フランスオクシタニーで、バーのあるホテル

L'accueil a été un peu bizarre car je suis membre gold dans cete chaine, mais n'ai pas réservé via leur site... aussi le personnel m'a dit que je n'avais pas droit à mes privilèges habituels. Au delà de ça, tout s'est bien passé et l'hotel est de bon standing. Petit déjeuner excellent et avec des produits régionaux de qualité. Chambre un peu petite pour 3 personnes, mais au calme, enn pleine ville !

Hotel have great location and just walk distance to Lourdes Sanctuary. Receptions staff friendly and quick response with our request. We have experience the aircon does not work in the afternoon and water heater does not work in the early morning. Hope they could better in the future.

素晴らしい滞在でした！スタッフの方々はとても親切で、トゥールーズ滞在中の地元のレストランのおすすめなど、いろいろと丁寧に教えてくれました。ホテルは立地も良く、部屋は広々としていて、バスアメニティも素敵で、コーヒーと紅茶のコーナーも充実していました。朝食も種類豊富でとても美味しかったです。トゥールーズを訪れる際は、ぜひまたこのホテルに泊まりたいと思います！強くお勧めします。

I have stayed at Hotel Continental several times over the years and it never disappoints. It is good value for money, the hotel is spotlessly clean, very close to the sanctuary and with several shops, including restaurants and take-out venues, nearby. It has a welcoming feel to it and lovely, helpful staff. They changed my room since there was availability without any fuss when I found that the original room had a bath and I have problems getting in and out of one (admittedly, this was my fault as I should have stated so during the reservation, but I'd never had a room with a bath before and I assumed all rooms had showers). I was informed that the fourth floor was all recently fitted with air conditioning, which is not a common feature in Lourdes hotels as far as I can remember. Even though I had a room partially overlooking a busy street, the double-glazing did its work and the noise didn't disturb me at all. The buffet breakfast is also very good for a three star hotel. Overall, I was very happy with my stay and would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Lourdes.

このホテルは、周りにたくさんのショップやレストランがあり、便利な立地でした。スタッフはフレンドリーで、部屋はモダンで清潔でした。唯一の欠点は、部屋のドアノブに「外出中につきプライバシーを尊重してください」というピンク色の面を表にしてカードを掛けていたことです。これは、誰も部屋に入らないでほしいという意味です。しかし、ハウスキーピングが入室しており、少し残念でした。特に部屋を片付けたり、タオルを交換したりする必要はなかったのですが、電動シェーバーがなくなっていました。もしハウスキーピングが入っていなければ、シェーバーをどこかに置き忘れたのだと思ったでしょう。しかし、シャワー室に置いていたことは間違いありません。他の場所で髭剃りをすれば散らかるでしょうし、旅行用のポーチも付いていたからです。チェックアウト時にこの件を伝えると、担当者はドアにカードは掛かっていなかったと言いました。しかし、私たちは確かに掛けました。部屋のドアを閉めて出発する際に、パートナーにカードが正しく掛かっているか確認させたほどです。彼のフランス語は私ほど得意ではないので、私はカードを読んで、正しい向きになっていることをはっきりと覚えています。

I arrived early and was allowed to leave my bag in the storage room before check-in, although I would have appreciated a bit more assistance instead of just being directed there. The check-in process itself was smooth and efficient. I was attended by Margie, who was very helpful and friendly. She gave useful tips about the area and information about activities in the sanctuary, which I really appreciated. As for the amenities, I wasn’t aware that towels were not included, so I had to pay extra for them. The room was also a bit cold, and I wasn’t sure if the heater was working properly, although there was an extra throw provided. The toilet was clean, but it would be better to have a separate hand soap by the sink instead of using the same product provided in the shower for both shampoo and body wash. The food (dinner buffet) was very good, though I think it could be more affordable and offer a wider variety of options. Overall, I had a pleasant stay, and the biggest highlight was the hotel’s accessibility to the sanctuary.

J’ai été très déçue parce qu’il y avait des cafards dans la chambre le matin de mon départ. Je l’ai signalé à la réception au moment du départ et je croyais qu’il y allait avoir un geste de leur part rien que nous offrir le petit déjeuner pour ma fille et moi mais ils nous l’ont quand même facturé alors que je trouve grave quand même que dans un hôtel de ce standing qu’il y ait des cafards c’est dommage. Je retiens juste que nous avons dormi avec des cafards alors que même chez moi je n’en ai pas et je paie pas’pour dormir !!

🌟 Excellent Stay at Hotel Lutetia – Perfect Location & Comfort! 🌟 We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Lutetia in Lourdes. The location is absolutely unbeatable—just a few steps away from the train station, making arrival and departure incredibly convenient. The rooms were impressively spacious, clean, and very well-maintained. Everything felt fresh and tidy, and the modern elevator access made it easy to move around, especially with luggage. Another big advantage is the location—within easy reach of the Grotto and the Basilica, which made our visits smooth and stress-free. There are also plenty of great places to eat nearby, so you’re never short of dining options. What truly stood out was the friendliness of the staff. They were welcoming, helpful, and made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a superb hotel that offers comfort, convenience, and excellent service. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Lourdes!

ホテルの位置は比較的市内中心部に近く、トラムもあり便利です。 特にバスターミナルからホテルまで移動が容易。 寝具類をはじめ、トイレなどが比較的すっきりした方。 午前10時までに別途リクエストする必要があり、ルームクリーニングサービスを受けることができます。 部屋に電話がないので、直接降りて話す必要があります。 ロビー階にレストランがあり、比較的リーズナブルな価格で食事機能 （本人は食べない） Tvが比較的大きい方や別途外部入力やミラーリングできない 3泊以上の長期滞在ではなく、1泊程度の短期宿泊に適していると思われる 24時間対応のフロントデスクがありますが、ゲストが問い合わせる内容について積極的に解決しようとする姿勢は見えない

私たちは間違いなく戻ってきます😍♥️私たちはそれを愛していました。 空港から徒歩わずか10分です。私たちはイビススタイルで大きな部屋を持っていました。すべてがきれいで、素敵な快適なベッドでした(私は余分な枕を追加することをお勧めしますが、😅を尋ねれば必ず手に入れます)。工業地帯であっても部屋はとても静かでした(私たちは少し暖かい部屋を好むでしょう、私たちはそれを少し持ち上げようとしましたが成功しませんでした、私たちは2泊しか持っていなかったのであきらめました)。朝食はおいしすぎて、忙しくなく、最後の瞬間でも食べ物は十分でした。すべてが高品質で、職人パン、バイオバターとチーズ、新鮮なクロワッサンとパンオーチョコレート、新鮮な絞りオレンジジュース、新鮮なゆで卵などです。トラム駅まで徒歩わずか20分、鉄道駅まで15分。モンペリエから30分の別の美しい海辺の町、セートを訪れました。
