"I highly recommend the BAXU Kangcheng Hotel; the stay was fantastic, and the service was excellent. The rooms come fully equipped with an oxygen concentrator and humidifier, a godsend for those experiencing altitude sickness, and they are spotlessly clean and bright. They have both indoor and outdoor parking with charging stations and self-service car wash facilities. The laundry room is also well-equipped. The security guards even thoughtfully helped with washing the car and carrying luggage – the attention to detail in service was outstanding. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and the breakfast was abundant. The freshly ground coffee was incredibly delicious, and their rice noodles were also very tasty (I mixed my own condiments, and they were pretty good). The entire experience was comfortable and perfect. It's definitely my top choice for accommodation when traveling!"

Both the front desk and room service were exceptionally attentive, promptly handling any requests with a warm and friendly attitude. The hotel's ambiance is elegant and quiet, and the panoramic floor-toceiling windows offer expansive views. The in-room projector, which is free for members, was a fantastic bonus for a movie buff like me. It was a perfect stopover during my road trip, and I'll definitely choose this place again."

"The hotel advertised oxygen supply, and there was indeed one, but it didn't work. Ranwu is at a high altitude, and when we called the hotel, they told us it was diffused oxygen supply, but we couldn't breathe at all, so how could it provide oxygen? It was clearly broken. They just hung up a lousy oxygen machine. The hotel told us we could use a small hand to provide oxygen, but that was completely useless; the buzzing made it even more difficult to sleep. Also, we arrived at the hotel at 2 AM, and we had already booked a late checkout at 2 PM. We told the hotel staff this, but at 11 AM, the housekeeper opened the door with his own key card. I couldn't fall asleep until 7 AM, and they were deliberately trying to kick us out! This is a terrible hotel; avoid it!"
