受付から階段を数段上がったところにあるデラックスキャビンに宿泊しましたが、スタッフの方が重いスーツケースをキャビンまで運ぶのを手伝ってくれました。 チェックインはboboboxアプリでスムーズに行えました。事前にダウンロードしておけばもっと早く済むでしょう。でも、まだダウンロードしていなくても心配いりません。無料Wi-Fiがあるのでダウンロードできます。アプリ自体も非常に使いやすく、質問があれば24時間いつでもスタッフとチャットできますし、夜のキャンプファイヤーサービスを予約することもできます。 キャビンはとても清潔で、ベッドは2人でもゆったり寝られる広さでした。景色はまさに絶景。特に朝はリンジャニ山の澄んだ景色が最高でした。キャンプ気分を味わえるのに、とても快適な空間です。

Petugasnya baik, ramah dan helpfull. Tempatnya banyak ngadain acara juga, nawarin event bbq atau belajar surfing. Dapet kamar yg paling pojok, fasilitasnya standar, dapet bed di atas jd kalo geraknya extra ada suara krekek krekek besinya. Terus yg sangat disayangkan adalah bidet toiletnya kecil bgt keluarnya😭 trs yg mandi ada yg agak jorok gitu kek bekas lulurannya gak kesiram ngalir kebuang😢 mgkn karena mostly foreigner semua yg book disini kali ya, yaudala

Нам очень понравился этот отель! Правда! Большая территория, вежливый персонал! Кофемашина(кофе весь день бесплатно) В номере все отлично, горячая вода в душе!(и даже вроде бы пресная), хороший интернет, отличная цена и даже есть бассейн!) всем рекомендую! Фотки я не сделала, только видео, поэтому на скринах не очень хорошее качество

良い点：立地が非常に良く、ナイトライフや港に近いです。午前5時の礼拝中はスピーカーがすぐそばで聞こえるので静かですが、それ以外は静かです。スタッフは素晴らしく、朝食も美味しかったです。 悪い点：バスルームには換気扇も開口部もなく、非常にカビ臭く、カビ臭いです。蛇口は壊れており、トイレとシャワーは水が流れませんでした。シーツは提供されておらず、フィットシーツと毛布のみでした。フロントでリクエストできますが、ベッドメイキングは各自で行う必要がありました。

The location was great just right next to the beach and the size of the room is super. Also I really liked the bathroom because it was natural decor. However the things in the room were quite old and dirty (definitely it was cleaned but due to several use it had spots and also the curtains would need a wash) The breakfast is served on the beach and under your feet is the sand which was super great. The juice the best for the breakfast but about the selection of breakfast is suoer poor. You can chose tea or coffee or juice. You cant have juice with coffee…. And the meal also toast or something else, but as I have allergic problems I got some slices of fruits. It was nice but of course soon needed a second breakfast :)

We had a great time in this wonderful place, we especially liked all the responsive, kind and talented staff! Special thanks to my musical friend Pitadi, with whom it was so pleasant to communicate and play instruments! The owner of this place helped us climb Mount Rinjani, and upon arrival we were given the opportunity to wash in the shower and were given clean towels, which was a pleasant surprise. The place is so soulful and beautiful that we were happy to book it for one more night. Also thanks to the girls for the clean perfectly folded clothes after the laundry. Definitely recommend it to everyone who loves mountains and nature!

I was stay here by myself, but I wasn’t feel sad and lonely because Ari as a head of place are really makes my mood better playing the cards games playing the guitar and singing together see and in this place you can find a Excursion and salon and restaurant! Really recommend to stay here Feel like a home

An absolute Gem! This is a special place in the world. I came to Sembalun unknown what to expect. I was greeted by a beautiful host and a lovely sized room. A restaurant With a spectacular view and lovely food located just across the road and Indo-Markets 1km away in either direction. Give it a Shot.
