The bathroom stood out—generously sized, contemporary, and sparkling clean. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, adding to the convenience of our stay. And you must indulge in the incredible spa and pool! It's an oasis for relaxation and rejuvenation. Don't miss out on a delicious beverage at the hotel bar! The staff went above and beyond to ensure our enjoyment; they even prepared a healthy breakfast when we had to leave early in the morning. This hotel is perfectly situated in a serene neighborhood, with the city center just a quick 5-minute drive away. We wholeheartedly recommend it for an excellent stay!"

"I don’t recommend. Although the food is partially delicious, the service is shocking. I was waiting over an hour to be served with a drink and over 2 and half hours for my food to arrive. And when it did arrive, it was cold…and some of the order was forgotten about. I would understand if it was busy, but it is a quiet Wednesday night that wasn’t that busy. This is embarrassing for a restaurant chain that is so well known in Bacău. Tables were sat after me, they were served and ate and I wasn’t even served with 1 drink for over an hour. If you’re looking to spend your evenings in a nice place to enjoy food and be treated rightfully, go somewhere else. After asking to speak to a manager, I was ignored and a manager never approached me. Terrible experience and service."
