トルコトラブゾン県で、朝食のあるホテル

I was very very disappointed with the hotel. It is my second time, my first time I was extremely happy with everything and decided to book again , but this time I was completely annoyed. Unfortunately, I found the hotel in a very unpleasant situation but a big plus for its staff and their efficiency specially the reception guys . A big thank you to them. Let us state the positive points, check in and out was quick and efficient. location is good. The employees are very attentive and efficient. Breakfast is great. Cleaning is done on daily basis. There is a spa and pool down but this time I didn’t use it so can’t say much. The view from the balcony is fabulous. The location of the hotel is excellent. Now lets talk about the room. Everything is old and not maintained well. Bedsheets, bedcover, pillows and pillow cases all are old and all have spots on them. On my arrival my bedsheets, bedcover & pillows had different spots on them . I immediately called the receptionist and everything was changed. Ac doesn’t work well. The toilet flush is broken & doesn’t work well. The carpets are old . I can’t say anything about towels for I never use hotel’s towels. I love this hotel but I was very disappointed with the situation that I saw when I stayed 4 days this time. Overall its ok & passable.

I had a wonderful stay at Residence Inn Trabzon. The hotel is perfectly located with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere that made my visit to Trabzon even more enjoyable. What truly stood out was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. A special thank you to Ahmed for his constant support, attentiveness, and kindness throughout my stay. I also want to sincerely thank Lina, the manager, for her professionalism and warm attitude—she ensured everything was smooth and perfect. Additionally, I want to give a shoutout to the evening shift receptionist (I wish I remembered her name) for her helpfulness and friendly demeanor. She was always welcoming and ready to assist with anything, making my evenings at the hotel even more pleasant. If you’re visiting Trabzon and want a place where you’ll feel genuinely cared for, Residence Inn Trabzon is the perfect choice. Huge thanks again to Ahmed, Lina, and the entire team for making my stay so memorable!

全体的に、このホテルでの滞在は浮き沈みがありました。駐車場の人は信じられないほど親切で、私の車を大事にしてくれました。これは前向きなスタートでした。しかし、受付係の笑顔の欠如は、潜在的に文化的ですが、少し冷たい印象を残しました。チェックインは効率的で、206号室はきれいでしたが、やかんやアイロンがないのでがっかりしました。明るい面では、エアコンはうまく機能しました。私の好みに合わなかったので、シャワーヘッドを改善することができます。さらに、大小1枚のタオルの提供はやや最小限でした。 プラスの点で、ホテルの場所は便利で、ショップは徒歩圏内でした。チェックアウトは簡単で、受付係に鍵を渡すだけです。結論として、いくつかの肯定的な側面がありましたが、アメニティとサービス態度のいくつかの改善は、このホテルでの全体的な経験を高めることができます。

Отель расположен очень удачно: напротив автовокзала, куда мы вечером приезжали из Эрзурума поэтому нам достаточно было только перейти дорогу по переходу. Когда в начале поездки проходили мимо этого отеля, видели там активное дорожное движение и волновались, что в номерах шумно, но нас поселили на 4 этаже и там было нешумно, а ночью я сплю в берушах. В день выезда пешком прошли до аэропорта около 40 минут. До центра города около 40 минут пешком, местами в горку. Ближайший супермаркет примерно в 10 минутах пешком. Номер просторный, новехонький, им очень довольны. Есть чайник с чаем и кофе, вода. Уборку за три дня не делали, но, думаю, если бы попросили, то номер бы убрали. Завтраки с 7.30 и тут выяснился минус отеля - поскольку отель напротив автовокзала, куда прибывает много автобусов из Батуми, на завтраке грузинские группы, которые ведут себя на завтраке, вплоть до того, что кричат и поют, все это крайне шумно, очень мешали есть. Правда, уже в будни они пропали, видимо, если и приезжают, то на выходные. В последний день пришли на завтрак вовремя, но не обнаружили ни еды, ни персонала. Уже хотели уйти, как прибежала проспавшая сотрудница кухни, которая стала извиняться и обещать, что сейчас все будет. Слава богу, у нас было время ее ждать. Очень приветливый ресепшен.

I stayed at Hotel Marin in Trabzon and would like to share my honest experience. The hotel has an excellent location and offers a very beautiful view, which was the highlight of our stay. However, there were some issues that made the experience less comfortable. During our stay, our room was never cleaned, and the bathroom hygiene was not properly maintained. The breakfast was very basic, with limited variety. Another point is that the room size was much smaller than advertised – it was around 14–15 m², while the hotel description mentioned 33 m². Overall, while the location and the view were great, the service quality, cleanliness, and accuracy of the room description need significant improvement.

滞在は素晴らしかった、 交通から離れた街の真ん中に位置しています 予約する前にすべてのレビューを調査しましたが、近くの空港の騒音がほとんど心配でした.. 楽しみの一部だったことがわかりました 特に防音窓を閉めると、騒音はそれほどひどくありません。 しかし、航空交通はそれほど重くなく、子供たちは飛行機の観察を楽しんでいました。 ホテルは完全にきれいで、朝食は非常に豊富で多様で、トルコの遺産をInt'lコンポーネントで反映しています.. スタッフはとても親切で親切で、とても丁寧なアプローチで、トラブゾンの雰囲気全体がとても友好的で歓迎してくれました 間違いなく再びそこに滞在します

Great place to stay, it was the best stay l had in turkey. The staff were friendly, helpful and can speak English. The view is mesmerizing, the location with its surroundings makes you forget that you are near the city. Once you enter the place you feel like you are in a secluded paradise with its beautiful landscape, architecture, views, hiking trails and much more. Also the idea that the restaurant is down stairs directly on the sea is amazing. Breakfast was great, one of the most enjoyable meals I had in a while. Last but not least ,I booked a duplex room and they upgrade us to a private cottage. Thank you for everything, we will be back for sure.

We have stayed in Pelit Park hotel for 2 nights. Hotel it self not big, have few floors, from our room we had beautiful side sea view. Room was spacious, wifi was good, always had hot water in shower. We like breakfasts, they was so tasty. Hotel staff are friendly, they have parking space at hotel. Only I don't like cleaning, on arrival I have found some plastic parts from bottle on carpet, and second day, when was made room cleaning, one towel was with holes, and also I saw small hole on bed sheet. My opinion, they need to take more attention for cleaning service. Anyway we like our stay there and satisfied 👍🏼

Расположен отель в промышленной зоне - постоянно грохот молотов, болгарки, рёв машин. Завтрак был невкусный из пластмассы. В номере высокая влажность и невероятная слышимость. Метрдотель шикарен, сервис на уровне. Но всё остальное ужасно
