全体的に、ホテルは良い印象を残しました:最近改装され、清潔で、中央駅と旧市街の間に非常に便利で、歴史的な中心部へのメインエントランスの1つに近い。マットレス、枕、ベッドリネン、タオルは質が高く、睡眠の快適さも抜群でした。 しかし、いくつかの重要な欠点があります。 まず、2泊53ユーロ(1日あたり26.5)の追加清掃料金があり、宿泊費の約40%を占めています。清掃はベッドを作ることに限定されました。ミニバーは補充されておらず、タオルは交換されませんでした。この料金は、予約時の合計料金に明確に含まれていませんでした。 第二に、部屋に自然の日光はありません。私の部屋は、ホテルのほとんどの部屋と同様に、外に面した窓がありません。すべての窓(ガラスのドア、大きな窓、小さな窓)は、内部ホールとレセプションエリアに面しています。その結果、日光が部屋に入らず、プライバシーのためにカーテンを閉じる必要があります。 第三に、無料の水は提供されていません。チェックアウト時にミニバーの3本の水は充電されませんでしたが、標準的なアメニティとして無料のボトル入り飲料水がないことは驚くべきことでした。 チェックインは午後6時から午後8時までしか可能ではなく、チェックアウトは午前8時から午前10時までで、標準的な国際慣行よりもはるかに限られています。部屋もかなり寒く、暖房システムは直感的に動作しませんでした。また、ホテルは住宅の建物内にあるため、夜遅くまで2階からの騒音(足音、会話)がはっきりと聞こえました。 ホテルは品質と場所の点で優れていますが、追加料金と組織面は全体的な経験に大きく影響します。

What a truly amazing stay a Masseria Della Piana! I can’t put into words what a special experience it was to stay at this beautiful Masseria!! Staff - the staff would go above and beyond for you, there was nothing they wouldn’t do for you. All incredibly friendly, warm and welcoming, with even the owner bringing us a traditional Puglian breakfast one morning! Every single staff member we interacted with was so kind and welcoming, special shout out to Seydou and Andre (we didn’t get everyone’s name, but I would be calling them out if we had!) and to all the cute doggos and kitties on site!! The grounds/rooms - a truly truly beautiful location. The main pool is a great size, the area in general is very peaceful and tranquil, makes for a perfect pool day! The rooms are quant and perfect for what we needed, more than enough space for three girls with lots of clothes, bags, shoes and make up! They were kept very clean by the staff, good aircon, refilled water in the fridge. Our room even had a private plunge pool which was very cute and perfect for a slow morning. Food - the breakfast selection is great, with homemade focaccia, croissants, cakes, as well as the usual things (bread, cereal etc). The Masseria also hosted a cooking class/dinner on our last night, almost all of the guests attended and we sat at a long table together, there was pizza, calzones and lots of wine! This was a very special experience and so glad we did it. If you want an intimate family run experience in the beautiful Italian countryside, this really is the place for you. I honestly cannot believe anyone would give this place anything but a 5, I would give it a 10 if I could! Thank you Masseria Della Piana for making our holiday so special ❤️

The room itself was perfectly fine, and we appreciated being given a late check-out until 1:00 PM. Unfortunately, that was where the flexibility ended. We had an evening flight and were travelling with our 7-year-old daughter. After checking out, we asked whether there was anywhere we could take a shower before leaving for the airport. There wasn’t. We then asked if there was at least somewhere suitable to change clothes and were told to use the restroom. Beyond that, the only option offered was to sit in the lobby until it was time to leave. I fully understand that the hotel was busy and that no rooms were available. We were not expecting them to provide us with another room. What disappointed us was the complete lack of effort to find any alternative solution. Throughout the stay, the service was very correct and professional, but also quite minimal. Normally, I probably wouldn’t even mention that. However, when we needed something slightly outside the standard routine, this approach became very noticeable and disappointing. The hotel did what it was required to do, but very little beyond that. For us, hospitality also shows in how a hotel handles a situation that requires a small amount of flexibility, especially when a family with a young child is involved. As a room for the night, it was absolutely fine. As a final stop before an evening flight, however, the experience was disappointing, and I would choose a different hotel next time.

