"No shower water no hot water and miserable stay. Don’t stay here. Horrible. There was no empathy for our inconvenience. The bed we had was noisy and small for a queen size bed. Double possibly and smallest room you hope you don’t have be confined in. Staffing was utterly horrible. What can say is not to stay here anywhere else would be better. I’m 71 and was told they don’t have help even though both ladies were much younger than me but I was told I had to carry my own belongings to the third floor. My husband is 83 and they can’t help us. Only thing I can say is it is in Centro but I can’t imagine having a restaurant and rooms around it. There’s no chance there’s tranquility. We were lucky in one instance and that is the restaurant was closed on Tuesday and we were there on Tuesday"
