「After crossing the luminous metro area of Richmond, I arrived at this beautiful hotel.
It is located in a tranquil neighborhood, away from the noise of the city, yet still close to restaurants and shops. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The lobby was clean and well-lit, giving me a good first impression.
The room was spacious and tidy, with a comfortable bed that made for a restful night. The air conditioning worked well, and the Wi-Fi connection was stable.
When I woke up the next morning, I was showered in the bright sunshine. The large window filled the room with natural light, which made the start of the day refreshing.
Breakfast was served downstairs, offering the typical Hampton Inn options—eggs, sausages, waffles, cereals, and fresh fruit. It was simple but satisfying.
Overall, it was a pleasant one-night stay, and I would recommend this hotel to travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and a peaceful environment near Richmond.」

匿名ユーザーThe room and hotel were very tidy and clean and smelled clean, as well. The hotel breakfast was a decent spread, and the bar was kept stocked and cleaned. It was also a bonus that the pool was open during our visit. The only issue we ran into was finding parking upon returning to the hotel at night. All in all, it was a comfortable, quiet, and clean stay!

ゲストEnjoyable stay. I always choose Marriott. Food was delicious and high quality for the price. Both the restaurant and the room service were great and quick. Check in was smooth. Everything clean and comfortable. Love it would stay again.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the essential amenities. The staff was professional, courteous, and always willing to assist with any request. The location was convenient, making it easy to access key areas in the city. No hot tub, indoor pool is barely luke warm and the whole area is filled with mold so it stinks to high heaven. The elevators are old, slow, and loud. The handi accessible room I had was not ADA compliant. Quiet hours are not enforced. The beds aren't very comfortable. They do have great in room HVAC, a nice coffee set up, and a decent room layout with good outlets/lighting & furniture. Evening staff and housekeeping were very nice.

ゲストホテルは少し時代遅れです。カードのチェックイン時に保留が発生したため、デポジットが返金される問題に対処しています。利用可能な素敵なバルコニー

You get what you pay for - this is a low cost hotel. We saw 1 cockroach in the room, there was some mold in the shower, the toilet seat was broken and the bathroom exhaust fan did not work. Bed was pretty hard and floor was not the cleanest. We were traveling on a budget and it was just a place to sleep. We did not do the breakfast this time, but in a past visit they had a waffle machine, juice, a few pastries, some fruit.
