Very friendly and helpful staff! Although their English was limited, they were extremely supportive in helping us book activities and explore the area. There were very few guests during our stay, which made the experience feel very personalized and unique. The room was beautiful, very clean, modern, and comfortable. The fishing activity at the hotel’s pond was unfortunately out of season, but the staff kindly arranged and paid for us to fish at a nearby lake instead, free of charge. It was a very thoughtful gesture and greatly appreciated. The location is slightly on the outskirts, so taxis are needed to reach most attractions and the walking street. Unfortunately, we arrived at the end of February when the winter season was ending, so some of the area’s natural beauty was fading and a few activities were no longer available. If you're looking for a quiet and beautiful place to stay, this hotel is an excellent choice.

Me and my two friends went to Changbaishan after our trip to Harbin and our stay there was exceptional! The owner went out of his way to make sure that we could find vegetarian food, recommended us lots of activities to do there - he even drove us everywhere! All the people in this village were so nice and welcoming! The room was just like in the pictures and the bathroom was very modern. The beds were also super comfortable. They had a typical home-cooked chinese breakfast. We really had so much fun and wished we would've stayed longer. If you plan to visit Changbaishan, this hotel is the best! 我和两个朋友在哈尔滨之旅后去了长白山，我们的住宿体验非常棒！ 老板竭尽全力确保我们能找到素食，向我们推荐了许多当地活动——他甚至开车带我们到处逛！这个村庄的所有人都非常友好和热情！ 房间和照片上的一样，浴室非常现代。床也超级舒服。他们提供典型的中国家常早餐。 我们玩得非常开心，真希望能在那里多住几天。 如果你打算去长白山，这家酒店是最好的选择！

這麼多點評中居然沒有提到酒店洗澡水的問題。是電熱水器，不是燃氣，我住的房間，洗澡時間超過10分鐘就沒有熱水了，且等待下一次燒水加熱需要30-40分鐘。真不知道那些多人入住套房的怎麼安排洗澡問題。且我這次熱水器還跳閘了，也感謝維修人員晚上過來維修。 衞生間淋浴房和洗手枱下水有些許反臭，尤其是洗手枱下面的櫃子打開，衞生情況很一般。淋浴房光線很暗。 前台和餐廳服務員，臉上一股濃濃的班味。早餐餐食裝在盛具裏，底部也沒有加熱，吃的時候都冷了。 大院設計很有民俗風情，但院子裏垃圾處理不及時。後院靠近森林的區域很多塑料瓶和遺落的玩雪玩具，酒店根本沒有打理。但綜合比較服務和設施環境，同等價位還是山上的酒店體驗感更好。

Waking up to the provided hearty Chinese breakfast was a daily highlight, offering delicious, authentic flavors that fueled our days perfectly. However, what truly made our experience unforgettable were the owners. Their kindness went far beyond the expected. They were incredibly helpful with booking our activities, offering expert local advice. Most extraordinarily, they personally drove us to places in their own car, transforming simple logistics into cherished personal tours and conversations. This genuine, above-and-beyond service created a feeling of staying with friends or family, not just at a hotel. Overall, this is more than just a place to sleep; it's a haven of personal hospitality. If you are looking for beautiful comfort, fantastic food, and hosts who truly make you feel at home, look no further. I cannot recommend it highly enough and will absolutely return.

華美度假區裏必住的度假酒店了，這間在小山上暑假旺季相比山下商業街酒店區人多車多算的上一片凈土很有度假感覺，而且房間山麓視野全望長白山景露台陽光充足視野非常開闊，帶泡池的小無邊游泳池有15米長也有1.5米深度很棒，酒店裝潢木質色調為主浴室全套科勒連電動馬桶也是很方便，早餐廳小巧精緻座位錯落有致，假期入住前後比較下來最滿意，感謝小魏和小莊，其中一間房還給升級了套房，酒店花園裡還有一衹貓貓， 交通小提示，自駕酒店門外路邊就可以停，位置很多，正門外也有景區的共享電雞掃碼可租，公交的話有景區區間擺渡車在酒店正門上落

We were given a honeymoon suite. Very big and nicely decorated. However, the water in the shower cubicle did not drain well. Also, some leaking from the basin. We arrange an early morning taxi journey to Changbaishan north slope and the hotel owner requested the cook to cook something for us early in the morning before the official breakfast time. Tidak lupa kami punya masha di Squirell Woo Inn, sangat merindukan masha.
