"定員2人のコテージタイプの部屋に滞在しました。 高級ホテルということもあり、外装は申し分なく、朝食も比較的おいしく、またスタッフのホスピタリティも良かったものの、滞在した部屋は ・チェックイン時にゴキブリのような虫が洗面所に (すぐにその場に居たスタッフが手で掴んで外に逃しました) ・タオルの上や洗面所などに虫が複数 ・シャワーからお湯が全く出ない など、高額な宿泊費で得た利益をほとんど外装に投資しているのではないかと言わざるを得ない、、かなり酷い体験でした。 もちろん他のタイプの部屋については分かりませんが、少なくとも宿泊費を考えればブラスタギのエリアでとてもおすすめできるホテルではありません。 ちなみに、このホテルの1/3程度の費用で別の2つのゲストハウスにも泊まりましたが、いずれもしっかりお湯が出て思わず感動してしまいました。 外装だけでなく、内装にもしっかりと投資をして改善していただきたいと思います。"

"Every year when I go back to my home town at Noth Sumatera, I always spend and stay in the hotel for 1 to 2 days. I love the location as it is always very cool, a lot interesting things to see and the fruits market that sell different kind of fresh local fruits. The hotel is good, the room is quite large, the breakfast is delicious, it has swimming pool although it is only a kid pool. Rudang Hotel is always my destination to stay whenever i visit Berastagi. "The room is clean, but the service and facilities are lacking. Towels are not asked for, not given, soap and toothbrush are not there. There is no Aqua or a place to boil hot water. The toilet can not be pressed, broken, the bathroom door handle is loose, winning in the room is spacious, clean and the place is close to the city. We chose a family room on the 3rd floor, it feels like bringing children to the 3rd floor is a bit dangerous because climbing the stairs is afraid the children will fall. I will not come here again"
