"到着したとき、受付係に部屋のエアコンの調子が悪く、室温が 18 度だと伝えました。受付係に 2 回伝えましたが、無視されました。エアコンは自律的に動いているようで、空気を止めるだけでなく、一種のうるさいファンのように動き続けました。私たちは部屋を出て、約 2 時間後に戻ったとき、私は部屋にいるのが耐えられないので部屋を変えるように要求しました。最初に対応してくれた受付係は、問題を夜勤の女性、つまり次のシフトの同僚に任せ、さらに、3 時間以上も事件があったことを言わず、障害者用の部屋を私に与えましたが、それは病室のようでした。私は腹を立て、そこに泊まりたくないので、問題を解決する方法を見つけるように彼女に伝えました。結局、彼らは私に独立したベッドのある部屋を与えましたが、それは私が 20 日前に契約したものではありませんでした。"

"After reading a previous review about getting kicked out early I was nervous (as this exact experience had happened to us earlier while walking the Camino de Santiago), but we did not have that experience at all! The person serving the breakfast and cleaning was quiet as a mouse, and very accommodating when my daughter wanted breakfast at a different time than me. The property is beautiful, and also clean and has modern amenities (the bathroom was great), there is a swimming pool, and a full shared kitchen. There aren't tvs in each room (a shared living room with one tv) but the wifi was good so we just watched some Netflix on our phones. There's an honor bar in the main kitchen fridge where you mark down what drinks you had and pay at the end. It's a little bit off the camino path but not too bad (maybe half a mile). This was the perfect stop for us, and we were able to wake up and only had to walk the last 5 miles into Santiago. I would recommend!"
