"My transit to Gulu because of the diversion of the road since I left Kampala late so I arrived at 11:45pm. The gate opened and the security guard was very polite and I realized he was the serving at the reception at night. Inside the room the bedsheet had stains and the pillows seems not changed and it was having a funny smell. The security guard guard showed us the shower water heater switch. Indeed from the long night drive I appreciated the hot water and enjoyed it but the feeling dirty pillow and stained bedsheet gave me hard time sleeping but later accepted and being tired I slept. In the morning when we can for breakfast around 8 am but we met the worse reception at the dining . The cold eggs and cold tea and milk. When we ask if she can warm the eggs not even a word she walked away. I loved Country Inn the first time I stayed there because of an event but I think the management needs to get a better way of helping the employees understand hospitality industry."

"great friendly place good food and helpful staff, close to the town and handy for our travels, my room as clean and indeed cleaned every day to a good standard, I had plenty of hot water for my shower and when the electricity failed ( a few times) solar lighting was available and easy to use. I will be back."

"ホテルに一晩だけ滞在しましたが、意見があり、悪くはありませんでした 建築デザインはとても綺麗で、大きな緑地で、樹木が長年見られて、散歩が楽しいです。 部屋はとても狭く、とても一晩だけ寝ます 朝食はシンプルで穏やか、ケーキ、フルーツ、お茶、コーヒー、絶妙ではありません 良い宿泊施設のホテル"

"マシンディに滞在中にこのホテルで2回寝ました。部屋はとてもきれいで、テレビとファンが備わるバルコニーが付いていてかなり大きかったです。快適なベッドには蚊帳があります。スタッフはとても親切で親切でした。滞在にはカードで支払うことができます。ホテルの隣には、早朝でも朝食、夕食、昼食を含む朝食が食べられる花びらレストランがあります。食べ物は良かった。マシンディで最高の宿泊施設の1つかもしれません。"

"部屋にTVがあったけど点かなかった。蚊帳が付いていたけど使用しないと夜中に蚊が入って来て刺されまくります。ちゃんと蚊帳を使用する事をお薦めします。部屋は狭いけど寝るだけなので十分。シャワーもお湯がちゃんと出たし、なにより朝食が美味しかった。コスパを考慮すると満足です。"

"Good location in Masindi although some rooms were noisy. A number of people in our party had water issues and inadequate mosquito nets. We had a triple room with excellent hot water and perfect nets - these rooms also have a small terrace with a table. Worth paying a few $ more for the space and facilities. Food service was slow and food generally disappointing. All the staff were lovely."
