My stay was absolutely wonderful! The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. Every detail was handled with care, and the service was prompt, friendly, and professional. I truly felt valued as a guest—highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for outstanding hospitality!

We stayed one night in the hotel in Trabzon and then extended our stay for two more nights. The hotel has its own convenient parking next door. The furniture in the lobby is a bit outdated but still very comfortable. The hotel has two elevators, which is super comfortable. Beds and mattresses are very comfy, we had good sleep the entire stay. Breakfasts were very nice Good selection of cheese, olives and jams. They also served omelette with pepperoni, boiled eggs, fries and a selection of breads with local butter and honey. The staff was very welcoming. The hotel is located right across the street, but you can’t hear any noise from the station. We recommend the hotel if you want to stay on budget in Trabzon.

Otelin yerləşməsi mükəmməldir, xüsusilə Meydan, Forum alış-veriş mərkəzinə, Ayasofya Trabzon məscidinə, dəniz sahilinə piyada rahatlıqla getmək olur. Otaqlar çox təmiz, rahat və zövqlə dizayn olunmuşdu. Xüsusilə dam terrasından görünən Trabzon mənzərəsi unudulmaz idi. Personal hər zaman gülərüzlü və yardımsevər davranırdı. Trabzonun mərkəzində həm rahat, həm də sakit bir istirahət üçün əla seçimdir. Məsləhət görürəm ki, resepsiondan uzun göl və hamsiköy turlarına biıet almaq üçün müraciət edin, birbaşa oteldən alıb, tur sonrası otelə qaytarırlar. Yenidən gəlsəm əgər, mütləq bu oteli seçərəm!

I had a wonderful stay! The room was very comfortable, clean, and stylish. The location is excellent, close to everything I needed, and the area felt very safe. The staff “ Abdul Rahman “ was welcoming and always ready to help, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to coming back again.”

ホテルの設備は良く、居心地が良かった。朝食も含まれていた。子供連れで割引料金の部屋に泊まったので、料金は手頃で、中国の労働者階級の家族にはちょうど良い。今回の旅行で訪れた国の中で、トラブゾンは最も過小評価されている街だった。たった1日しか滞在しなかったのは残念だ。ゆっくり休むために2、3日滞在する計画を立てるべきだった。これでまた訪れる理由ができた。この街は美しい山と海、多様な文化、そして温かく親切な人々を誇っている。景色、爽やかな雰囲気、赤い屋根は、中国のとても美しく住みやすい街、威海をどことなく彷彿とさせる。

Very nice and conveniently located to the centre of markets and shopping. I was very disappointed in the breakfast - unimaginative and very limiting. Instant coffee - no Turkish or decent coffee. In the restaurant a family was having a loud Skype session with their young child. No other patrons were considered and the waiter did nothing to quiten this intrusive communication. Staff is very friendly and supportive. Rooms have a few bad knocks from travellers coming and going.

Awesome view that overlooks a big hill with Lake in The middle of the hill. Very recommended for those who want to relax, spend honeymoon, staff there are friendly and helpful. Breakfast has variety daily.
