"We stayed mid April 2009 and had a wonderful time in Tuscany. The location of Borgo Iesolana is well situated in Tuscany...there is many incredible nearby hill towns to visit. It is a bit tricky to find the road leading to the inn but look for a landmark...I will upload a picture of the "bridge" to cross. It is atleast a mile off the main road going down a rugged gravel type road that leads to Iesolana. It was not crowded when we were there....hardly anyone present. We stayed in the Portico which was wonderfully quaint for us. The weather was great in April of 2009. The food was delicious if you need to eat there. Just be aware that the place is somewhat isolated and expect to travel to get anywhere. ps load up on groceries....before you get to the inn...much more convenient."

"A special place where you can enjoy luxury while feeling at home. I spent a romantic night in a beautiful room furnished in Tuscan style. Cookies and a bottle of wine, a lovely shower with super soft bathrobes. San Pancrazio is a very quiet place, but the excellent pillows and soundproofing ensured a truly restful night. The next morning, I enjoyed a delicious breakfast, with smoothies, fresh fruit, and homemade cakes. It's a real shame we didn't have enough time to enjoy the pool and the lounge in the rose garden. The staff was attentive and extremely kind."

"The complex was widely designed, we stayed in a house for 4 people and had a private garden. At request we received an additional key for our children. Two-person beds have one joint matrace and beds, we do not like that. The bed was also quite hard. Dec bedroom had open doors/windows, lovely to be waken by invading sunlight. All bedrooms are equipped with horrors to keep insects out. (Despite this, we had the necessary mugs 😉). A water cooker missed but was brought immediately upon request. Pool beautiful and clean. At the time of our stay enough beds. The bar could be better used, it was only limited open. It would have been nice if there were a dinner for guests 1 or 2 times a week, the location really is lent for this. Superfriendly staff. "We stayed there for a few days in a self catered Villa while attending a nearby wedding. Beware that the accommodation is quite difficult to find - it took us several attempts! The villa was clean, spacious and comfortable, although the furnishings were a bit outdated. The bed and bedding was quite poor quality and the lighting was bad throughout the accommodation. The grounds have much to offer though, with nice seating areas, a large pool and sport equipment available. Reception staff was helpful - they don’t have bar staff on shift, but were happy to make us coffee or sell drinks when requested. It would have been nice to have a few more basic things at the villa (e.g. washing up liquid), given it was self catered. "

Breakfast is a bit limited, not enough for all of us, served with a tray of pastries, fresh bread, and prosciutto ham that the owner sliced ​​on the spot. The cappuccino could definitely be improved. Overall, it's acceptable, but the breakfast and room amenities, such as daily room cleaning, could be improved. The bed and pillows are a bit hard... oh, one thing missing are blinds or shutters.
