We had a wonderful stay at TRYP by Wyndham Aruba! The hotel is in a perfect location - just steps from the beach and close to all of the key spots near Palm Beach. A very special thank you to Luis Jose, who was absolutely tremendous in assisting us throughout our stay. His attentiveness and kindness truly made a difference and made us feel so well cared for. We would also like to thank the Assistant Manager, who was incredibly kind, super pleasant, and even upgraded our room—such a thoughtful gesture that really enhanced our experience. The combination of excellent service, warm hospitality, and the unbeatable location makes this hotel one we highly recommend. We will definitely be back!

ホテルの場所は商業中心地にあり、食事、ショッピング、公共交通機関の利用に非常に便利です。ホテルはビーチのすぐ隣にあり、水泳や日光浴を楽しめる距離にあります。しかし、ピーク時にはラウンジチェアが不足します。テントは予約制で別途料金がかかります。ホテルの設備は少し古いですが、館内はとても綺麗です。私の部屋のバスルームの換気扇が壊れていて、シャワーからの高温多湿な空気がすぐに排出されませんでした。家に帰ってクレジットカードの明細を確認すると、ホテルは誤って予約したテントの追加料金を請求していました。ホテルと交渉中ですが、返金できるかわかりません。
