ロンボクでおすすめの朝食付きホテル

This was a treat as it’s a birthday celebration but it soon turned into a series of unfortunate events. The service and staff are amazing but their rooms have a serious bug problem. We woke up in the middle of the night to find our pillows covered with winged bugs that looked like ants, they were in the pillow and on the pillow, upon inspection there were more on the headboard and on the sofa by the window. We started to also notice dust piles on the floor in the room too, so we suspect they are eating at the wood. It was pretty alarming to find and have bugs crawling on your bed and we soon found out it was on our bags too. A staff member was quick to come to our room to inspect but the main team have already gone home. They allowed us to switch rooms but it looks like the problem is in the other room too. By the bed, more dust piles and on the sofa more bugs. It’s midnight so we sprayed the bed with bug spray and hope no more will crawl on us. As well as this their sink was blocked. We are both adventurous people, slept in the rainforest before, camped etc so we are not scared of bugs but when these could be termites or carpenter ants, our biggest worry is bringing them home. It’s not a nice situation for them either given their buildings are 200 years old. The next morning comes and the situation was not handled like a luxury hotel would. No one came to speak to us about it and no apology until I mentioned it at reception. The room they moved us to was also a smaller one so we effectively paid for a bigger room that we couldn’t stay in, this also wasn’t mentioned. There were positives like free bike usage, good cocktails, board games in lobby and a clean pool but I wouldn’t say this is a luxury hotel but more like a 3 star hotel with a 5 star mask. All in all, a birthday that wasn’t a treat.

なんて素晴らしい場所でしょう！ スタッフの方々は親切で温かく迎えてくれました！ 本当に感激です！ すべてが最高です！ 静かな住宅街にあり、穏やかでゆったりとした、慌ただしくない雰囲気です。 客室は新しくて居心地が良く、清潔に保たれており、リネン類も申し分なく、朝食も素晴らしいです！レストランの料理は絶品で、値段もリーズナブルです。 ヴィラからは海が一望でき、プライベートビーチとリラックスエリアがあります。波がほとんど立たない静かな側なので、美しい日の出を眺めることができます。 毎日、ヴィラの近くのビーチにウミガメが餌を食べにやってきます。 澄んだ海で泳ぎながら、素敵な写真や動画を撮影できます。 トラワンガン島は小さく、すべてがすぐ近くにあります。ご希望であれば、電動自転車で移動することも可能です。

良い場所と新しくモダンな大きな部屋。バスルームもモダンで大きく、お湯があります。 プールもきれいできれいです。スタッフはとても親切です。 マイナスだけが私たちの滞在中最悪のwifi信号です。特に2階。 その他のマイナスはアーリーチェックアウト - 10:30 まだ早い 他のすべては大丈夫です。

It was a good resort with excellent beach. Unfortunately what let it down was  1. Room Service did not work as required. I had to personally go to restaurant to inform of my order an hour after making it. Only then was it acknowledged and processed. It kinda defeats the purpose of room service. When i informed restaurant staff (cashier), they blamed it on internet connection, but looked more of a case of a extremely long smoke break and not taking time to check the app as a refresh of the app showed the request right away. Additionally restaurant staff (cashier) said better to WhatsApp. This was not pre-informed during check-in and staff only mentioned about using the app.  2.  No first aid kit at the resort. When asked, the staff (both lobby and lounge) said no first aid kit available and the previous kit had been fully used or taken and not replenished. This for me is a big red flag as the resort location is remote and thus a first aid kit is even more essential. Both issues were highlighted to staff at check-out, but staff remain nonchalant about it. 

