少し更新する必要があるとしても、素敵なホテルです！ 自分の アメニティからは少し遠い スタッフはとても気が利いています 10/10 価格に値しない朝食は気に入らなかった。

航空券を予約する前にホテルを予約しましたが、到着日の1日前に航空券を受け取りました。ホテルのメールアドレスとtrip.comにいくつかのメッセージを送信して予約を調整しました....私たちのコミュニケーションに応答しませんでした、電話でホテルに連絡しようとしましたが、応答しませんでした。 もっとイライラして、受付カウンター(ホテル)で電子メールのコピーを見せたとき、チェックしてメールを受け取ったことを知らせました...は私の要求に応答しなかったことについて説明するのも面倒ではありませんでした。同僚と私は別のホテルに1泊しなければならず、AZ Hotel Vouge、Dまたは...の前の夜を離れました。この非協力は私たちに200ドルを費やすだけでなく、多くの問題に直面しなければなりませんでした。

The service was okay. But there were some miscommunications regarding the hotel transfer, so we had to wait for almost 40 minutes before we decided to take taxi. Time wasted. Other than that, it was okay.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Hotel in Cheraga and had a wonderful experience. The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The service was excellent, and the staff was consistently attentive and helpful. I would like to give special recognition to Aziz and Noureddine, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their friendliness and professionalism truly stood out. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Algiers.

Tout était parfait à part le fait d'avoir attendu plus de 45 minutes pour une serviette et être descendu a 2 reprises a la réception pour la réclamer.

Hôtel très bien situé à Alger : métro station Amirouche à environ 300 mètres. Propreté irréprochable , service et accueil également . Restauration très diversifiée . Hôtel à la hauteur d’un cinq étoiles. Quartier agréable et tranquille. Personnel très sympathique et agréable, en particulier Lotfi. Nous y retournerons certainement lors de prochains séjours à Alger.

Très bon séjour dans votre hôtel. Un grand merci à tout le personnel de l’accueil, du restaurant et à la majorité de l’équipe de ménage pour leur gentillesse et leur professionnalisme. Seul petit point négatif : une employée du service de ménage s’est montrée peu aimable, répondant à peine aux salutations. ( femme forte ) Heureusement, cela reste un cas isolé qui ne remet pas en cause notre excellente impression générale. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
