Our stay at Grand Hyatt Kochi Bolgatty was truly the highlight of our Kerala trip. We stayed in the 2-bedroom villa and every part of the experience exceeded our expectations. The hospitality was exceptional from the moment we arrived. The staff were warm, attentive, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. You can genuinely feel the care and attention they give to their guests. The villa itself was spacious, luxurious, comfortable, and very well maintained. The ambience, cleanliness, facilities, and beautiful waterfront views made our stay incredibly relaxing and worthwhile. After travelling across several places in Kerala, this was the one stay that truly felt worth every penny. Thank you to the entire team for making our trip so memorable. We would definitely love to return again in the future.

Great place to be mall nearby, balcony view rooms, staff excellent

SAJ resort is an excellent hotel right next to the airport if you wanna dive head first into the essence of Kerala. Even though not as fancy as the Taj or the Marriot, it still provides a five star experience while being designed in such a beautiful way that you feel like you are in a quiet village and not a resort. The rooms that wrap around the large pool is so calming and not even once during my stay was I disturbed by the airport which is right next door. The staff are very professional and will help you in any way they can. They also take suggestions and requests at heart. The high tea that is provided every evening from 4-5 is exceptional. Overall, I am very happy with my stay there and would definitely be back.

Everything was excellent except the activity room. Nothing is in good condition. Would be good if they can maintain it since it would be very helpful when coming with kids. It's been 3 consecutive years i am coming here. The activity room needs to be improved.

ホテルは高知空港の近くにあり、空港から徒歩約5-10分です。 ホテルには24-hourセキュリティとスタッフがいます。レストランの入り口からサービススタッフは皆とてもフレンドリーで歓迎してくれました!ホテルの看板ははっきりとマークされており、駐車場はとても便利で、隣に薬局があり、ショップは10-minute歩いてすぐです。周囲の環境は比較的静かです。 部屋は一般的に清潔で広としていましたが、ヘアドライヤーはなく、シャワージェルとシャンプーは使用され、少し汚れているように見え、使用をためらっていました。 さらに、ホテルには予約に空港送迎が含まれていましたが、チェックイン当日の繰り返しの問い合わせにもかかわらず、返信はありませんでした。そのため、フォームに記入しましたが、このサービスは提供されませんでした。空港到着当日、Uberでホテルに到着しました。ホテルがこのサービスを提供していない場合は、フォームを利用できません。不便になります!

Hotel Prayana offers a budget-friendly stay in Kochi, with a prime location within walking distance of North Station. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, making it a comfortable choice for travelers looking for a simple place to rest. However, the hospitality could be improved, as the service felt average, and a promised welcome drink was missing upon arrival. The AC was a bit slow, but it worked fine overall. One downside is the restaurant next to the hotel, which I would advise against due to its poor quality. Additionally, the absence of a complimentary breakfast was disappointing, especially for the price. the hotel offers good value for those seeking a quiet, no-frills stay. While it's not a luxury experience, it's decent for a budget option and provides a calm atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle.

They couldn’t find my booking, so i was stranded at the hotel lobby for few hours before i offered to pay again for my room only then they provided me with a room .. that too downgraded .. even though i showed my confirmation email and with a corresponding email to confirm my room yet to the property, neither the hotel or the helpline from trip after that could detect my booking - after checking in - i spent another few hours with trip helpline to get the room i deserve - but trip reasoning was the booking was done through a chinese agent and they couldn’t get through .. so i wasted another few hours .. still i did not get my deserved room .. i was thrown into a deep end corner room with a terrible sound pollution.. i was here with an elderly who was terminal .. so it was a total nightmare .. nor the hotel staff or trip were helpful ..

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Aber super Service und es reicht für einen Zwischenstopp, es ist zu Fuß in ca. 30 min erreichbar.
