Amazing experience, really worth the price. Nice room, clean and comfortable. Very convenient as it’s near the shopping area just 5–10 mins walk, and also right next to the train station. Just wonderful.

私たちは結婚式の直後にこのホテルに泊まりましたが、このホテルが以前とは様変わりしていることは明らかでした。まず、道路工事のため閉鎖されていたため、ホテルに直接入る入り口がありませんでした。事前に予約していたにもかかわらず、私たちはそのことに気付きませんでした。ホテルの電話番号は機能しておらず、部屋の電話もつながりませんでした。そのため、ホテルへの行き方を見つけるまで、私はウェディングドレスを着たまま脇道で車の中で待たなければなりませんでした。スムーズなチェックインになるはずだったのに、とても時間がかかりました。直接電話してみましたが、電話は機能せず、スタッフは皆、電話がどうなっているのか全く分かっていないようで、それぞれ違う話をしていました。 夫がチェックインに行ったとき、オンラインで支払いを済ませていたのに、支払いが必要だと言い張られました。最初に夫に対応してくれた女性は非常に失礼で、彼女のマネージャーが到着するまで、私たちが前払いしたことに気づきませんでした。 場所は素晴らしく、駅に直接通じる出口がありますが、私はこのホテルにせいぜい3つ星を付けます。高い値段に見合う価値はありません。

During a difficult personal visit with no definite leave day, the staff couldn't be of more help and understanding. Thank you to all the team.

From the moment I arrived until the second I left I felt truly taken care of. The staff were incredibly friendly the room was spotless The bed was unbelievably comfortable. Everything was perfect and exceeded my expectations. This was hands down one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I can’t wait to come back. Highly highly recommend. Thank you Hilton for the amazing stay!

エグゼクティブラウンジは混雑していましたが、サービスは素晴らしかったです。 眠りが浅い方は、週末は耳栓が必要になるかもしれないので、フロント側の部屋は避けた方が良いでしょう。

Wonderful, spacious and clean room. The bathroom was also clean and tidy. The ironing facilities were optimal, nice view and comfortable bed. Would have been nice to have some biscuits to accompany the tea selection. Overall, will stay again

Lovely, good priced, clean, friendly and helpful staff with a delicious well selection of buffet breakfast included! Few minutes walk from the train station and shopping centre and Broadway! 🤩 will definitely be staying here every time we visit Bradford

スタッフは良いです。ここの朝食が大好きです。パブコーナーは良いのですが、オリオンズがすぐに閉店してしまうので、ホテル以外では選択肢があまりありません。

We had a wonderful stay at the Dakota in Leeds. The staff were phenomenal and very accommodating, even taking delivery of an item prior to our arrival. It is excellently located, with a solid albeit not spectacular breakfast. Arguably the only area for improvement would be providing a few more amenities in the room. There is no mini fridge, limited wardrobe space, and the bathroom was a little lacking - no cotton pads, cotton ear buds, or toilet brush. Otherwise I can highly recommend this place for any stay in Leeds.

Really very impressive hotel at this price point. I have stayed a few times now and always have a good stay. Breakfast is good if included in your rate price, but £8.50 on the day seems like a lot.
