Very friendly and helpful staff! Although their English was limited, they were extremely supportive in helping us book activities and explore the area. There were very few guests during our stay, which made the experience feel very personalized and unique. The room was beautiful, very clean, modern, and comfortable. The fishing activity at the hotel’s pond was unfortunately out of season, but the staff kindly arranged and paid for us to fish at a nearby lake instead, free of charge. It was a very thoughtful gesture and greatly appreciated. The location is slightly on the outskirts, so taxis are needed to reach most attractions and the walking street. Unfortunately, we arrived at the end of February when the winter season was ending, so some of the area’s natural beauty was fading and a few activities were no longer available. If you're looking for a quiet and beautiful place to stay, this hotel is an excellent choice.

Me and my two friends went to Changbaishan after our trip to Harbin and our stay there was exceptional! The owner went out of his way to make sure that we could find vegetarian food, recommended us lots of activities to do there - he even drove us everywhere! All the people in this village were so nice and welcoming! The room was just like in the pictures and the bathroom was very modern. The beds were also super comfortable. They had a typical home-cooked chinese breakfast. We really had so much fun and wished we would've stayed longer. If you plan to visit Changbaishan, this hotel is the best! 我和两个朋友在哈尔滨之旅后去了长白山，我们的住宿体验非常棒！ 老板竭尽全力确保我们能找到素食，向我们推荐了许多当地活动——他甚至开车带我们到处逛！这个村庄的所有人都非常友好和热情！ 房间和照片上的一样，浴室非常现代。床也超级舒服。他们提供典型的中国家常早餐。 我们玩得非常开心，真希望能在那里多住几天。 如果你打算去长白山，这家酒店是最好的选择！

呢間喺長白山西景區附近嘅酒店令我哋安心休閑咁喺度住咗4個晚上，俾到我哋舒適嘅同時亦有唔少驚喜🥰！ 第一，我間大床房好大，建議近窗嘅室內位置改建一個室外温泉池更佳😚… 第二，室外環境及親子互動嘅鞦韆、寵物（兔子）配置唔錯，晚黑仲可以適當燒D煙花應應節😉。 第三，温泉池雖然唔算大，但乾淨整潔，近窗邊可以同室外稍作互動，唯可惜室外池維修，未能好好感受冰火兩重天🥶… 第四，呢度嘅廚師手勢唔錯，早餐、晚餐好味道！服務員熱情有禮，有家嘅温馨😌… 最後，亦系say goodbye嘅時候，竟然天降大雪，還咗我媽媽嘅心願！緣份竟然如同我10年前帶老婆同女兒嚟長白山北區時嘅畫面重演！我相信我哋仲會再見的，吉祥嘅地方🤭！

すでに2回目の滞在です。前回は23年の夏、今回は26年の冬です。違う景色を感じました。ホテルの部屋はとても北東風の大きなカン(大きな花のキルト)ですが、ファミリースイートです。 4人で、実際、10人で寝るのに十分です。冬は暖房が十分で、夜は暑く感じます。二日目の夜は、床暖房の温度を下げて寝るのはとても快適です。子供たちは毎日目を開けて雪遊びに出かけたいと思っています。これは南の小さなジャガイモを満たしています。雪遊びの願い

本來以為網紅民宿都是照騙📸 結果推開門的瞬間直接打臉👋 禧舍·侘寂中古度假庭院 也太！好！拍！了！吧！😭 一進門就被中古風的木質調治癒了 暖黃的燈光灑在舊木傢俱上✨ 窗外是長白山的雪景❄️ 窗內是侘寂特有的安靜和温潤 最絕的是地暖🔥 外面零下二十多度 光腳踩在地板上都是暖暖的 窩在窗邊發呆看雪 能坐一整個下午不想動☕️ 來長白山滑雪或看天池的姐妹 一定要留一晚給這裏🏠 不是那種冷冰冰的“設計酒店” 是有温度、會呼吸的老房子在等你💫

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Park Hyatt Ski Resort in Changbaishan, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the staff, who went above and beyond to ensure my check-in process was smooth and pleasant. Their friendliness and attentiveness made me feel right at home. Throughout my stay, the staff remained incredibly helpful, always ready to assist with any request, whether it was recommendations for local dining or arranging transportation. The accommodations were nothing short of luxurious. My room was spacious, beautifully designed, and offered stunning views. The attention to detail in the decor and amenities truly reflects the high standards of the Park Hyatt brand. The resort’s facilities were also impressive, with a fantastic outside hot spring in the snow that provided a perfect retreat after a long day on the slopes. The dining options were delightful, featuring a range of delicious cuisine that catered to all tastes. Each meal was a culinary delight, and the service was impeccable. Another highlight was the ski access; the location is ideal for both beginners and experienced skiers. The staff at the ski resort provided excellent guidance and support, making it easy to enjoy the slopes. Overall, my stay at the Park Hyatt Ski Resort in Changbaishan was nothing short of magical. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable getaway in the mountains. I can’t wait to return!

設施和環境還不錯，酒店自帶的温泉環境也不錯。但是有很多讓人憤怒的問題：首先，温泉內部有無數直播賣貨的人，顧客穿着單薄的泳衣在泡温泉，你們就容許這些人開着鏡頭對着温泉池和顧客直播，數量極其多而且有人邊走邊播，簡直避之不及；其次，酒店前台加我微信的妹子服務極其不認真，酒店有接機接站服務，我前一天微信上明確説落地長白山機場，結果第二天接機大哥説在火車站等我們，説前台告訴他我們是到長白山西站，導致我們在零下二十度的寒風裡站了半個多小時，也導致司機師傅多跑了很遠的路，實在是無法原諒；除此之外，退房前一天我微信上問可不可以幫忙預約一下送站，索性不回覆，至今是已讀未回狀態。 所述均屬事實，不想po聊天記錄為了保護自己和對方私隱，酒店環境不錯也是真的，大家自行評判吧
