"The Hotel needs to organize itself better, 3 times (when I registered, when I arrived to collect the card and when I returned the card to leave) I was charged for the daily rate. I paid when I made the reservation on 14/11.....and it's super annoying when you keep saying that it has already been paid. The lack of organization is passed on to the guest"

"Hotel with great location and good service from all staff. I believe that the cleaning of the rooms should be a little better. As soon as we entered the room, when I saw my son's socks they were already black! Soon! I believe they don't wipe the bedroom floor with a damp cloth! Furthermore, the breakfast is good but before 8 am some things were already running out (fruit and cold cuts). There was no replacement (at the time I was there)."

"We chose a hotel with a parking, but at the check in we knew it had no more vacancies and the hotel said it wouldn't have to do and we would have to leave the car in the street. We asked for a couple's room and we put in a room with 2 single beds, tube TV and small bathroom hardly put to enter the box to take a bath. We were questioned and had to prove our reservation and payment to finish checkout."
