ゲゲストWe booked the hotel before booking the air tickets, but letter got the air tickets a day before our arriving date , we sent several messages to the hotel's e mail address as well as to trip.com to adjust our booking.... none responded to our communications, we tried to contact the hotel by phone, but they do not respond too.
with more frustration, when i showed the e mails copy at the reception counter (Hotel) the checked and informed that they have received the mails... did not even bother to give me any explanation for not responding to my request. My colleague and I, had to stay in a different hotel for 1 night and left AZ Hotel Vouge, D or a night before... this non - cooperation not only cost us USD 200 more but had to face a lot of trouble .
KkuewwaiLocation is perfect, room is very clean even though it has some moist smell at the beginning.
Overall facilities were maintained very well.
However, this hotel lacks international power point facilities such as USB charging port and universal plug point.
Others, I am happy.
ゲゲストI’ve found from experience in Algeria, customer service is not their forte. I’d suggest this is not just the HI but all service sectors in general, perhaps it’s the French influence, but regardless, across the whole residence I did not meet one cheery, polite or energetic person, everything just seemed to be troublesome or beneath them, I blame management however and somewhat by need, I will return however, let me conclude by suggesting the hotel is very nice, my room was well appointed and clean, the restaurant and food within, commendable.
As an aside, do book the hotel taxi service to and from the airport, it was efficient and very cheap compared to other countries I visit.
MmarymThe hotel is ina good location for the airport and the shared taxi stand. The buffet breakfast was really good. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The free airport shuttle is not as good as it sounds. It only goes 3 times a day.
ゲゲストLe séjour en soi reste agréable. La suite était grande et confortable. Le ménage était fait tous les jours, mais il laissait à désirer : cheveux dans la douche, oubli de renouveler certains produits d’hygiène malgré leur utilisation la veille, et poussière sur les chevets pendant tout le séjour sans être nettoyée une seule fois.
Concernant le service de réception, nous avons dû réclamer des pantoufles et des peignoirs pour accéder au spa. Les pantoufles n’ont été reçues que deux jours plus tard, malgré plusieurs relances, ce qui montre un manque de réactivité.
Le petit-déjeuner était correct et assez varié pour bien commencer la journée. Cependant, chaque matin, il fallait attendre environ 25 minutes pour obtenir un simple jus d’orange pressé en supplément.
La piscine, bien chaude et privatisée, est un vrai point positif. En revanche, le jacuzzi était en panne pendant tout le séjour, ce qui est dommage.
L’emplacement de l’hôtel est agréable, avec de nombreux restaurants et magasins au pied de l’établissement, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus pratique et sympathique
