Pico restaurant the service was just horrible. They served spoiled coleslaw, we waited too long for everything, starting from ordering til getting our bill. We ended up leaving the restaurant without paying. They are understaffed and the waiters we're not properly trained. Scrambled eggs in the buffet smells like wet rug. If you order medium rare tenderloin they will give you well done. We tried to complain but the manager was just hard to talk to and they were not sincere to fix the problem or even make up for their mistakes.

街中心部や観光地から少し離れているので静かな環境でゆっくり過ごせました。3泊しましたがホテルの周りにはコンビニ等も無く部屋に冷蔵庫も無いので飲み物だけ不便を感じました。wi-fiはストレスなく使用できエアコンもきちんと機能してました。タガイタイを訪れる時はまた利用すると思います。ホテルから街中心部まではgrabで行って街や観光地での移動はTricycleを利用。

週末かつ祝日でしたが、到着時の駐車場は十分なスペースがありました。チェックイン時の待ち時間も許容範囲でした。確かに長い列はできていましたが、チェックイン対応のカウンターが4つあり、チェックアウト専用のカウンターも別に設けられていました。チェックインされる大人2名分の身分証明書と、デポジットとして2,000を用意しておくと良いでしょう。 部屋はとても広々としており、私たちが宿泊したのは1ベッドルームのファミリースウィートでした。そこには、枕と毛布のないクイーンサイズのデイベッドが2台、ダブルベッドが2台、バスルームが2つ、シンクと故障しているコンロがある小さなキッチン、そして中型冷蔵庫が備え付けられていました。リビングエリアとダイニングエリアもありました。無料のボトルウォーターは最初に2本提供されましたが、4名での宿泊だったので追加で2本お願いしたところ、快く応じてくれました。 ただ、トイレの一つが初日から詰まってしまっており、3日間滞在する予定だったので、ご想像の通り大変不便でした。報告はしたのですが、結局誰も対応には来てくれませんでした。 無料の朝食は正直なところ「まあまあ」といった感じです。お腹はいっぱいになりますし、品揃えも悪くはないのですが、特筆するほどではありませんでした。ランチタイムに食事が提供されているかは分かりません（私たちは外でL’bulaloを食べましたが、これは絶対におすすめです！）。夕食はグリルステーションとビュッフェのみの提供でした。最終日の夜に大雨が降ってしまい、グリルステーションの屋外ダイニングエリアにいた全員が立ち往生。焼いていた料理も含め全てが水浸しになり、すべて中断せざるを得なかったのは、かなり残念な出来事でした。 プールは非常に広大で、他の利用客がいても混雑しているとは感じませんでした。ビーチはきれいで透明度も高かったのですが、岸辺には岩や貝殻が多く、歩くと足が痛みました。 全体的には、ちょっとした休暇には良い場所だと思います。

We always had a great time staying at this hotel, but the location is far from downtown. I hope next year they will fix the hot water in the shower and provide mosquito repellent in the room. I also hope the construction by the pool will be completed next year, and that there are no windows in the new building they are constructing, as it would be intrusive if someone could watch you swimming in a swimsuit. Overall, it was a good stay. The staff at Queen Margarete are nice.

6階の部屋からの眺めは最高でしたが、階段はかなりきつかったです（笑）。ペット同伴可なのは素晴らしいのですが、一つだけ気になったのは、ペット清掃料とは別に2,000PHPの追加料金を請求されたことです（これは規約には記載されていませんでした）。正直、ちょっとおかしいと思います。ペットにかかる料金については、チェックイン時に明確にゲストに伝えるべきです。それ以外は、特に不満はありません。スタッフはフレンドリーで、立地も素晴らしいです！

Our stay at the hotel was absolutely exceptional Hotel Staff were warm and attentive, and every detail reflected genuine care and luxury. The room was spotless, the amenities top-notch, and the overall experience left us relaxed and delighted. We'll keep coming back!!

I rarely leave voluntary feedback for hotels we stay at, but this one definitely deserves it. Brittany Hotel is fairly new. We have been meaning to try it for a while since we always pass by it along Daang Hari. We initially booked just an overnight stay to relax a bit. Unexpectedly, we ended up coming back the very next day when we needed a place to stay for another three days and two nights. I asked the same receptionist, Ken, who assisted us during our first check-in if the deluxe room we previously stayed in was available, as we preferred it. They didn’t say whether it was, but instead informed us that they had upgraded our room to a premier one at no extra cost! It was such a pleasant surprise, especially since it was only our second visit. We really appreciated this thoughtful gesture, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A big thank you to Ken for being so helpful and kind. The level of service really stood out. The overall vibe of the hotel is really nice. It's quiet, very clean, and has a cozy atmosphere. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Although we weren’t able to try most of the restaurant’s menu since we always came back late at night, the food we did try was enjoyable, and the coffee was surprisingly good. While the hotel might feel a bit limited for some, as it's still new, we had a great stay overall. It has quickly become our favorite among all the hotels we’ve stayed at. 😁 We hope they continue to provide great service and even improve it further, especially the facilities and amenities. We’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to our friends and family.

立地は本当に良いです。食事も素晴らしかったです。スタッフの方々もとても親切でした。1ベッドルームスイートに泊まりましたが、とても広々としていました。ただ、部屋、カーテン、ソファ、廊下、スパなど、あらゆる場所にカビ臭くて古びた匂いがしました。建物全体が古くて使われていないような、独特の匂いが漂っていました。

お子様連れで農場の動物に餌やりを楽しみたい方には、このホテルはおすすめです。しかし、気に入らなかった点は以下の通りです。 - プールがとても冷たいです。たくさんのお子様が泳いでいるので、ヒーターを入れるべきだと思います。 - 部屋のドアに二重ロックがなく、すでに壊れているようで、ロックされているか確認するためにドアをもう一度引かなければなりません。 - 映画鑑賞会では、お子様のほとんどが小さいので、もっと子供向けの映画を選んでほしいです。「アベンジャーズ」は3歳児には向いていません。
