Satellite TV in the living area and high speed internet with free WiFi. Three ponds within walking distance and Greer lakes within 5 miles.
In summer, Greer is an escape from high temperatures. Wildflowers sprout in alpine meadows alive with native wildlife including antelope, deer, and elk. Autumn means burnished leaves and crisp temperatures. Snow transforms the town to a Winter wonderland in the Winter. Recreational opportunities abound in every season. The clear waters of the Little Colorado River run right through town and three lakes offer sport fishing for trout. There’s also hiking, hunting, horseback riding, and skiing.
Greer is a small town with small town charm. Greer's atmosphere is quaint and peaceful. Enjoy lunch, dinner or a peaceful night cap at the famous Molly Butler Lodge. 3 cabins come in this booking! Our cabins have four separate units with separate entrances. Our cabins are perfect for large family or large group getaways. Altogether we have 7 bedrooms/5 bathrooms/1 king bed/3 queen beds/2 queen sofa beds/1 full sofa bed/6 twin beds/1 twin sofa bed - sleeps 20-21. No pets - sorry!
Our 2 acre property has lots of outdoor spaces to enjoy the beautiful Greer weather and views. Our cabin on the lower acre has 2 patios with stunning views of our private pond and the mountains around Greer. Our pond is naturally spring-fed and we are the first pond of many that the spring feeds. It is approximately 90' x 40' and about 3' deep in the middle. Our kids love to catch crawdads and minnows in the pond. We enjoy that they are occupied, and we can get quiet time while enjoying the views. The cabin on the upper acre has a large deck overlooking our fully fenced grass yard. Wake up early in the morning and sit out on the deck with a cup of coffee to see the elk and deer "mowing our lawn."
The upstairs unit of the cabin by the pond is ~800 square feet, has a full kitchen, laundry closet (bring your own laundry detergent), a room with a queen bed, a room with twin bunk beds, a queen sleeper sofa, a full bathroom, a large living room with amazing views of Greer, a dining table for 6, bar seating for 3, a large couch, blazing fast Starlink wifi, a large flat screen TV with Roku and hundreds of DVDs. Sleeps 6.
The downstairs unit of the cabin by the pond is ~600 square feet, has a room with a queen bed, a room with two twin beds, queen sleeper sofa, 3/4 bathroom (shower - no bathtub), kitchenette (mini-fridge, microwave, and sink), a living room with a couch, chairs, blazing fast Starlink wifi, a large flat screen TV with Roku and DVDs. When it's time to eat, we have two fully stocked kitchens with everything you need to feed a crowd. Each kitchen has a full oven and stove, microwave, and all the kitchen utensils and supplies you need. We also have 2 propane BBQ grills available on the patios.
Don't feel like cooking? Molly Butler Lodge and Restaurant and Rendezvous Diner are both a short 5-10 minute walk away. There are 2 more restaurants within a 5 minute drive. Take the quick 15-20 minute drive to Eager/Springerville for almost any dining genre you want.
Long day hiking the White Mountain trails or tearing up the slopes at Sunrise Ski Resort? We supply fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. 1800 sf 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath cabin w/loft in the cool pines of Greer Arizona just minutes away from Sunrise Ski resort and multiple mountain lakes, rivers and hiking trails. This beautiful cabin is hidden on an acre of ponderosa pines and has an outdoor fire pit, swings and a fort for the kids. You can take your family on a hike on one of the the beautiful Mt. Baldy Wilderness trails or on a UTV ride on one of hundreds of forest service roads or just take a peaceful two minute drive to the famous Molly Butler Lodge for lunch,dinner or drinks. the Naughty Pine Cabin has all necessary amenities including TV's in every room, direct tv, wifi, washer and dryer, drip coffee maker, and an open kitchen/family room layout that is perfect for family gatherings. you can also grill on the deck on the supplied gas BBQ grille. Our property has two separate cabins, but we rent it all together. When we visit, we like to put the kids in the bunkhouse and escape to peace and quiet in the main cabin. Our cabin is perfect for large or multi-families. Altogether we have 2 bedrooms (plus a bunkhouse)/3 bathrooms/1 King Bed/1 queen bed/1 full sleeper sofa/2 twin bunk beds/1 twin sleeper sofa - sleeps 8-9.
Our 1 acre property feels wide-open and is fully fenced. Enjoy the stunning views of the mountains and valley around Greer from our large outdoor patio. Let your kids run free in our fully fenced yard while enjoying a beverage or meal on our deck.
Our main cabin is ~1300SF, has a full kitchen, laundry closet (bring your own laundry detergent), a room with a king bed, a room with a queen bed, a pullout couch (twin size), 2 bathrooms, a large/cozy living room, a dining table for 6, multiple comfy couches, blazing-fast Starlink wifi, a large flat screen TV with Roku, and 2 desks/workspaces. Sleeps 5.
Our bunkhouse is ~500 SF, has a kitchenette (mini-fridge & microwave), bunk beds (2), a pullout couch (full size), a bathroom with a beautiful claw foot soaking tub, couches, a table with seating for 4, blazing-fast Starlink wifi, a large flat screen TV with Roku and DVD player. Sleeps 3-4.
When it's time to eat, our main cabin kitchen has everything you need to feed everyone. A full oven and stove, microwave, and all the kitchen utensils and supplies you need to feed a crowd. We also have a propane BBQ grill on the patio.

If you're lucky, you could catch a beautiful pasture filled with elk! We’re thrilled to welcome a new baby elk to our yard every year—it’s always a remarkable sight to see! As you enter the home, the great room offers ample seating to enjoy the large flagstone fireplace, ideal for chilly evenings and s’mores.
The kitchen has high-quality granite countertops and backsplash, a 6-burner Jenn-Air gas stove, a Jenn-Air Quiet dishwasher, a Jenn-Air oven, and a microwave. The attractive copper sink is an excellent choice due to its antimicrobial properties. You'll find the full-size washer and dryer conveniently located in the kitchen as well. Just next to the kitchen, there's a lovely bar area that features a wine fridge and another charming copper sink. This is where we get to unwind and savor some delicious coffee and refreshments at the bar. The back patio, easily accessible from the kitchen, is an excellent spot where we enjoy grilling with our Weber charcoal grill. For added convenience, a Traeger smoker is also tucked away in the greenhouse, just off the garage, making it easy to prepare delicious meals.
The master bedroom is downstairs, while the loft with a queen bed is upstairs. Access the loft via a fully secure wooden ladder! The loft isn’t enclosed, so please consider this when booking.
Our location is in Tal Wi Wi, just 4 miles north of Alpine, at an elevation of 8,200 feet. Alpine has some great dining options; The Foxfire restaurant—definitely worth a visit if you’re looking for a nice dinner or a fun night dancing to a live band!
Are you into fishing streams or lakes? That’s why we chose this location—to enjoy the widest variety! Interested in exploring? There are many trails and dirt roads, so be sure to pack a lunch.