Do not stay at this dangerous hotel. Our first room was old , smelly, and awful with a broken fridge, a kettle that could not be plugged in and peeling paint. The second room has 3 different paint colours exposed fires and a bathroom that floods every time the shower is used. There are holes in the ceilings, no staff apart from 1 young girl at reception. Rooms have the cheapest, most basic facilities. The toiletries are what you would expect in a 2 star hotel. No nescafe machine if you want sn expresso you must pay €3.50. The hotel is run down and clearly management care only for money. Private guest information is stored in a public cupboard. Maintenance is ignored, and breakfast is basic. The breskfadt consists mainly of prepared sweet pastry and cakes. A small glass of tetra pack orange juice us €5 If you wish to iron, you need to either iron on the bed or the floor.. The hotel does not have a bar that operates. There are no umbrellas or comforts of a 4-star hotel. Service is zero. The hotel only offers breakfast. No lunch, dinner, or room service. But the most alarming concern is the hotels noncompliance with fire safety. If there was a fire at this hotel, guests would simply lose their lives. On both the 2nd and 3rd fll Oor parts of the ceilings have collapsed. The police gave arrested the hotel due to serious concerns for staff and guests.

Good facilities, friendly staff, ample car park, large bedrooms. It's basically a quality road hotel, next to a petrol station (where entrance is). Privileged location facing the coast but since that's the same side of the busy road it could get noisy.

What an amazing experience to stay in a Trullo at this property! My husband and I booked our stay in mid-Nov., which is the beginning of the off-season in Puglia. When we arrived, the concierge/manager, Ugo, graciously upgraded us to a loft/superior accommodation. It was fantastic! He personally walked us to our charming, Trullo, which was not only impeccably clean, but also completely modernized despite being an historic, antiquated structure. We arrived on a chilly day to find that the marble floors are heated and very toasty! The queen bed was comfy, and the updated bathroom was enormous, with a huge shower. The little dwelling even had a very well-equipped, modern kitchen if one were to stay for a longer period. Finally, I left my small jewelry box in bathroom when we checked out. We took a 20 minute taxi ride to a train station, and apparently, during the ride Ugo tried to contact the driver to inform us that they'd found the box. Ultimately, when I discovered my oversight at the next hotel and contacted Ugo, he kindly express-shipped my jewelry back to my home in the U.S. I can't praise this property or its management highly enough. Don't hesitate to stay here!

Hotel is right across from the train station and located on the main area of Brindisi.  They are security forward which we really liked.  Held our bags for hours before checking in so we could explore and arranged an early morning taxi for us to the airport.  The staff was friendly and extremely helpful.  We loved our short stay.

Отель в средневековом историческом здании. Окна были во двор. Спали с открытым окном, поэтому с утра шум от уборщиков и другого персонала. Часов с 4-х колокол на церкви бил каждый час. Очень колоритно. Завтрак великолепный на верхнем этаже, есть открытая терасса. Парковка рядом за 10 евро в день, удобно. Номер был с кондиционером, холодильником и небольшим кухонным уголком в шкафу. Сам город Конверсано был для нас приятным открытием. Интересный исторический цент с лабиринтами средневековых улочек и церквей. Вечером красивая подсветка, множество магазинчиков, ресторанов, баров. Выгодное местоположение: близко до Бари, Полиньяно-а-маре, Альберобелло и др. достопримечательностей.

We booked the executive suite ( room 3) with a jacuzzi and were well impressed with the room and location! We were extremely late to arrive due to a thunderstorm but staff at the joint restaurant Komera waited up for us. Incidentally morning breakfast can be booked here but as we are not early risers and have small appetites in the morning, we didn't use this facility though ghe restaurant certainly looked inviting. The room itself was well equipped with all mod cons and bathrobes,slippers and a welcome bottle of prosecco was offered. The only negative point for us was the light coming in from the street at night which was a little disturbing. This has been brought yo thd attentiin of the management so hopefully this issue will be rectified for future bookers who like me, prefer darkness to sleep. The location is perfect ..right on the shore of the old port with ample bars and restaurants a stone's throw away. Would definately recommend Palazzo Kapece!
