設備もサービスも申し分ありません。受付からビュッフェまで、常に非常に丁寧な対応でした。もちろん、素晴らしいロストワールドパークに近いことを強調したいと思います。公園の別のポイント。夜間モードでは、インフィニティ プール、人工ビーチ エリア、渦流エリア、滝などが含まれます。動物園エリアは美しいだけでなく、非常によく整備されており、山、水、豊かな植物、照明付きの洞窟に囲まれた場所に位置しています。本当にユニークです！

ホテルの立地は素晴らしく、周辺施設も充実しています。部屋は清潔で整頓されており、サービスも全体的に良かったです。全体的に見て、コストパフォーマンスは妥当だと思います。おすすめできますし、次回もここに泊まりたいです。

First time try out. Lobby is nice and cosy except personally I don’t like the room. Soundproofing of the door is terrible and the theme colour of the room I don’t really like it. It doesn’t give out a very good vibes. Gym room located not a good location and it close super early around 8pm??? I didn’t took picture of the room cos I just want to faster get over for 1 night and check out. I won’t be back. P/s I read from review hair dryer is Dyson brand. It is not. Is just normal China brand. Quality is okay as most things are made in China.

フロントスタッフの対応、清潔さ、礼儀正しさが大変良く、とても満足しました。部屋は明るく、眺望も素晴らしかったです。設備は新しく、シーツやバスタオルも清潔で安心して利用できました。 立地も良く、旧市街も新市街も徒歩15分圏内で全て見て回れるため、観光にとても便利です。特に旧市街へは徒歩5分と非常に近く、最高のロケーションでした。 周辺には朝食にぴったりの地元茶室が多数あり、鴻図酒家や大旺芽茶頂といった有名店も徒歩10分圏内だったので、食事にも全く困りませんでした。

We stayed here 8 years ago, when the hotel was formerly named The Shyuen. AC Marriot really takes it to the next level, when contemporary and modern meets as one. I am going to rate it based on the category: Room (5/5) The room size is neat, not too big, not too small. Comfortable for our little family. Hotel Lobby (4/5) Feeling relaxed and contented. It's just a bit awkward when there are too many stairs to go up and down a lot. Maybe. Facilities (3/5) The pool was great. The gym was also good. Loved the site of the penthouse and pavilion with the decorating landscape of the garden wedding theme. Some of the facilities are also not yet open due to being under construction. Parking (4/5) It can be quite challenging, especially reaching the turning ramp to the basement level. Hospitality (3/5) There are pros and cons here. Praised to Ms. Jagjeet for attending us throughout the pre checkin process. I called her to confirm and request the two rooms to be side by side, and also got windows. She briefed us smoothly. Only that time when we reached the hotel for checked in. Ms Yi Ying attended us at the counter. She said the deposit amounted to RM400 to be paid by card and continued saying the deposit would be returned directly after checking out the hotel. But after checking out, they say they would have to wait for 7 to 14 days period. We called the manager and they said to comeback to us soon.

テーマと雰囲気がとても気に入りました。部屋は快適で清潔、エアコンは冷えていました。 改善の余地があるとすれば、インターネットの速度が少し遅いことと、一部に小さな汚れがあることです。 それ以外は、大きな不満はありません。スタッフはフレンドリーで、サービスも良かったです。

My 27th married anniversary Ipoh staycation. Booking a night after holiday from Pahang. Ipoh Bali Hotel is amazing experience for me. I hardly sleep at hotel bed but in this Ipoh Bali I have no doubt to sleep and I have try my bathtub spa and massage before check out. The room can’t find any dirty spot. Very clean and cooling without on air cond too. Very recommended for honeymoon or married anniversary stay. Try to avoid bring kids🔞. Cause you will spoil the calm environment 💝 the hotel only have 12room from villa convert to hotel. So you need to book early for nice room with koi fish pond. I only stay a night at Ipoh so we didn’t go much place cause raining day. We only go Tasik Cermin and buying some souvenirs at Panglima Lane. We decided to stay at hotel for truly enjoy the facility. Very nice hotel definitely will come back again.

First of all, the moment I stepped into the hotel, I really loved it because it smelled so nice. I’m quite sensitive to smells when I travel, especially carpets or enclosed spaces, so this was a big plus for me. Secondly, when I went up to my room, I noticed apples placed near the lift area, which felt very welcoming and thoughtful for guests. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

静かな工場地区にあり、ホテルに着くまではかなり暗いです。部屋は清潔なシーツが付いていて、まずまずです。トイレの床に水跡が少しありましたが、それほど気になりません。エレベーターで観光客に出会ったのですが、トイレが流せないとのことだったので、部屋は問題なく使えていて本当にありがたかったです。ここは手頃な料金で、街からも遠くありません。宿泊客の利便性のために、部屋にスリッパを置いておくことをお勧めします。イポーで手頃な料金の滞在先を探しているなら、このホテルをお勧めします。
