"It was our first stay at Creek though we visit Shantiniketan almost every year. The property is good but the maintenance is very poor, starting from the room cleanliness to the restaurant washroom all of these are unclean. Most of the food taste fine but the service time takes around 1hr for all the meals of the day, that too when I specifically requested to get 1 butter naan and fish finger a little faster as my toddler son was hungry, even after waiting for 30mins it was not served . Moreover all the staffs starting from reception to restaurant staff are all very very impolite and not flexible at all.We had booked 3 rooms during checkout they stopped us for the key card which by the way their house keeping staff had taken during checkout since we didn't submit it at the reception. Very very unprofessional behavior not only of the staff but also the management like Mr Ajit from Restaurant was not even apologetic having missed the commitment to serve food to a baby after making us wait for 30mins."
