このホテルには何度か宿泊しています。良い点は空港に近い（徒歩10分）。歩きたくない方はチェックイン時に空港シャトルを申し込むことができ（10ズウォティ）、30分間隔で運行しています。朝食はビュッフェスタイル（午前6時開始）。部屋は清潔で静かで暖かいです。廊下には飲料水があり、冷蔵庫、ケトル、コーヒー、紅茶も用意されています。スタッフはプロフェッショナルです。悪い点は、スリッパがまだないこと（今回は持参したので承知しました）、そして料金がもう少し安ければ（1泊129ユーロは少し高いですが）。それ以外はすべて満足です。ありがとうございました！また宿泊させていただきます。

A wonderful, cozy apartment in the very heart of Zakopane, a few steps from Krupówki and other attractions. It's very convenient both for hiking and skiing, as it is very easy to get from there to Tatra Mountains trails and ski lifts. Also, a very helpful lady at the main reception desk. I would gladly return to this place.

I absolutely loved my stay at Stradom House, Autograph Collection. From the moment you enter the lobby and bar, the stunning interior decor sets the tone, and the room itself was spacious, artfully designed, and luxurious yet comfortable, with elegant furniture and a beautiful bathroom—easily a 10/10. My room was located in a separate building accessed through an underground tunnel, which at first seemed quirky but turned out to be utterly charming, as the tunnel itself is beautifully decorated and enchanting to walk through. Breakfast was a highlight, with delicious hot dishes made to order from the à la carte menu complemented by an abundant buffet, all enjoyed in a gorgeous breakfast room overlooking a peaceful garden—a truly fantastic way to start the day. The location is another strong advantage, within an easy walk of the Market Square, Wawel Castle, and the lively Kazimierz district. Overall, this hotel delivers comfort, style, and unforgettable experiences—I highly recommend it.

Hôtel très agréable avec un bon rapport qualité-prix. Les repas sont très corrects. L'aire de jeu intérieure et la piscine sont des plus. Je recommande cet hôtel pour un court séjour.

施設はすっきりと朝食も美味しくて、トンボも楽でした。市内との距離も遠くなくて良かったし、すぐ前にガソリンスタンドとコンビニがあって楽でした。おすすめです。

女一人旅でこちらのホテルを利用しました。 電車(krakow lobzow)駅からは徒歩18分ほど、トラムの駅からは徒歩22分かかります。夜道が怖い人は余裕を持って移動したほうがいいです。 部屋自体は清潔感があり、風呂シャワーは同じ部屋にあります。ドライヤーやタオルなどはありますが歯磨きセットはありません(コップはある) 鍵はオートロック式です。内側から鍵をかける時はちょっと力強く締める必要があります。 朝食はラインナップが豊富で満足です。

このホテルでとても快適に過ごせました。スタッフはフレンドリーで、部屋は清潔で快適、紅茶とコーヒーの設備も整っています。朝食は選択肢が豊富で温かい食事も用意されていて最高です。コーヒーから紅茶、ホットチョコレート、ジュースまで飲み物の選択肢も豊富です。

素晴らしいホテル。すべてがきれいで新しいです。快適で静かな部屋。非常にスマートなサウナ、塩室、ラウンジ、地下のジム(サウナに行く前に40分前にオンにするように要求する必要があります)。とにかく、徹底的にお勧めします。

The hotel is clean and comfy, perfectly warm for the freezing temperatures outside. Situated right next to Kraków Grzegórzki train station, it was easy to get to/from the airport and to other places via the train as it connects to the Kraków Główny main station. Staff were helpful, explained where we can go around Kraków. We were given plenty of clean towels, room cleaning service daily. Hair dryer was also provided, with a drinking water dispenser right outside the lift. Only thing would be the shower as it sometimes pulses between slightly hotter and colder water. Was pleasantly surprised when it’s got heated flooring in the shower though!
