのは、一度も手を付けなかった2部屋の軽食に対して過剰請求されたことです。チェックアウトのときは気にも留めなかったのですが、後でフロントに行って言い争ったら、「対応します」と騙されて、それでも同じ金額を請求されたことに気づきました。 インターコンチネンタル ホテルがこれほど不誠実で、この種の欺瞞的な顧客に真剣に対処しないとは本当に信じられません。 とにかく、今回の滞在中、このホテルのサービスには非常にがっかりしました。これは警告として受け取ってください。ホテルがどんなに高価であっても、チェックアウトの際には領収書をよく読んで、超過料金や任意の料金が請求されないかどうかを確認してください。 1泊2,000以上は喜んで使いますが、過度に請求されるのは嫌いですし、お金を強制されるのは嫌いです。

Great location, good restaurant, and comfortable beds.  The location inside Saratoga Springs Park is very nice.  The hotel is older and it definitely shows.  We booked a Deluxe King which was large and had a walk in closet.  The bathroom was small though and the room was not very well cleaned.

The room was clean. It was in a wing of the complex that was separate from the main building and we had to cross an outdoor garden to get there. The toilet got clogged and maintenance arrived in 10 minutes to unclog. The Ac/heating unit was loud and kept going on and off all night. The buffet breakfast included was excellent in a lovely spacious dining area.

Staff was gracious and friendly, bar was awesome and entertainment was great. Morning cafe options were good and appreciate the free coffee! Rooms were spacious and clean, beds were comfortable and love the king size bed! Bathroom had some stains on wall that could have been cleaned easily so that was a little gross. Shower was not super warm but was ok. Was with a (well behaved) hockey group and I know staff was struggling with another team who was not cooperating with expectations and I felt bad for them, lots of credit to them for their patience. Overall would 100% stay here again.

My stay at the Waldorf Astoria New York was exceptional in every way. From the moment I arrived, the service felt thoughtful, polished, and genuinely welcoming. Every staff member I interacted with was attentive without being intrusive, creating a sense of ease throughout my stay. The Deluxe Room was beautifully appointed—quiet, immaculate, and designed with a timeless elegance that reflects the hotel’s historic character. The bed was especially comfortable, and the room layout made it easy to relax and unwind after a long day. The hotel’s facilities were equally impressive. Common areas are stunningly restored, blending classic New York grandeur with modern comfort. Everything—from the lobby to the elevators—felt meticulously maintained. The location is unbeatable. Being in the heart of Midtown made it effortless to get to meetings, restaurants, and landmarks. Despite the central location, the hotel felt like a calm retreat from the city’s energy. Overall, my stay was smooth, comfortable, and memorable. I would gladly return and highly recommend the Waldorf Astoria to anyone seeking a luxurious and well‑run hotel in New York.

きちんとしたオールドマネースタイルのホテルで、フロントデスクとコンシェルジュのサービスレベルは非常に高く、コンシェルジュとコミュニケーションを取り、隣のJGディナーを予約しました。トランプ大統領のホテルなので、部屋はそれほど広くありませんが、「スズメは小さいけれど、必要なものはすべて揃っている」ということを十分に証明しています。右側のオープンキッチンにはコーヒーカップやエスプレッソなどの調理器具や持ち帰り用の使い捨てカップもございます。バスルームは大きくありませんが、バスルーム用品はゲストごとに小さなパッケージで提供され、タオルは白くて柔らかいです。ハードウェアは確かに少し古いですが、維持費は高く、非常にきれいです。スパは快適で、ターンダウンはプロフェッショナルです。建物の階下にはセントラルパークがあり、冬は馬車に乗る以外に見どころはありません。3月には桜が咲くと美しいでしょう。

ロケーションは最高で、部屋からはセントラルパークの美しい景色が見えます。しかし防音が悪すぎます。道路ではスポーツカー、バイク、サイレン、大きな稲妻の音がいつも聞こえます。全然よく眠れません。

ニューヨーク観光には絶好のロケーションでした！フロントスタッフの皆さんはいつも明るく、とても親切でした。朝食会場では、テレサ・クルーズさんに大変温かく迎えていただきました。特に初めての朝食の際には、彼女のフレンドリーな対応と素晴らしいおもてなしに感動しました。次回ニューヨークを訪れる際も、ぜひまたこのホテルを利用させていただきます！