先日、ジャヤカルタ・ロンボクに宿泊しました。温かいおもてなしと美しい自然環境が融合し、総じて快適な滞在となりました。滞在中のハイライトは、間違いなく優秀でフレンドリーなスタッフでした。彼らは常に温かく迎えてくれ、細やかな気配りをしてくれました。温かいサービスのおかげで、到着した瞬間からまるで自分の家にいるかのようにくつろげました。なんと、プールの目の前の部屋に無料でアップグレードしてもらえたので、子供たちも大喜びでした！ ホテルの設備全般も素晴らしかったです。広々としたプールエリアから緑豊かで手入れの行き届いた庭園まで、リゾートは静かで伝統的な魅力に満ちています。特に、一日中優しく打ち寄せる波の音は、滞在中に素晴らしい静寂をもたらしてくれました。レストランとビーチから眺める夕日は息を呑むほど美しく、夕食や静かなひとときを過ごすのに最適な空間でした。 毎朝の朝食は、地元料理と各国料理の両方の好みに合わせた豊富なメニューが揃っており、大変満足できました。ホテル全体の食事は価格も手頃で、館内での食事も便利で、予算にも優しいものでした。 とはいえ、改善の余地がいくつかありました。客室の家具はかなり時代遅れな感じがして、全体的な快適さを少し損なっていました。また、客室にはアイロンが備え付けられておらず、長期滞在やイベントに参加するゲストには少し不便でした。 土曜日の夜は、音楽が22時頃まで鳴り響いており、非常にうるさく感じました。雰囲気を楽しめるゲストもいるかもしれませんが、静かな夜を過ごしたい方、特にお子様連れの方には少し不向きかもしれません。 また、食事の質にばらつきがあり、ある日は素晴らしかったものが次の日は普通に感じられたりもしました。さらに、ビーチ自体は美しいものの、地元の漁業の影響でかなり汚れていることがよくありました。ホテルのスタッフは、ビーチを清潔に保つために目に見える努力をしているようですが、その点は評価に値します。 もう一つの懸念点は、近隣に便利な施設が少ないことです。徒歩圏内にATMや両替所がないため、事前に計画を立てておくことをお勧めします。最後に、ホテルにはエレベーターがないため、移動に困難を感じる方には不便かもしれません。しかし、それが伝統的なリゾートスタイルの雰囲気にも貢献しており、多くの人が気に入るでしょう。 まとめると、ジャヤカルタ・ロンボクは、ビーチでくつろぎたい方に最適な、リラックスでき、フレンドリーで、景色も美しい滞在を提供しています。いくつかの現代的なアップデートと一貫性の改善があれば、さらに良くなるでしょう。

Great location beachfront; good distance from party-crowded-downtown. The staff is great, friendly, always happy to help, always with a smile. Rooms were very spacious but  a bit older.  Few things to improve:  - only one chair in a room for 2 - the doors are not closing well, we had mosquitoes every night - not enough shade, pool and beachfront chairs are all in direct sun - hotel is next to a beach club with dance floor music until 22.20h; do not plan to get to sleep earlier Still, great place, great island, great people.

”I had a pleasant stay at Lombok Plaza Hotel with a clean, spacious room, but the air conditioning was less than ideal. Despite the room’s overall comfort, the AC didn’t cool the room sufficiently, which might be due to its location. This is something that could definitely be improved. Other than that, the hotel was a nice choice for a relaxed stay.

島の静かなエリアにある、美しく整えられた素敵なキャビンです。プールは24時間利用可能で、スタッフは皆とても陽気で親切です。朝食はオプションで提供され、レストランは終日営業しており、宿泊客は20%割引になります。 夜には無料の屋外映画館もあります。自転車のレンタルやツアーも提供していますが、島内にはもっと安いところもあるでしょう。 とても快適で、しかもリーズナブルな滞在でした！

I was stay here by myself, but I wasn’t feel sad and lonely because Ari as a head of place are really makes my mood better playing the cards games playing the guitar and singing together see and in this place you can find a Excursion and salon and restaurant! Really recommend to stay here Feel like a home

Made this booking in May 2026. The resort is absolutely beautiful. No complaints about that. Clean beds, clean bathrooms, gorgeous swimming pool and a decent tiny kitchen. However I am not so sure if it is maintained regularly. When we arrived, we were given the wrong set of keys for BOTH the main gate outside the house and also the door to the house itself. For a good 4 to 5hrs, nothing was locked. We were also assigned to the wrong room. We made the booking based on the photos on Trip.com and I always make comparisons to other travel sites for the same resort. What I thought I booked turned out to be a completely different room. This is annoying and it is the 2nd time this has happened on Trip.com. Perhaps they should stick to the room names and photos similar to the ones the resort uses instead of placing the same pics on every different room. There is no hot water in this resort. I cannot believe a beautiful resort like this has no hot water for showers. So we resorted to boiling hot water from the electric flask but when we did so, there was a power trip and this happened at midnight. I had to find the DB and turn the switch on. No problem on that but still a grave inconvenience. Rubber stopper for the tub doesn't trap water. So overall, this is a great place to stay. However, the location is really really far from anywhere. There are no eateries or restaurants nearby and Tiu Kelep is 2hrs away. Nearest Gili is about 1.5hrs away depending on traffic. What you will see is shop houses, mills, bike shops, very industrial feel to the surroundings. But the staff was excellent. Despite all the troubles and issues, they made our stay as comfortable as possible. We have nothing but gratitude to them especially Mr Handri. Decent guy and super trustworthy. Such an asset for Ombe to have him there.
