I went with my friend to visit medina, although the hotel is near haram but due to construction you have to move all around the construction site which is almost 3-4km that makes it very away from haram.

The hotel has a great location and it's kind of newly built. However the service it's not what you'll be expecting from Radisson Blue brand. The staff are ok but when you want some help you'll not receive a 4 stats service, more of 2 stars. I had an AC issue with my unit, and the staff did not help whatsoever, even though all what it takes is 2 minutes to swipe the room!

ホテルにはアルーラの観光地図やガイドがないので、自家用車での移動は困難です。 1. ヘグラへの行き方が分かりません。北門ですか？南門ですか？ナビゲーションが難しい。後で知ったのですが、375…9200…70 2. 景勝地には営業時間がありません。エレファントロックに13:00に到着しましたが、16:00にオープンすると表示されていました。ヘグラに15:40に到着したときは閉まっていました。 国際ホテルには観光パンフレットや地図などがある。団体旅行ならいいが、個人旅行には難しい。改善してほしい。

とても特別な体験でした！ 私たちはそこで1泊しましたが、夕食は夜遅くまで食べられました。朝食も注文制で、白人よりヘルシーでした。 エアコンは少しうるさかったですが、清潔で整頓されていて、1泊するには十分でした。バンの近くで写真を撮るのも楽しかったです！キャンプ場内は散策でき、シャトルバスも運行しています。 夜には星空が楽しめ、野外映画も上映されます。予約をお忘れなく～ プールへのシャトルバスもあり、自分で運転することもできます。全体的にとても特別な体験でした！

すべてが高価なヤンブーでは、これは許容できると考えられています。ここで2番目に良いホテルとして数えられます。安全で清潔。全体的なサービスは良いです、サービススタッフも英語で大丈夫です:)

Doubt our amazing the cleanest was number one, location was very close to the holy mosque and the staff was really helpful and very good time of response to the questions or actions. Bin asked for I would suggest everybody to use this hotel in future..

Once at the hotel, I thoroughly enjoyed my time, everyone is so friendly of course again Ola and Lorraine greeted me and take care of me during the stay. At the swimming pool, Mongkonpat and Zaher there were exceptional—always attentive and friendly, ensuring that every need was met with professionalism and a smile. Their service truly enhanced my relaxation and enjoyment of the facilities for my family. Leah stood out with her outstanding hospitality in the resturant. She was always welcoming, quick reaction and knows what we want, and provided excellent care throughout every meal and also another gentleman as well. Overall, the Chedi Hegra team exceeded my expectations. Their kindness, professionalism, and personal touches made my stay both comfortable and memorable. I am grateful for their efforts and look forward to returning in the future. Small suggestions: I have a small suggestion regarding the bicycles. Having bicycles are wonderful expereience from the hotel. However, The bikes provided were quite difficult to adjust, and the position of the pedals—being very close to the frame—made it hard for the kids to ride comfortably. More maintenance, and offering a greater variety of bicycle sizes or types for young guests and asian ladies like me with lower bicycles will be even better.

チェックイン時に少し問題が発生しました（Trip.comの予約がキャンセルされたと認識されていたため）が、約30分で解決してくれました。ロケーションはユニークで、自然が美しく、人里離れたプライベートな場所にあります。サービスは素晴らしかったです。唯一予想外だったのは天気です。風が強く、夜は凍えるほど寒くなります。
