The best thing about this hotel is its location. Even though its old the hotel is well maintained & it is clean. Room’s size acceptable . Furniture old but clean, bedsheets, pillows and towels all clean.
I only stayed for one night so it was ok. Important to me it was a clean hotel & it’s location was fantastic!

الغرف جميلة والإطلالة زجاجية جميلة لكن يعيب الاطلالة انها نافذة بفتحة محدودة وليست شرفة الإفطار متواضع اجمل ما في الفندق في الاستقبال الاستاذة ميسم، متعاونة جدآ وذوق في التعامل اشكر الفندق على اختيارها

Overall, the hotel is good.
We faced an issue with the beds; although our booking was for three beds, the third bed was not provided at first, but the problem was eventually resolved.
The lighting in the rooms is very poor, which made it difficult to properly assess the cleanliness. As for the bathrooms, the surface cleanliness was acceptable, though we noticed a small spider web. However, deep cleaning needs improvement since there were signs of mold between the tiles.
The air conditioning was weak and took a long time before we could feel a noticeable drop in room temperature.

Great place to stay, it was the best stay l had in turkey.
The staff were friendly, helpful and can speak English. The view is mesmerizing, the location with its surroundings makes you forget that you are near the city. Once you enter the place you feel like you are in a secluded paradise with its beautiful landscape, architecture, views, hiking trails and much more. Also the idea that the restaurant is down stairs directly on the sea is amazing. Breakfast was great, one of the most enjoyable meals I had in a while.
Last but not least ,I booked a duplex room and they upgrade us to a private cottage.
Thank you for everything, we will be back for sure.

موقع الفندق قريب جدا على الميدان وكل الخدمات متوفرة موظفين الاستقبال فرحات واسماعيل واحمد متعاونين جدا وقمة في الاخلاق
الفندق يحتاج لبعض الصياتة فقط وغير ذلك كل شيء كان ممتاز انصح بالنزول في الفندق حتى أنا سأعبد الحجز في المرات القادمة

MMs. TRAVELLERI was very very disappointed with the hotel. It is my second time, my first time I was extremely happy with everything and decided to book again , but this time I was completely annoyed. Unfortunately, I found the hotel in a very unpleasant situation but a big plus for its staff and their efficiency specially the reception guys . A big thank you to them.
Let us state the positive points, check in and out was quick and efficient. location is good. The employees are very attentive and efficient. Breakfast is great. Cleaning is done on daily basis. There is a spa and pool down but this time I didn’t use it so can’t say much. The view from the balcony is fabulous. The location of the hotel is excellent.
Now lets talk about the room. Everything is old and not maintained well. Bedsheets, bedcover, pillows and pillow cases all are old and all have spots on them. On my arrival my bedsheets, bedcover & pillows had different spots on them . I immediately called the receptionist and everything was changed. Ac doesn’t work well. The toilet flush is broken & doesn’t work well. The carpets are old . I can’t say anything about towels for I never use hotel’s towels.
I love this hotel but I was very disappointed with the situation that I saw when I stayed 4 days this time.
Overall its ok & passable.

ゲゲストI had a wonderful stay at Residence Inn Trabzon. The hotel is perfectly located with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere that made my visit to Trabzon even more enjoyable. What truly stood out was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. A special thank you to Ahmed for his constant support, attentiveness, and kindness throughout my stay. I also want to sincerely thank Lina, the manager, for her professionalism and warm attitude—she ensured everything was smooth and perfect.
Additionally, I want to give a shoutout to the evening shift receptionist (I wish I remembered her name) for her helpfulness and friendly demeanor. She was always welcoming and ready to assist with anything, making my evenings at the hotel even more pleasant.
If you’re visiting Trabzon and want a place where you’ll feel genuinely cared for, Residence Inn Trabzon is the perfect choice. Huge thanks again to Ahmed, Lina, and the entire team for making my stay so memorable!

AAyoosh全体的に、このホテルでの滞在は浮き沈みがありました。駐車場の人は信じられないほど親切で、私の車を大事にしてくれました。これは前向きなスタートでした。しかし、受付係の笑顔の欠如は、潜在的に文化的ですが、少し冷たい印象を残しました。チェックインは効率的で、206号室はきれいでしたが、やかんやアイロンがないのでがっかりしました。明るい面では、エアコンはうまく機能しました。私の好みに合わなかったので、シャワーヘッドを改善することができます。さらに、大小1枚のタオルの提供はやや最小限でした。
プラスの点で、ホテルの場所は便利で、ショップは徒歩圏内でした。チェックアウトは簡単で、受付係に鍵を渡すだけです。結論として、いくつかの肯定的な側面がありましたが、アメニティとサービス態度のいくつかの改善は、このホテルでの全体的な経験を高めることができます。

ゲゲストホテルに関するすべてが素晴らしかった。清潔さは素晴らしく、設備は素晴らしく、スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで親切でした。
ホテルの場所は絶対に完璧です-必要なものはすべて近くにあります。リゼやウズンゲル、さらにはジョージア州バトゥミなどのトラブゾン北部への日帰り旅行を計画している場合は特に便利です。ホテルから徒歩わずか1分のセベハルモールの向かいにある地元のツアー会社と簡単に調整してピックアップできます。
唯一の欠点は、滞在の最後の2日間の朝食でした。ビュッフェ式朝食はなく、代わりにセットプレートを提供しました。当時、ホテルには十分なゲストがいなかったためだと思います。
全体的に、それは素晴らしい滞在でした、私は間違いなくこのホテルをお勧めします

Ccapt peymanI stayed at Hotel Marin in Trabzon and would like to share my honest experience. The hotel has an excellent location and offers a very beautiful view, which was the highlight of our stay.
However, there were some issues that made the experience less comfortable. During our stay, our room was never cleaned, and the bathroom hygiene was not properly maintained. The breakfast was very basic, with limited variety. Another point is that the room size was much smaller than advertised – it was around 14–15 m², while the hotel description mentioned 33 m².
Overall, while the location and the view were great, the service quality, cleanliness, and accuracy of the room description need significant improvement.

楽しみの一部だったことがわかりました
特に防音窓を閉めると、騒音はそれほどひどくありません。
しかし、航空交通はそれほど重くなく、子供たちは飛行機の観察を楽しんでいました。
ホテルは完全にきれいで、朝食は非常に豊富で多様で、トルコの遺産をInt'lコンポーネントで反映しています..
スタッフはとても親切で親切で、とても丁寧なアプローチで、トラブゾンの雰囲気全体がとても友好的で歓迎してくれました
